Piscolabis

A wonderful shop full of local artisan treasures I stumbled upon in old Havana. Small pottery and blown glass pieces as well as a wide selection of jewelry and artwork. This would be a great place to select a well priced handcrafted item to take home. Completely different than what all of the other street vendors offer.

I was excited to travel to Havana and had heard great things about this store. I was hoping to find something unique and beautiful that would remind me of Cuba and be able to share some of their culture. The store was relatively easy to find but I was disappointed when I arrived. The shop had two young women working there who told me the upstairs was closed. I asked about a pillow design on their website and the young lady said “if you don’t see it...” I don't know if she was being rude but the experience was a bit off putting and I didn’t see anything that appealed to me compared to what is shown on the website. Disappointing.

Good drinks. The karaoke was lots of fun. Friendly staff.

Superbe boutique pour trouver des oeuvres et objets de décoration réalisés par des artistes et artisans cubains. La sélection de produits est très belle allant de bijoux, à des linogravure et des oeuvres papier, des vêtements et de la décoration pour la maison (vases, housses de coussins, etc.). Je recommande vivement pour offrir un cadeau havanais qui a une vrai histoire !

Un insulto auténtico a los clientes. No cumplen los horarios de apertura. El domingo a las 11 cerrado, hoy 11 cerrado también, una chica que trabaja aquí pero no tiene llave me lleva diciendo hace media hora que van a venir a abrir. Un insulto, una vergüenza y un pena para la imagen de este pais
