A great, unconventional tour for those who want to discover a different side of the city - a rare opportunity to visit places you wouldn’t normally go to. Fascinating facts, a unique setting, and a lasting impression - enjoyable for both kids and adults. Highly recommended!

It was great and very insightful! We took the tour in English and the young guide was very professional. Event the kids (6 and 9yo) enjoyed it. Husband struggled because of his height (193cm) but still enjoyed it.

Interesting little tour in Pistoia. We had a new guide, was her first tour, so I can’t be too judgmental. Informative and interesting history of the underground of Pistoia.

Our guide was VERY well informed, kind and thoughtful. He shared very interesting information and made the tour come alive. As we are in our 70’s and walk slowly, pur guide was very patient and took his time. We we very happy with the experience. .

It's a great place to visit if your in pistoia, you can get a tour by the main tour guide you can learn he's the one who infact rediscovered and dug the lost river back up. I heard they are setting up a site soon which will be a big help in booking and seeing what tours are on in advance.

Really disappointing - overpriced and disinterested guide. The tour lasted 45 mins max, including the 10 min walk to the entrance from the office. There were two guides who were more interested in showing eachother the pictures on their phone than with the clients. Additionally, while we went for the english tour, it simply consists of the guide asking you to download an app that has some information that they say the number and you read it yourself. There was absolutely no context given, nothing to connect the various points of data on the app, nothing further at all. Super disappointing and WAY OVERPRICED for the 15 EUR each we paid.

It’s interesting but I would not recommend as an activity for families although the guide was accommodating. Don’t worry about booking the English tour as the guide knows only a small amount of English (although he did try) there is a guide you can use through your phone so book any time slot rather than limit yourself to the one English time slot.

This was a great highlight of our stay in Pistoia. Worth the trip and the guide did his best to translate for us.
