Love this store! The staff were warm, attentive, and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. The selection is fantastic and the experience overall was amazing. I’ll definitely be coming back--highly recommend!

Google
I have been in this store twice, and both times had incredibly rude service from the white haired older lady who works behind the jewelry counter. The first day we didn't buy anything, but today I found a cute hat that I HAD to have and we were planning on buying many more items as well, however, as I was walking past the counter to the back of the store, the above mentioned woman came out from behind the counter and asked if I wanted to buy the hat, to which I replied yes, she then asked if I was finished shopping, and I said not yet and tried to walk past her, but she stopped me and grabbed the hat, ripping it out of my hand!! She she needed to hold it behind the counter. She made me feel like she suspected I might steal the hat!! I was mortified and horribly offended!! And all this over a $50 baseball cap!! I have never been treated so rudely or unprofessionally at a place of business. We also visited Hermes today and I walked around the store holding six items that we ended up purchasing, PLUS a purse, and we were treated with courtesy, kindness and professionalism and believe it or not, not one employee tried to rip anything out of my hands. ‍ Needless to say, I will NEVER step foot in Pitkin County Dry Goods again. Considering multiple reviews with similar experiences, I would suggest to others not to visit this shop either...well at least not until that woman is no longer working there.

This store is really cute, and prices are fair the quality. The sales associates are also very helpful. I’ll definitely be back!

Google
My wife and I love the store. Great selection and reasonable prices compared to other Aspen store. They usually have good sales. I read some of the comments, we never had any issues with customer service. Same service as anywhere else. A must place to stop and shop when in Aspen!!

This store has great merchandise and most of the employees are very friendly and helpful, while some of them are just ok. Their fitting rooms are a bit frustrating as the curtains don’t close very well and everyone could see me trying on pants. Also I bought a $300 pair of jeans that were just thrown in a paper bag and got sent on my way. Not a bad store by any means, just not sure if I’ll be back.

Yelp
Horrible and incompetent service customer people who are not nice to customers. Seems like the locals resent customers from out of town. Will never shop again in their store. Customers stay away from this business

Yelp
One of my favorite stores in Aspen, our airlines delayed our luggage and we came here to shop and everyone was super nice and helpful and I love all the clothing. It's pricey but hey you're in Aspen.

Yelp
Worst clothing store in aspen, don't waste your time or money here the owner is an absolute idiot. Everything is way over priced and the services is the worst in the business. If I could give 0 stars I would

Yelp
50 years in business need I say more? I literally received some of the best customer service I have ever had in the store. Knansee "Nancy" was a joy to work with. They have some of the best buyers I have ever seen for a women's clothing store. We came in town for the food and wine show and this is our new favorite store.

Yelp
My favorite place in Aspen to find dainty and delicate jewelry. I wear lots of bracelets and wear several layered necklaces. They have a great variety from affordable to pricey and everything in between. Great quality jewelry that lasts despite being dainty. It's also a great place to to find small gifts. The clothes options are great but sometimes feels just a little overpriced.

Yelp
Definitely my favorite place to shop in aspen. While most of their clothes are quite expensive for the "average joe or jane", compared to other clothing stores in aspen this place has many deals, and s huge variety of styles and goods. I've purchased a couple times from there, and every time i walk in, wether i buy something or not, I'm treated with the customer service you'd expect from a designer shop. They also have a wonderful lady who does tailoring if you purchase an item there, which is outstanding and saves the hassle of going to/finding your own tailor. Steven and Petra are incredible components to this company, and one of the buyers, Nathan, does an excellent job selecting styles from around the world that will suit nearly anyone's needs or wants. This place is a definite must if you are visiting aspen.

Yelp
If I could give this place zero stars I would. I like the merchandise they have but the people that work there are the worst. I went in a couple of times in the last week and spent about 10-15 minutes in the store each time and no one ever asked me if I needed help. Both times. I definitely heard them ask others. But it was just so painfully rude that I couldn't bear the thought of spending a dime in there, which bummed me out because I really did like a few (expensive) fall sweaters. I took note of the Styles and will just order them online. They should really treat every customer who walks in there as a potential sale. Don't reward bad behavior and spend your money there.

Yelp
This is by far my favorite place to shop in Aspen. They have an amazing selection of clothes for men and women, from high end brands to regular brands, accessories, jewelry, leather goods, etc. the staff is always friendly. They often have jewelry on sale and I have bought some amazing gifts here. It's easy to spend a ton of money here though as some of the items are quite expensive but compared to surrounding Aspen stores it's competitive. Avoid the snobby Aspen designer stores and shop here!

Yelp
We are visiting Aspen from California. We brought our new jackets, and my daughter's unfortunately, still had a security sensor tag still attached. After going to several stores to help remove it. I just happened to stop in here as one last shot to try to find someone to help. Petra was a savior and offered to help resolve my huge problem. Can you imagine walking around with a security sensor on your coat? Thankfully she removed it and made our trip so much more joyful. Thank you Petra. Aside from that, they have the nicest clothes and accessories in Aspen! And the staff, especially Petra, is exceptional!
