Best pizza experience I've ever had! I'm not big on pizza, but this place! I left thinking I can't wait to come back. Delicious pizza made with the best quality and freshest ingredients. We each got one of the bases and both were scrumptious. Fantastic food. Great service and charming aesthetics/atmosphere.

One of the better pizza experiences I’ve had in Cape Town. The Napoletana base was delicious albeit most of ours were slightly burnt. Still very tasty. Super friendly service. The atmosphere was pleasant, typical of a pizzeria. I wasn’t blown away by the bathroom situation, having to walk through the kitchen to get there; this was rather off-putting. Would definitely go back. Reasonable prices.

When visiting South Africa, you quickly realize that pizza is likely not the same as what you’re used to back home. And honestly that’s ok because you should experience what the local culture and customs experience. But every once in a while you just want to eat what resembles what you’re used to back home. And my GOODNESS! The Napoli crust at Pizza Connection is just so so good. That puffed up crust and paper thin center is just so good. The flavor and the texture of the dough is as good as everyone raves about. Now my husband loves a good white pizza and he ordered the Johnny Love which is EVOO, Parma Ham and Burrata. I think you have to be an absolute purist for that pizza because that’s really all you got. The dough for his pizza seemed to puff up like a pita rather than sit like the other Napoli doughs. The pizza and the simplicity of the ingredients was delicious, but I could tell that he slightly regretted his pizza choice. Thankfully we try to order different items so we can share. I ordered the Amatriciana on a Napoli crust. Wow, it’s just so delicious. The tomato sauce, the cheeses, the bacon, the dough, just so so good. And on top of that, they bring out these cute bottles of garlic oil and chili oil in what looks to be face moisturizer bottles or something. They’re so cute and the perfect vessel to adding a bit of extra flavor to your pizza. The setting is a tight location filled with people all looking to have a fun time. We went with a group of 11 for dinner on a Friday night so we were thankful we could get a reservation. But was it loud in there, not really the spot you want to go to for conversations. But if you’re going for the food, get a red sauce Napoli pizza and you’ll be happy.

Wow we have collectively agreed it was the best pizza in the world. NANA was amazing her smile and advice was on point. Whenever we visit capetown we will not miss this place

This restaurant came highly recommended, but unfortunately fell quite short for us. Our starters, Trio delight, were deep fried with a very thick batter and sub par fillings. After waiting over 40 mins for our pizza, it was clear our order was forgotten. After reminding them we existed; we received our pizza 10 mins later. The pizza was burnt, with a very thick black crust, there were extremely minimal toppings and close to no cheese - granted I got the thin base, but this felt like eating tomato sauce on a burnt tortilla. The result led me to rank it as one of the worst pizzas I’ve ever had. Left as soon as we could - won’t be back.

Worst idea ordering from Pizza Connection on UberEats. It arrived like this, ice cold (even though I paid for priority) also the base was also completely burnt. So the entire pizza once ‘fixed’ and reheated in the oven tasted like burnt toast. When contacting the restaurant, the person in charge said it was my fault for ordering on uber eats. There are far better places in Cape Town

We had a wonderful first experience at this restaurant. I can say this is easily one of the best pizzas I've had in my life & I will definitely go back there when I'm in Cape Town again! Fresh ingredients, amazing light pizza base & the burrata..... 10/10

Simply the best Pizza in Cape Town! The toppings are interesting, yet classical, and the taste is seriously delicious. Service was friendly and efficient and the atmosphere was upmarket. Recommend level 10 out of 10
