Pizza Paradiso

Craving pizza on the west side of Maui, I wasn’t sure where to go — but I ended up at Paradiso Pizzeria and I’m so glad I did. At first, I was hesitant since the place serves everything from pizza to kebabs and gyros — usually a red flag for me. But I went for it and ordered a slice of cheese and their signature Paradiso slice. And wow — I was sold. The crust was just right, the tomato sauce had great flavor and consistency, and the overall balance was spot on. I ended up ordering a full pie and enjoyed every bite. The place was buzzing with local customers, which spoke volumes about the quality and pricing. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a casual, tasty, and reasonably priced spot on the west side of the island.

It was very good pizza surprisingly. The pictures don't do it justice. I thought it was going to be average from the pictures, but the cheese was creamy, the sauce was nice, and the dough was crispy. Very good food. Will go again the next time we're visiting the island.

I ordered the 5 Cheese Pizza and it was absolutely outstanding. From the moment I opened the box, the delicious aroma hit me, and after the first bite I knew right away – this wasn’t just any pizza, this was the best I’ve ever had. The crust was perfectly baked – crispy on the outside yet soft and airy inside – while the cheese blend was creamy, flavorful, and beautifully balanced. You can really taste the quality and the passion that goes into making it. The portion size was generous, and even after several slices I still wanted more. What impressed me most was how hot, fresh, and perfectly cooked the pizza arrived – a huge step above the standard pizzas you usually get elsewhere. On top of that, the service was fast and friendly, making the whole experience even better. Without a doubt: if you’re on Maui and looking for amazing pizza, this is the place to go. I’ll definitely be coming back – highly recommended!

Good pizza! Called in to order ahead of time and pickup was easy. The cheese pizza and meat lovers pizza were quite tasty. The pies were sliced many times for smaller slices which was nice for sharing and for those who don’t want a giant piece of pizza. Great for taking to the beach or back to the hotel!

The service is friendly and fast. The pizza slice we ordered was yummy 😋. The fresh cut up pineapple 🍍 was divine. Salads and fruit are prepared and available in a side fridge. But the cutest 😍 thing was a R2D2 like robot that came out to bring us our pizza 🍕 slices. It came right over to our table and said "Please take your pizza " So cool 😎

This pizza is special!! We tried the pepperoni, five cheese, maui wowie, and margherita. It was all so good and the people are all so friendly and helpful! My kids said it was the best pizza they've ever had!

Hands down one of the most unexpectedly awesome meals we had on Maui! Pizza Paradiso serves up serious flavor—and the best part? Your food might be delivered by a ROBOT. Yep, a cute little robot glides over with your order like it just rolled off a sci-fi movie set. Total hit with everyone at the table! We started with the roasted garlic appetizer, which was buttery, mellow, and perfect with warm pita. Then came the Greek pizza—feta, olives, fresh tomato, oregano… like Santorini met a brick oven. So good we almost ordered another. The vibe is laid-back island casual with a high-tech twist, and the menu has something for everyone—from gyros to gelato. If you’re in West Maui and want tasty food with a side of robot magic, Pizza Paradiso is a must.

First time visiting and wow the pizza alone was amazing, not gonna lie very picky but it was probably the best I have ever had and the food from California is hard to compete with! The people were great, sometimes the food comes automatically, via a robot and they have a bar and karaoke. Hands down a great spot to visit. Me and my wife decided to go three times in a row, never disappointed! You guys rock!

The robot is definitely a big attraction for the kids. it entertains them and they talk about it for days! I've had three pizzas here -- they're fine, just not memorable. Once my veggie pie arrived with an entire end-piece of bell pepper, like the chef expected me to do the chopping. Staff are friendly and helpful, but always seem to be a bit overwhelmed. If everyone is feeling like having pizza, I wouldn't venture farther than Pizza Paradiso.

Delish! We called ahead for pick up and ordered 2 Paradiso, 1 bbq chicken, 1 pesto veggie pizzas and the Greek salad with a side of ranch dressing. Our food was ready within 25 minutes. We pulled in for pick up, paid and avoided the line that was almost out the door. The pizzas fed our family of 7 adults with a few extra leftovers. Pizza was made to perfection. Let's talk Ranch dressing.....I'm picky about ranch dressing, but I could drink a gallon of this. So yummy. Friendly service, decent prices, plentiful parking in a strip mall, next to Times grocery store. Everything was just perfect. We will be back.

