I had a Superfood Bowl and Coffee. Both were excellent. The service was friendly and efficient. Highly recommended.

AVOID, MUCH BETTER PLACES AROUND I visited Piper Café on Saturday 5 December to have lunch while waiting for a friend. I ordered an orange juice and an iced latte, then went inside to choose something from the cabinet, as nothing on the menu looked good. The first staff member who made the drinks was pleasant, but the second was immediately rude and visibly irritated over a simple misunderstanding. I cancelled my food order within 20 seconds - before anything had been prepared - and explained that her behaviour was unacceptable and I didn’t want to eat there. I wanted to pay for what we’d first ordered and leave. Instead of resolving the situation professionally, she (pictured) launched into a loud, embarrassing (for her) tantrum. Even when another staff member came out to calmly mediate, she continued ranting in a way that was shockingly unprofessional. I filmed part of it because the conduct was SO extreme. Her reaction only confirmed the rudeness and unprofessionalism from prior. Based on this experience, I strongly recommend avoiding Pipet Café and taking your business somewhere that respects its customers. The only good thing is the outdoor seating (good sun). The service is terrible, the coffee was 2/5 and there were no good food options hence why I was only ordering a croissant.

Beautiful coffee , beautiful place but delayed service ! They took 20-25 minutes to get the order done but I liked the coffee ! They were very apologetic and they gave us the coffee complementary! Worth trying !

Good service and wonderful food. The Pipet burger was amazing, as was the carrot cake!

We ordered a matcha latte and a latte to go, but here’s the reason for a bad review. While the staff was making me a matcha, they lost the matcha whisker and couldn’t find it in their kitchen, the two ladies working there were searching for it until they decided to look into the garbage bin for it and found it there. They found it and used it on my cup of matcha that I paid for 😂 I don’t know why they thought I didn’t see that when it’s a completely open kitchen and I was standing infront of them on the cashier counter. I come from Dubai, and if that had happened in Dubai the government would’ve shut down their store and had never opened it up again. So this message is for the team, please don’t do this again with another customer and maybe just make sure to re-arrange your garbage bin to sit somewhere else so you don’t lose things in it for customers.

Location-wise is great. The design and details in the cafe are great. The food was delicious and interesting. Good for those who are looking for new flavours on the island. The pastries were outstanding and even though the prices were a bit higher than they should I think it was good and we could come back.

lovely cafe and brunch place! we came back during our stay in Menorca because my gf loved it so much. The owner and her staff are all very friendly and caring, the food is delicious and healthy. absolutely recommended !!

We stumbled upon this cafe while walking around Mao. There was a bit of a Que. it’s busy place. Keep 10 mins to order during peak brunch times. We tried their their breakfast poached egg with avacado - fresh Avacado ( we could use some More of it ) - amazing. Poached eggs on toast - perfectly done . Hummus with cauliflower on toast - amazing. Their cold coffee and lemonade(incl with toast) was refreshing on a hot summer afternoon We were also celebrating my friends birthday and the staff was extremely kind to us and gave us a celebration cava on the house I was soo satisfied by the end of my meal. it’s perfect.
