Eric and Drew were awesome. They were professional, courteous and spent a great deal of time making sure that my plumbing problems were completely solved. This company is honest and their prices are fair. I would highly recommend Pipeworks to anyone needing plumbing or other repairs that they provide.

We have used Pipeworks twice now. Always reliable and professional. Fixed our issues and have not had any problems after their service. We will continue using them and I recommend them to anyone hunting for plumbing services.

We began working with Pipeworks last year for our annual backflow prevention inspections, and they have been absolutely outstanding. They take the initiative to contact us each year to schedule service—without us having to reach out—which is a huge plus. Pipeworks (Jessica) answered my email during evening hours and Doug & Drew arrived the next day before noon, diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in a few short hours. Good people & good service. Showed up at the time promised. Plumbers were courteous and respectful. Work done was completed quickly and within my estimate. I was able to pay through their financing company with ease. Will use them for future projects.

Was in desperate need of locating our sceptic system for our 50 year old house. Doug and Eric were efficient in locating the tank in 10 minutes and were so helpful in helping us understand what state our system was in. Needed toilet repair. I didn't like the flush valve setup that I had, and always had problems. They looked it over and said they could fix it. I talked to them, and I suggested that I go with new toilet. The gave me prices both ways. No pushy sales and they listened to me. Everything done in 1 hour. Cleaned up everything and removed old toilet. I would give 10 stars if I could.

Buyer beware. The office quoted $1,150.00 to replace a 40 gallon water heater over the phone. When technicians arrived, they identified the water heater as a 50 gallon model instead of a 40 gallon. One of the technicians stated that it would be in our favor because the 50 gallon tanks were less expensive than the 40 gallon. Price would be around $1,300.00. After they completed the installation, it was denied the conversation took place, thus resulting in a charge of $1,647.59. Will not be requiring their services in the future.

An elderly relative hired them to repair a hot water heater. They inspected the water heater, found the problem, and ordered the part; for a $225 dollar service fee. Then, when the part arrived, they installed it (short amount of time), for a $225 dollar service. $450 total. This is robbery. The $225 service fee is high enough, but to double charge someone for the same job is unethical. Thankfully, they did reduce the $450 charge to $380, but I've never seen a repairman double charge a service fee for the same job.

Shotty work for job security. Took them over a year to fix a lift station and were more than happy to charge us for every step of the way. Made living in our home a nightmare. Do not call on them. Try fixing it right the first time instead of padding your pockets.

i'd like to give this company 5 stars, but they charged me for them having to go to a big box store for an extra part in order to install my new dishwasher properly. A whole hour! Because of this; i can only give a half-hearted recommendation for hiring them. When i asked about not including this hour in the charges, one of the installers looked at me like i had two heads or something. I guess everyone is hard up for money, but this was not fair to me especially being a retiree. But, i will say that my dishwasher is running nicely and smoothly after they installed it.

I really appreciated their attentiveness. They responded quickly and got our issues addresses! Thank you!!
