Fantastic mini mall for the well-to-do. Upscale shops, sleek layout, and a vibe that says, “Treat yourself.” Whether you're window shopping or dropping serious coin, it’s a polished little gem in downtown Portland. A perfect mix of luxury and leisure.

Google
It certainly is a beautiful mall. It has great beautiful artistic designs. Plentiful shopping areas and there's even a movie theater. There's a Ding Tai Fung.

Andrew Cherny

Google
One of Portland proper’s urban malls, basically right in the middle of downtown. The two four-story buildings - each occupying an entire block - sit on either side of 4th Ave and are connected by a skybridge overhead. This place used to be a lot busier pre-pandemic; you see a lot of empty stores now, but there’s still Nike, Gucci, Zara and the Regal theater holding down the fort. Punch Bowl Social — a kind of diner/bar meets game room with a bowling alley attached — sits on the third floor if you want to get a drink before you hit the movie.

Google
The historic roots and charm of Portland are evident in the Pioneer Place District. The brick sidewalks , architectural masterpieces and trolley takes me back to the 1800s... Until I see the repurposed store fronts.. Gucci, Tiffany,Polo, Apple...etc.

Google
Was a nice place for an outing but not the best mall out there. A nice little food court, though. Mostly high-end brands like Gucci, some clothing brands like h&m. A large majority of the escalators were out of order, so we couldn't get to the top two floors which was disappointing. We were told that they've been having trouble with the eskalators for weeks before then.

Google
Cool downtown mall with a mix of luxury and everyday stores. The skybridge between buildings is a fun touch. It’s clean and well-designed, but a few escalators were out when I visited, which made getting around tricky. Still, a good stop if you’re downtown and want to shop or grab a bite.

Google
The location is right in the heart of downtown. It’s well-connected by MAX lines and the streetcar. It’s a nice spot to spend time if you’re in downtown & want to escape the cold and rain. Whether you’re looking for good japanese food or some shopping from Body shop, GAP, Forever 21, it’s worth a visit. It was a 10-minute walk from my apartment. On Sundays, it stays open until 6pm, even during the summer. I love their holiday silver decorations. Some stores have moved away in recent times tho.

Danny Tram

Google
It is a nice, underground shopping mall with food courts and other clothing stores. It has many big brand names on different floors. The whole area is clean and safe. I love wandering around and enjoying the vibe here. Would love to be back with my friends

Yelp
Been long over due but if you know you know.....Malls of old are almost extinct but was pleasantly surprised by this location and close proximity to hotels!! Great afternoon spent enjoying food and some leisure shopping!! Highly recommend!

Yelp
Tired mall with a lot of empty stores these days. Shame - used to be a very vibrant place. You still have Nike, Gucci. Zara and Regal Theaters as anchors, but things are decidedly less buzzy, post-pandemic. Parking can be a challenge, too.

Yelp
Busy event with beaver win yesterday so rally going on at noon. Also came into the shopping plaza for some ac since it gets hot during the summer

Yelp
Exploring Portland on foot with some of my friends in 2017, we found Pioneer Place to be a bit of a different shopping center than we were used to. The interior shops are tucked in from the street entrances, though there are some stores ground level and above that are visible from the streets. In advance of my visit yesterday, Thursday 19 October 2023, I found the map/directory provided online helpful for figuring out in advance roughly where I was going. Inside the shopping center, the shops, dining district (food court), and other areas/places, such as restrooms, were clearly marked. Escalators speckled throughout made going from one floor to the next straightforward. Even with one of the escalators down as it was being worked on, there were other escalator(s) available for use. The grounds were well maintained and acoustically did a good job of muffling noise.

Yelp
gotta lov the no sales tax here! pretty standard mall, from high end to regular establishments. i think it could be a little cleaner, but i'm just an ocd freak heh

Yelp
I use to be a Downtowner for years. It was the place to hang out and shop. I still remember when Pioneer Place replaced the old Freed Meyer and Eves buffet. I'm Still waiting for Downtown Portland to come back into its Joie de Vive! It's a good thing the Pioneer Place food court was open for people to dine otherwise finding food on a Sunday would be harder. Good that Zara, H&M we're open for those who can't afford Gucci and YSL. The Mall could use a nice coffee/tea shoppe for a higher end clientele . Something with a European vibe. On the entry level floor. I will go there again but it will take some time. Best of luck for shopping.

