A truly unique swimming experience! 🏖️ Nestled among the rocks by the sea, this saltwater pool offers the feeling of swimming in the ocean — but in a calm and safe environment. The view of the Atlantic is incredible, and the natural setting makes it feel special and refreshing. Perfect for a sunny day in Porto, and definitely a spot worth visiting if you're looking for something different from a typical beach or hotel pool.

Fantastic place with crystal clear water and stunning views at the ocean and the beach! Very affordable too!

Great place! Not much space for people/towels once it’s busy. Gets crowded quick

The cool ocean pool was lovely and hiring a parasol is essential on a hot day. It was busy by 11 and it felt awkward stepping over people's towels to get to the pool. Cool drinks and food were good, but a bit pricey. toilets and change rooms were clean

An excellent add on to a visit to Porto. We went early and didn’t realize that this was a good idea as later there was limited entry. €6 for a half day visit was perfect. We had a drink at the bar and sat on the rocks. The pool was 19degC refreshing. Water clean. Sea alongside much colder. The swimming complex is fabulous. Designed in 1960s and still a stunner today. The Camino walkers use this coastal route so you can do a piece yourself before your swim as we did. Showers available to get rid of salt. The beaches around here are also fantastic.

The swimming pool was very well-maintained, and I spent the entire day there. Sunbeds with mattresses cost an extra €10. The pool was cold and very refreshing, perfect for cooling off, and it was even saltwater. The view of the pool and the sea is breathtaking. In total, I paid €18 for entry and the sunbed.

Gorgeous, but you absolutely need a reservation. When we first went, it was completely sold out - book online first. The beaches around it are very nice if you can't get in!

We went to the location since we are architecture students interested in seeing Siza Alvaros's work, and I have to say that the outcome is impressive. It's an incredible idea to combine the ocean and a swimming pool. The swimming pools are large enough to accommodate large groups of people. All of the natural light provided by the sun enters the changing rooms instead of artificial lighting. Overall, I would suggest attending since the view is breathtaking.
