PIZZA NEO

So close to great pizza, however I believe there was an error in the cook. The oven must have been too hot, so the bottom of the crust was charred in spots without being crispy. The middle of the pizza had a gummy crust that was pretty unpleasant. I think with a proper cook this pizza would be great. Great atmosphere and service.

Very enjoyable experience! We dropped by for an early dinner. Not crowded. The two servers were so nice and attentive! The Caesar salad was delicious. We got the hongos y trufo pizza which was also very good. The 3 sauces that come with the pizza were all very good! We will definitely return!

I ordered the white pizza to go. It was fantastic! The chef brought it out and even offered to carry it to my car. All of the staff were so friendly! The pizza was a great size and excellent quality. I highly recommend and will be returning soon! Updating my review to say that my second experience was just as good! I tried a different Pizza and ordered to go. The owner of the restaurant even came out to speak to me. Very friendly and the best pepperoni pizza I have tried in merida!

Walking by here last evening and saw they sell slices outside from four different types of pizza. They place them on a hot plate to reheat which takes a couple minutes and present your slice with three different sauces to top your pizza. The pizza was excellent and the crust amazing. We plan to go back and eat inside while visiting.

Hands down the best pizza joint in Merida. The vibe at Pizza Neo is relaxed and welcoming. The mood and atmosphere sets you up to have an incredible experience, and the food takes your sense on a delicious journey. The tomato basil infused crushed ice pallet cleanser was phenomenal! I have never experienced anything quite so unique. The cocktails were masterfully mixed and full of flavor. One of the amazingly friendly owners were on-site and gave great recommendations and conversation during our visit. Pizza Neo offers incredibly delicious, organic cuisine and top-notch hospitality. I highly recommend Pizza Neo if you are looking for excellent pizza and outstanding service. You will be treated like family.

We stopped in because it was pouring rain and we were a bit lost. Everyone who worked here was so nice! All the food was very fresh and REALLY delicious. Such a surprise for a place we hadn’t heard of. They make the pasta to order and the pizza is wood fired. Wine was great too. My daughter was so happy she got delicious pizza and a really great panna cotta and she’s picky so that’s saying something. Very affordable dinner as well $20 or less per person

New pizza joint opened in Centro about 3 months ago. The vegetarian pie with mushrooms, pimento and arugula was tasty. The crust slightly underdone. The ambience is very nice. The owners and the manager all stopped by the table to see how everything was, which I find nice to see. Check it out for NY Style pie. They have both indoor and outdoor seating.

Can anyone get good pizza in Mexico? The answer is MOST DEFINITELY YES…if you go to Pizza Neo. Italian made wood fired oven: check. Italian imported tomatoes: check. Imported flour: check. Queso: no way Jose this place goes fully Italian mozzarella. Excellent staff and great vibe. Don’t forget to ask for a roasted garlic clove with your meal for dipping the bread. Amazing!