Yelp
A shopping mall located in downtown Portland. Inside the mall are several stalls of different businesses from clothing apparel to shoes and eateries. It even has a regal mall on the top floor. This was a pretty upscale mall. When we went here it was not crowded at all and it reminds me somehow of Ala Moana Center during pandemic. Outside the mall is a bit scary. Several homeless people are pitching their tents and smoking on the corner. I will be a bit skeptical if I'll do my shopping sprees here. Doesn't make me safe and comfortable. Anyway, it's nice to check this mall here. And for sure won't come back here. I'm better off shopping on the uptown area imo. Mahalo for reading and happy juandering fellow yeeps!

Yelp
what a strange place - the only thing this place has really is the basement dining options for travelers staying in the hotels. The three ultra high net worth shopping options have goons that that's the storefronts to scowl and sneer at you for using the public bathrooms. This place should have been demolished years ago

Yelp
Pioneer Place is an upscale, urban shopping mall in downtown Portland. It consists of areas for retail, dining, parking, and an office tower named Pioneer Tower. The mall itself is spread out between four buildings, interconnected by skywalks or underground mall sections. The footprint of the entire complex consists of four full city blocks. There are about 40 stores in the mall, including Apple, H&M, Gucci, J Crew, Luis Vuitton, Tiffany, Sunglass Hut and more...as well as a cinema theater. Pioneer Place is one of the highest selling malls in the United States based on sales per square foot.

Yelp
This mall is okay from my point of view and it's like split between 2 building. I wanted to come here so my wife can explore around and also so we wouldn't have to walk in the street when it was hot. There are not a lot of stores in this mall. But you'll know the level of security here especially next to the luxury stores. The food court is on the 1st floor but there isn't a lot of options to pick from. Raising Canes is most likely the main attraction here that everyone comes for. H&M here has 3 levels and Zara probably have the most space here.

Yelp
Quality/Quantity - High-end shopping (for the most part) - Louis Vuitton, Tiffany, Saint Laurent, Gucci, Tory Burch, Tumi, etc. They also have other less expensive stores, please see their website. Atmosphere - Example of some of the businesses here: Museum of World Athletics Heritage Exhibit until 7/24/22. Gallery Go Go until 5/31/22. Regal Cinemas - Discount Tuesdays. Apple - They currently have this monstrous fence surrounding the building to protect this location, see pictures. Forever 21 - Sadly closing, see my other Yelp, had great discounts. Made in Oregon. See picture for directory. Sample restaurants: Punch Bowl Social. Cane's. Din Tai Fung Restaurant (coming soon) - see my Din Tai Fung Yelp. Curbside pickup - See website for participating businesses. Garage parking or street parking . My favorite parking lot is Smart Park, see pictures for entrance and prices. A lot of businesses validate parking at this lot as well. Open 7 days, see the website for hours. Service - Good, plenty of security. Price - N/A, depends on where you shop. Owner Comment - I know it has been a rough couple of years; I wish you guys the best.

Yelp
This part of downtown has been iffy as of late, but Pioneer Place is still a good spit for all-in-one shopping. Lots of parking nearby (street and garages) and a variety of stores to check out. If you're looking for high end products, this is one of the few places you can find multiple shops next to one another in Portland. Don't forget to check out the movie theater and bar-cade at the top level!
google avatar

Yelp
It is standard mall, there was more there than we expected. We came here just to find a place to get a soda, however there was a toy store that we got some trinkets for the kids, as well as a "made in Portland" store. There is a din tai fung and a food court as well.
google avatar

Alice A.

Yelp
Nice mall for whether shopping or window shopping, getting the right souvenir, movies, or even just killing time. Came here to wait out the rain but ended up finding cute shops to purchase small gifts and new pair of socks! We came during the holidays so the entire place was decorated and festive. Even a Santa to take photos with! Not too crowded and felt pretty clean. Good place to hang out.

