Pio Pio Restaurant

I picked this restaurant to take my sister in law to, going solely off of the reviews. Thankfully, we were all very pleased from the time we walked into the door. The place isn't all that big...small but quaint. Very clean establishment and the greeter and server were very friendly and attentive. Our drinks came quickly and were delicious. The food came shortly after which totally impressed us. And wow, it was all delicious! We will definitely be back! My sister in law enjoyed her birthday dinner. Don't hesitate...if you haven't tried this place give them a go! You won't regret it!!!!

The culinary selection on the menu was wonderful. Our appetizer was flavorful with multiple pieces of each variety. My husband thoroughly enjoyed his entre, eating everything on his plate. I chose a fish for dinner I had never heard of prior to our dining experience. It was tremendous!

So I wanted to try this chicken for a while, it wasn't bad at all but nothing espectacular. What I'm writing about is the salad lol There's only ONE option and it's supposed to be an appetizer for almost $8 and it's a size of a side at best. Again nothing out of this world. The "dressing" it's the same garlic sauce they give you along the green spicy one which was good. Atmosphere is nice but music is loud. I went for lunch but I like that they have a separate room for parties. Parking lot was full which I'm glad because that means that there's probably other items in the menu worth a second visit. Chicken and salad 5 out of 10.

So far, the best restaurant in Orlando! Great food and great service! The rotisserie chicken is amazing and oh so delicious! We are coming back for Ceviche now too! Our family and friends highly recommend making this a destination high on the list.

Solid 4 star spot for Peruvian food. Server was very friendly and food was delicious. Recommend the cassava as the side and the chicken - it’s tender and flavorful.

Everything was outstanding, I was amazed by the beef empenadas to start off, their signature sauces, yuca frita, and the rotisserie chicken were awesome, and the crispy skin on the pork shank really won me over on this place! If I'm ever back in Orlando I'm coming back.

Where do I even begin? We arrived and the service was great. However, once we started ordering food our waiter Bruno kept insisting on putting shrimp on some of our entres. Thankfully we didn’t because I just read through some comments that stated they were charging PER shrimp. Bruno also offered to add avocado on our salad and we happily agreed. You can imagine our surprise when we were charged $6.50 just for the avocado itself. Not to mention, we were charged $7 for two eggs on top of one of our entrees. The experience would have been different if our waiter had mentioned to us the tiny charges he was tricking us into getting. I didn’t even mention that on the menu a bottled water is $4 and yet I was charged $6. Ultimately I would NOT recommend eating here unless you are ready to be declining multiple offers from your waiter or paying extra charges.

Wow, all I can say is what a tasty delight being introduced to this local restaurant. The rotisserie chicken is so delicious and the mix of flavors is savory. Get the half chicken. You won't be disappointed.
