One of the BEST hostels that we have stayed in Patagonia ( Chile & Argentina) so far!!! Comfortable beds, with curtains, plenty of showers and washrooms, well organized, big kitchen, breakfast included, Great cost /benefit. I recommend it! No need to pay more in a fancier hostel. This one is excellent.

We enjoyed our stay here. The staff was friendly and helpful, included breakfast, and had a nice area to relax. The room was a bit old, but fully functional to meet our needs. The private room was affordable as well which was a nice reprieve from some of the other very expensive prices in Patagonia.

Lied about other existing options to Moreno glacier, bus from the terminal is halfe of the price compared to their option. Additional fee because they charged me in EUR and not in USD as stipulated in the booking. Reception not helpfull at all! Hostel was good price-value to end with a positive commend.

GUILLERMINA is a SUPERSTAR !!!! Thank you so much. When I arrived I was run down and had been sick for a couple of days. Due to being sick, I stuffed up my booking and Guillermina helped me sort it all out very quickly. I also had to print off my e-visa for Chile (Australian citizen requirement) to which Gille was prompt and helped me with my issue. You are a stress reliever!!! Amazing kitchen, chillout area and breakfast is included. Location is great. Affordable. What more could you want!

We stayed here for 1 night in a 4 bed dorm. The room was very comfortable and warm. There was also extra blankets in case we needed them. We had dinner there and were all very happy with our food. The breakfast was good. The staff we dealt with were extremely friendly and helpful. Overall we had a great stay and would recommend staying here!

I liked the hostel! Great atmosphere, staff is super friendly and breakfast (which is included) is good. The private room was fine for the price. Just a bit noisy and the the water in the bathtub didn't drain properly. Location was a bit out of the center, but they arrange taxis for you directly, so it wasn't a big deal.

Bed made daily, new towels daily. Free breakfast toast, spread and sliced oranges. Near bus station

Great hostel for the price. A bit further out of the city, but not too bad if you don’t mind a stroll.