Yelp
My sister n'law was in search of High end stores. She along with everyone else was wanting to buy stuff because we were in Oregon. You know what that means? NO SALES TAX!!!! Pioneer Place is located in downtown Portland. The downtown is not as nice as it used to be. Lots of homeless folks around. Parking was not an issue. There are parking garages close by. Sister n'law was able to get us parking validation because of her big purchases. There are other stores in addition to the high end stores. Our nieces and my wife were shopping and browsing them. Wifey got a great deal at H&M. Not much food options though. There was only Raising Canes. The other places seemed to be out of business. Overall, Pioneer Place was okay. Very clean, but there were no stores that I was interested in. Did not help that there were not much food spots.

Yelp
Nice small 2 block indoor malls location downtown Portland. Most of the stores around the area don't open until 11 am on Sunday. Parking across the street - $5 all day. Some stores validate by giving validate cards. H & M does not provide validate but other 2 stores high end brand stores we went to do. Overall the mall is clean Restroom - I found there are 2 locations, one on each side of the mall. The bathrooms are clean. Some high end stores have security guards in the front. Limited on benches outside. There is a food court. I did not explore since I had breakfast in Chinatown while waiting for the mall to be opened.
google avatar

Nancy M.

Yelp
This is a nice mall with a fair number of high end stores but not much else. A lot of empty spaces, which was disappointing. It was clean and comfortable but to be honest the best part of it was the Raising Cane's in the basement.
google avatar

Yelp
This is the Portland Downtown Mall. It's kind of confusing cuz it's actually 4 buildings where some portions are connected and some not. I generally don't go to many stores here cuz I always find myself turned around. This time, I went to the mall, cuz I felt like checking out LV. But because of COVID, there's a line outside, and the line was moving very slowly. So we left. We meandered some more and were surprised to find a Forever 21 still open. The H&M is nicely stocked too. The downstairs corridor is a ghost town cuz the food court is closed, at least I think that's the food court. The Kung Fu drinks and Victoria Secret are getting the most foot traffic. This mall gives a very closed-in feeling because each of the buildings are quite small. This is not a place I would recommend folks to go, but if you have specific needs, it's just fine.
google avatar

Yelp
Stumbled upon this mall when looking for an H&M, they have some of the "normal" brands like Zara and others but the mall is limited in terms of stores. They have a food court and the atmosphere is really nice.

Yelp
Typically only come to Pioneer Place if I have to return an item I bought online and want to avoid return shipping! Now that Zara has pretty much taken over one end of this mall, all levels, and Muji is nearby, I have stopped in more frequently. Shopping there on Labor Day the mall was pretty much empty. Portlanders head to the coast or camping for this three day weekend so I wasn't sure if everyone was away or if this mall just doesn't attract people anymore. Between the surge in online shopping and many of the previous stores going out of business, it's probably empty for a variety of reasons. If you are seeking designer stores, and especially if you are from out of state and want to take advantage of tax free shopping, this is the place to shop. Designer stores Louie Vuitton, Michael Kors, Kate Spade, Tiffany, Tory Burch and Coach are located here. Louie Vuitton has 2 dozen sales clerks and usually requires appointments for exchanges. I thought this was crazy but on Labor Day weekend when the mall as empty, there was a line out the door! People come from Seattle just to buy tax-free at LV. On the other end of the spectrum, Zara has taken over an entire corner, each level, with H&M and Forever 21 right there also. Opposite this side, you will find the Gap, Eddie Bauer, J.Crew and specialty stores like Made in Oregon (bottom level) with the typical body & bath shops sprinkled in between. With a Nordstrom's Rack and Ross across the street, there is high end, low end, and everything in between! The Apple store across the street always has a crowd, even when there are no new releases. I can never understand this phenomenon! Regal Theater on the 4th floor. Plus a food court which I have never eaten at. Too many fabulous restaurants in Portland to waste calories at a food court. The mall itself is light and bright with a gorgeous domed windowed ceiling and all white everything, but it somehow it feels dated and depressing. Basically, its a shopping destination for out of state shoppers looking to avoid sales tax rather than a place where Portlanders shop.

