We ordered a small tasting plate, it wasn’t like tasting the usual cheese we know, it was very fresh and on point. Especially the one with the basil(2nd cheese from the right). It was a norm wrecking experience, showing how unmatured cheese can be better than matured cheese if done right. I totally recommend it

Our cheese guy was amazing! He was so welcoming in educating us on the cheese he makes there on site.he offered us a taste to understand the aging. We love the sharp young flavor of the creamy Blanc and the Lecher Partida with the black truffle was epic. Will go back for sure.

Great little place with delicious cheese, awesome wine and friendly people.

Some of the best cheeses I've ever tasted. If you go for the ash cheese I'd go with either sour or sweet drink to balance the bitter flavour. They do offer a great selection of vine and kombucha.

The cheeses are good, but the yoghurt doesn’t come anywhere near what a real yoghurt should be in terms of both taste and consistency.
