They showed up earlier than our appointment, which was wonderful. Cleaned up everything you couldn’t tell they had been here. When I called to get a quote they offered to come the same day. Definitely would recommend and will use in the future. Thank you

Pipeworks is a wonderfully professional company that provides excellent service and timely response to all plumbing needs. They have provided quality work multiple times over in various plumbing areas of our home. I know that I can count on them to get the job done efficiently and correctly every time and I am always met with great customer service and friendly professional plumbing technicians who come out to service our home.

Doug was very professional and competent! He cleared up our problem and offered solutions for preventing a reoccurrence. Our in-laws have used Pipeworks for years and recommended them to us. We would be happy to recommend them and use them in the future for any issues.

We’ve come to rely on Pipeworks for our plumbing needs. Communication is always timely, the staff and employees are wonderful to deal with, and the quality of the work is first-rate.

Buyer beware. The office quoted $1,150.00 to replace a 40 gallon water heater over the phone. When technicians arrived, they identified the water heater as a 50 gallon model instead of a 40 gallon. One of the technicians stated that it would be in our favor because the 50 gallon tanks were less expensive than the 40 gallon. Price would be around $1,300.00. After they completed the installation, it was denied the conversation took place, thus resulting in a charge of $1,647.59. Will not be requiring their services in the future.

An elderly relative hired them to repair a hot water heater. They inspected the water heater, found the problem, and ordered the part; for a $225 dollar service fee. Then, when the part arrived, they installed it (short amount of time), for a $225 dollar service. $450 total. This is robbery. The $225 service fee is high enough, but to double charge someone for the same job is unethical. Thankfully, they did reduce the $450 charge to $380, but I've never seen a repairman double charge a service fee for the same job.

Shotty work for job security. Took them over a year to fix a lift station and were more than happy to charge us for every step of the way. Made living in our home a nightmare. Do not call on them. Try fixing it right the first time instead of padding your pockets.

i'd like to give this company 5 stars, but they charged me for them having to go to a big box store for an extra part in order to install my new dishwasher properly. A whole hour! Because of this; i can only give a half-hearted recommendation for hiring them. When i asked about not including this hour in the charges, one of the installers looked at me like i had two heads or something. I guess everyone is hard up for money, but this was not fair to me especially being a retiree. But, i will say that my dishwasher is running nicely and smoothly after they installed it.

I really appreciated their attentiveness. They responded quickly and got our issues addresses! Thank you!!