Yelp
Four city blocks of stuff I can't afford. But, hey, no sales tax. That Gucci eraser is $130 but no sales tax on that rectangular piece of dirty rubber. All five light rail tracks lead to this super clean, secure, and bright five-story mall, which opened in 1990. Many of the high end stores have a line outside and limited entry, with nowhere for bored husbands to sit, which is why I only gave it four stars. This place needs a Wickes or something. The best thing here is Punch Bowl Social, a 32,000 square foot bar with every bar game imaginable except Russian Roulette. Includes: Apple, Aveda, Eddie Bauer, Forever 21, Gucci, H&M, J Crew, Louis Vuitton, Tiffany, Zara, and Sunglass Hut (what- no Haughty Topic?).

Yelp
I'd heard that PP was desert, a. "wasteland". A walk around yesterday showed that this wasn't the case at all. I wouldn't call it crowded, certainly not crazy for a Friday evening, 5:30-ish. But there were certainly plenty of people around and I only noticed a couple of empty storefronts. Granted - we didn't explore all of the floors. Came in on street level and went downstairs to wander through the food court. But we encountered people all along the way.
google avatar

Betty H.

Yelp
This is a mall right in the middle of downtown Portland! It's clean, looks pretty new, lots of stores! The best part is that they have lots of high end stores with no sales tax! Yes! People from all over come here for shopping. If only I had space in my luggage, then I would buy and buy! Take advantage of the deals!

Yelp
Take the family and come back downtown. Pioneer Place and Downtown Portland are back for the summer. I went to Pioneer Place on a summer Saturday and saw michelangelo's sistine chapel: the exhibition and the museum of world athletics track & field heritage exhibit. Michelangelo's exhibit felt crammed into a first floor space where all the prints were on vertical walls, nothing on the ceiling, a lost opportunity for a more immersive experience. The MOWA track & field exhibit was a welcomed sight, Oregon track heritage is very deep and also very alive right now.

Yelp
This is a nice upscale mall in Portland Downtown. Designer stores such as Kate Spade, Tiffany Co, Michael Kors, Tory Burch, Louie Vuitton, Coach. Then Aveda, L'Occitane for beauty products. H&M, Forever 21, Victoria Secret, Claires', Clarks, Bose, Apple, Bath and Bodyworks, Gap, Eddie Bauer, Microsoft, J Crew. Made in Oregon Store on the bottom level. Regal Theater on the 4th floor. Currently renovating the food court, not sure when it will reopen. but the selection of food options was limited here. If you love shopping, you will enjoy the zero sales tax deals.

Yelp
Walked through mall to get to Punchbowl Social for lunch. In that short time, I saw 2 mall security as well as the private guards posted outside the luxury stores, Gucci, Saint Laurent and Louis Vuitton. Very bright and clean mall several stories high. Wasn't very busy on the Saturday afternoon I visited, but the upscale nature of the stores isn't for the masses. No sales tax in Oregon, too bad shopping wasn't on my agenda (other than a laptop at the Apple store across the street!). Two entrances have ramps instead of stairs for those needing ADA access.
google avatar

Lealie D.

Yelp
Cute little mall close to the courthouse. They have LV, YSL and Gucci as the main luxury brands. They have Tumi and Tory Burch as well. They are going to open a Din Tai Fung soon! Also, their restrooms are clean.
google avatar

Yelp
Pioneer Place is a pretty awesome shopping mall and I absolutely love the indoor/outdoor aspect to it--for instance the Apple Store is located outside; Victoria secrets and Tommy Bahamas are located inside. Its about four blocks in total including restaurants and parking garage. It's quite upscale as well as a few normal stores as H&M and Bath and body works. No sales tax you should keep that in mind when shopping anywhere in Portland. So many people there on a week day around afternoon but then again it's summer time. I only brought with me a carry on (aspiring minimalist) but I managed to make a few small purchases. I would definitely stop here if you're ever in the Portland area.
google avatar

Kevin W.

Yelp
This mall was a lot better then Lloyd Center but I expected it to be a lot nicer. The layout is a little weird. There are two separate buildings that connect through the bottom floor. They have some high end stores and the typical mall stores. I did like the Apple Store design. Parking is $1.60 an hour for the first 2 hours. I expected it to be a lot busier on Black Friday but the crowd seemed pretty average.
google avatar

Daniel C.

