Wood Fired, traditional Italian imported ingredients, not heavy sauce or options you wont find in Italy... this is a trip worth taking if you really enjoy old world food, not remade Italian but genuine. The Buffalo Mozz and Prosciutto salad is amazingly fresh and straight off the boat, the crusts are perfectly cooked not too much- not undone. They need to carry more local beer and some better wine choices, and maybe add a few more desserts, but if you fill up on great pizza you wont even have room for more!
Give it a try you wont be sorry.
