Pitogyros Traditional Grill House - Gyros, souvlaki, kebab.

This turned out to be a surprisingly tasty experience. We took our food to go as there weren't many places to sit at the restaurant and we were staying nearby. I ordered the mixed grill platter and was able to sample some of the different meats the restaurant had on offer. Absolutely delicious, one of my best meals in Santorini!

So good we had to have it twice! Meat is definitely their specialty. The gyros meat was so succulent and juicy, loads of flavour. The souvlaki was beautifully grilled and tender. The sausage for us was the star - absolutely incredible flavour! Highly recommended.

The food here is so good, and half the price of other gyros in the area. We had takeaways from here 3 nights in a row so we could sample some of their Mediterranean goodness they offer. Highly recommend!

Nice spot to lunch near of the main tourism street in Oia. We order the kebab wrap, Hummus, Hallumu (tasteful but with pesto?), Greek Salad, and a garlic Pitta bread with Tzatziki. Overall good taste. If you want to be out of the crowd and take lunch easy way come here.

The best gyro we had in Santorini on our honeymoon!!! Although the line for takeout was long it didn’t take that long & even if we had to wait double what we did, it would have been worth it!!! The hummus, the Greek salad, the gyros, everything was so good!!! A must go to.

We had to comeback twice because it was so good! Definitely worth the queue (which moves quite fast). This is by far the best gyros I’ve ever had, the meat was crispy on the outside but still so tender.

Excellent food and service is ok. Only few tables available, so you may have to grab and go. The traditional gyros price is 6,40 €.

After doing the 8km hike from Fira to Oia we were absolutely ready for some good food. We found this place just back from the main “walkway” the queue was off putting but we got in line and it went surprisingly quick! We opted to “sit in” well outside in their nice courtyard. You have to wait in line to get to the cashier to then either ask for takeaway or to get a table. The line took about 5-10mins then a further 5-10 to sit down. So not to bad. Service was quick and good. Food came quickly and was super fresh. Best Gyros I have ever eaten. Amazing price to for the size of the gyros especially in an expensive area. Just over 6 euros. Would highly recommend.