Yelp
Pioneer Place is a pretty large indoor shopping mall in Portland, with multiple levels and lots of natural lighting. It has a food court on the lowest level and a skybridge on the upper level with a connection to a Regal IMAX theater. It reminds me a bit of the Westfield Mall in Union Square, but with less people and perhaps less upscale in terms of decorations. Selections are more limited as well. Still, its a decent mall with a good variety of stores (H&M, Forever 21, Black House White Market, Victoria Secret, Bose, etc.) to browse, with an opportunity to exploit that zero Sales Tax in Portland on top of any other sales they may offer. The sales people at each store we visited were nice and helpful. We looked for handbags at LV, Kate Spade, Michael Kors but no luck. Wife spotted a nice turquoise purse at Charming Charlies for under $20 and got that instead, along with matching accessories and blouse.
google avatar

Kuya K.

Yelp
A very nice selection of ultra high end, fashion stores. Perhaps the most security I have ever seen in a Shopping Center. A rare find for those who want to experience a higher end of shopping without having to go to multiple locations.
google avatar

Scott H.

Yelp
Nice downtown shopping mall. The only stores I visited were open to the sidewalk. Looks like a good selection of stores.
google avatar

Ramona G.

Yelp
Quiet but fancyish mall. My family stopped by here during our walking tour of DT Portland. We mainly came to eat at their food court but we were disappointed to find out that their entire food court was closed for renovation. Boo :/ We didn't stay long but a few highlights from the stores was Louis Vuitton and Kate Spade, this did have lower-end stores there as well.
google avatar

Rick S.

Yelp
This is a good mall, not necessarily a great one. I come from So Cal, the shopping mecca of retail decadence on the West Coast, so it's hard to "wow" me. The whole "When you shop in Oregon you don't pay sales tax" marketing pitch for tourists is lost to me, in that it saves me under 10% from what I pay in California, roughly. When I go shopping and see a 10% off sale, it doesn't excite or motivate me to buy anything I'd normally not buy at full price, so that 10% is nice, an added bonus, but not a reason to go buck-wild and feel like it's a golden opportunity to save. I'm also the type where even 20% barely gets my attention, and I'm looking a bit at 30% off, and take strong notice around 40-50% off, and when it's 70% or more off, I often buy stuff I don't even need. The structure reminds me of the Downtown San Francisco Center Shopping Center where it's built up high with cascading spiral escalators, but a mini-version here in Portland. The stores are nice, the food court at the bottom level seems a bit like a ghost town 'tho, which I know is hard for them to compete against all of the wonderful food vendors and options outside of the mall in the surrounding streets that are available. The movie theater is "okay" looking, but on a Sunday, we couldn't find a good movie that started on a time we needed it to. Movies are tough now because they run nearly 2 hrs and add in 30 mins for trailers on top of that. It's an indoor escape from bad weather 'tho, so if visiting Portland and it's raining, seek shelter and something to do here, it's a good activity safety net in that way, and is accessible by the Tri-Met public transit too.
google avatar

Mikhail H.

Yelp
Whenever I go here I feel like I am not fancy enough for this mall. In the last several years I have only come here to see movies. They have nothing special really for food places or for clothing/accessories. They use to have a lot more diverse price levels of offerings but now adays they seem to only have the really high end stuff. So, if you are loaded, this is your space but for those of us who need to be mindful of our spending, we should stick to the other side of the street where Nordstrom Rack is....unless you are seeing a movie that is.

Yelp
Not to be confused with the former Pioneer Place up north (#1), Pioneer Place is an upscale mall in located in the heart of Portland's downtown area. It is so fully integrated into the area that it has become a hub for shoppers, diners, and tourists. There is a multitude of retail shops, chain stores, and restaurants, which makes this place an easy stop whenever I'm in the area. If you've been to any mega mall in America, then Pioneer Place isn't going to be all that different. The layout is spread across 4 blocks of stores / shops, most of which are more chain than they are boutique. From Louie Vuitton to the Apple Store, a big reason to come here (or anywhere in Oregon) to shop, is the 0% sales tax. This place is easy to shop for gifts and the mall staff / security are usually nice folks. Bathrooms aren't the cleanest, but with the plethora of teenagers, strange hipsters, and wannabe hobos, I'm never surprised. The only reason I ever come here beyond the people watching, is to catch the occasional movie at the Regal Cinemas or grab a quick meal at the food court. Currently, the latter is being renovated until next year. I'm really hoping they revamp it into something amazing. The parking situation is pretty great. There is street parking available as well several parking garages around and within the mall. Every ticket can be validated at participating stores and if not, it's only .90 cents an hour. For public transit lovers, Pioneer Place is directly connected to the MAX with a couple of stops out front. It isn't a perfect mall by any means and certainly one that has fallen out of favor with many locals for being subpar. I'm guilty of having dropped off a relative or two here and I've been known to window shop here every so often. Lastly, I really appreciate it when they dress up the interior of the mall to reflect the seasonal sentiment at the moment. In this aspect, they've done a really solid job of keeping this place relevant. ____________ (#1) Pioneer Square, Seattle: https://www.yelp.com/biz/pioneer-square-seattle

Yelp
This is my most preferred place to shop at. Zara & Hm are right next to each other. Easy go in and out and no need to do too much walking to get to the next shop as they're right next to each other. :) Always clean and looks nice. Fitting rooms are still closed due to COVID. Tip: If you live far away from the mall. A sales lady told me that you can buy an item and try it on in the downstairs br. & return it the same day if it doesn't work.

Teresa S.

Yelp
Oh dear! This use to be a fun mall with lots of shopping options. It's is well maintained but very few stores.
google avatar

Frank A.

Yelp
Having a shopping mall located in the heart of downtown Portland is so convenient. Pioneer Place is close proximity from any hotel or office. At first glance, the mall could be considered upscale, but they do have affordable shops and eateries. Grab a bite at Roots Food District (basically a food court), The Yard House (street level) or Punchbowl Social (4th level). Punchbowl Social is also a good getaway for video games, bowling lanes, pool tables, shuffle boards and cocktails/sports, which I will review separately. Catch a movie at Regal Theaters. Shop at their many men's, women's and accessories stores. Pioneer Place includes notable shops such as Aveda, Apple Store, Louis Vuitton, Tori Burch, Tumi, Coach, Zara, Victoria's Secret, Bath & Body, H&M, Eddie Bauer, Gap, Aldo, Forever 21 to name a few. There's ample parking in their parking garage or easy access by foot or TriMet (public transportation). There is a skybridge connecting both sides of the mall over Yamhill Street, since the mall is located on two blocks. The mall has a nice diversity of tourists, business or downtown Portlanders. Pioneer Place is a beautiful mall, open daily 10am - 8pm.

Yelp
We were all in a shopping mood. Since we had some free time after brunch, someone suggested we check out Pioneer Place. We stopped by on Wednesday, December 28th around 1pm. The layout of this mall is kind of confusing. I believe it's two buildings connected by walkways on different levels. We started off in the section with the Louis Vuitton store. I avoided LV due to my handbag weakness, but I did check out BCBG since they were having a sale. 50% off all clearance. I did find a dress I liked, but unfortunately, they didn't have my size. At this point, we had all split up, so I was browsing the mall on my own. Wandered over to the other building while I was on the bottom floor. Ended up checking out H&M and found a couple pieces on sale. The H&M was slightly confusing as they only had children's clothing on the bottom floor. Took me a second to realize the store was multiple floors. There's also a Forever 21 across the way. A somewhat modest sized mall, but worth checking out. Especially if you're in the shopping mood.

Andi F.

Yelp
Pioneer Place mall is an upscale shopping experience that can not be duplicated any where else in the city of Portland. Right between the Max lines, and the transit mall for the busses, close to parking structures, this all leads to a perfect shopping time. There is a small food court on the lowest level, and many high profile stores have come and moved. There was a store for the Discovery Channel here at one point in time, where I would frequently shop for gifts for my nephews. Currently, there is a Made in Oregon store, Charming Charlie's, Eddie Bauer, and many more store fronts as well as an upscale restaurant and a movie theater that is the best in the area. There are stores that sell items that can be seen on the pages of Vogue magazine such as Louis Vuitton. This is one mall that I do like coming to because I get the feeling of being much higher class than what I actually am. I do love to window shop and buy things here.
google avatar

Nancy H.

Yelp
I walked through this mall to get the bathrooms on the lower level. I was impressed with the layout and selection of stores here, but I only visited H&M and Forever 21. This review is for the bathrooms only. And boy, they left a lot to be desired. When I reached the washrooms on the lower level, I was blown away by the GINORMOUS line of women (some with babies) and children waiting to use the facilities. The line stretched outside the bathroom door and well into the mall interior. It irked me to no end when, while waiting in this line, a few times a guy came up to use the mens' bathroom and simply walked right in, as there was no line at all there. I think I waited nearly 15 minutes to use the bathroom. Once inside the "inner sanctum" (lol), I understand why there is such a line: there are only THREE stalls! Three stalls to service the mall! WTH? Totally not cool.

Yelp
Pioneer Place is a large mall found in downtown Portland, with 4 floors of places to shop and eat. There is also a movie theater (Regal Cinema) and bowling alley. With no sales tax in Portland, why wouldn't you want to go shopping? Who cares if this place if most likely touristy, you save money on items you would buy back at home. Anyways, Louis Vuitton is found at the mall, across from Coach. I am not a big fan of LV (sorry ladies and gents, but I love Gucci and Valentino) so I did not end up buying anything from this store (but did walk in to browse). With no sales tax, you can truly save a substantial amount of money if you do end up buying something from LV (well you can save even more if you didn't buy from this store at all, but that's besides the point). Tiffany & Co also resides here, along with Kate Spade, J. Crew, H & M, L'Occitane and Victoria's Secret. This mall has 2 sides so be sure to visit both. Especially if you are looking for a particular store or restaurant/ eatery (check out the directory, it can be real helpful). Wished this mall (or the city of Portland for that matter) had more high end brands. But overall, did enjoy shopping here during my vacation. Loved the large Christmas trees and decorations when we were here back in December. By the way, if you purchase anything at this mall, you can get parking validated (worth 2 hours in any of the SmartPark Garages. Normally parking would have cost $3.20 for 2 hours).

Yelp
This isn't a huge mall, but it has a lot of my favorite stores. Louis Vuitton, J Crew, BCBG, Victoria Secret and H&M. I visited during Christmas / New Years time so I loved all the pretty decorations in Pioneer Place. A great place to stroll around and even better to shop while it's raining outside.

Yelp
This is a pretty standard shopping mall. It has an interesting configuration; there are two towers, a basement that links the two together along with a sky bridge. Reminds me of old airport designs, like the Atlanta airport that connects all the concourses via underground train. Anyway... It's overall pretty clean and a lot better than it was just a few years ago. It felt like this mall, along with Lloyd Center, was on the verge of death but they've done a great job fixing up the food court and bringing in new anchors. There is a Regal theater on the top floor of one of the towers, and the food court is in the basement. My favorite store is the game store in the basement level, which has an awesome selection of board games and toys. Wasn't super crowded when I went here during the weekend, but I imagine closer to Christmas it must get pretty busy. I wouldn't go so far as to say this is a great mall, but it's okay to check out for a bit if you're in Downtown and need to kill some time.

Yelp
The Pioneer Place shopping center was a little hard to navigate, at first, but I was able to navigate the shops with a little bit of finagling. The variety was a little spars, but I was able to get what I went looking for, so it all panned out. My only complaint is there was only metered/street parking. Not super accommodating for shoppers.

Yelp
I have to laugh at people who have been complaining about Pioneer Place since March 2020, and the it's, in Portland Oregon. Nothing is as it used to be and if you don't think Louis Vuitton is not high end, or Michael Kors, please enlighten me. But, instead of that how about you pay attention to what has been going on in Portland Oregon so please put a review out on the city and the state governments that are allowing the city of Portland to go downhill, and leave the private businesses alone they are doing the best they can. Pioneer Place is awesome and their security keeps the riffraff out, so what is left they get five stars from me!

Yelp
Icky Mall! If you like: *Over Priced goods *Limited pricey food court *No cellphone reception *Creepy/rude security guards *No parking *Confusing layout *Escalators the often fail *No apparent staircases *Multiple vacant storefronts ....then THIS is the mall for you! The BEST part about this mall is that it has about the only public restrooms that's available in the area at 8 a.m.! The WORST part about this mall is that it has about the only public restrooms that's available in the area at 8 a.m.! Bittersweet!