I want to give this place 5 stars because the food is delicious, but the customer service was awful. My husband and I came here on Friday night to pick up pizza for the kids. While we waited for our food we ordered drinks at the Pineapple Robot bar and had a great time talking with the bartender. Like I said, the food was amazing, everyone was pleasantly surprised by how good the pizza was!! Back at our hotel room we did realize that the restaurant forgot to give us our roasted garlic bulbs, but figured we would return on Saturday, with the whole family, and they'd make it right. Fast forward to Saturday night and we are ordering more pizza, salad, fries, and a smash burger. We explain that they forgot to give us our roasted garlic the night before and the man behind the counter was acting as if we were lying and trying to cheat them out of a $3 side! Thankfully I had our receipt but that didn't change his attitude toward us. We also had a coupon for a free Dole Whip. I asked if we could put it on our check but come back after we ate the pizza to grab our dessert. He said yes, but I wish I had remembered to grab our receipt. After we ate we went back to get our Dole Whip. He had zero recollection of our conversation and said we had to pay for it because he gave us a free slice of pizza instead (while that was another option on the coupon, I remember seeing the transaction on his register when he had removed the dole whip. I was surprised that Dole Whip would cost $7). He made a comment about 'being busy and we can't expect him to remember every transaction' so I told my husband to just buy another Dole Whip. Unfortunately, we will not be returning to the Pizza Paradiso. Giving us our $3 garlic with a quick apology would have gone a long way in terms of customer service!! And honoring our coupon would have been also! We are talking about Pennie's on the dollar, and why would we try to 'steal' such small items on their menu? It was very short sided on their end. We are a family of 6 and ordered a ton of food each night.

I got their dole whip late night and wow it was good! They do have karaoke on Friday nights so it was nice seeing people sing. After a certain time they only sell pizza to eat and you have to order at the bar. My partner got the salted caramel ice cream and loved it. I ordered a slice of 5 cheese pizza and it took forever to come out around like 20 minutes, restaurant was busy so I understood. Pizza was decent, and a good late night snack just wish it came out a little faster as my ice cream melted while I waited for pizza.

Inexpensive fast food served by a robot! It's novel and fun and a good thing to eat on a budget. You go to the counter and order your food, find a seat and the robot comes to you! The Spicy Feta Cheese was spicy and bright, good with pita or fries. The Chicken Shwarma was a little bland of our taste. It is also attached to the bar Pineapple Robot so if you are in the mood for a drink, you don't have to go far. Music is good, but a little loud. Laid back atmosphere.

Local pizza spot with takeout. It's located in a strip mall and there's a lot of seating indoors. Opted for a large mushroom pizza for my boyfriend and I, and the pizza was ready about 25 minutes later. You can call ahead to save time; there was a grocery store nearby so I grabbed some things while waiting. Plenty of parking available and credit cards accepted.

This was the second time we'd been to this spot and the pizza is delicious. We also got a breadstick which is super thick but if you tear it in half it works out. They also have pizza by the slice which is nice if you don't want to order a whole pie.

Walked here from the Westin. A good walk. The service was friendly. We walked over for dessert. Baklava a must! Super sweet. Sticky and crisp. Melt in your mouth! . Halva, a first for me. Solid and dough/sugar like. Almost caramelized jone sense. Very sweet Not my favorite but not bad either. The dole whip. So sweet. Creamy. The sign said Dairy Free? Really? I tried it and im in disbelief. It sooo good. The place is a cute pizza stop. With a bar. This place has a great vibe and is so chill. I would definitely return!!

Amazing food and service, plus a daily happy hour from 12-5pm with $5 drinks and bites! The $5 mai tais are an absolute must-try, you can't go wrong.

I have ordered take out from this place several times over the years. It's a quick walk from where I stay in Maui. They have now expanded into the next store and have a full bar called Pineapple Robot. I did see the robot. I assume he delivers to tables. The pizza is good and consistent. I have also had the Gyro here too and it was quite good. The salads are prepackaged but I believe prepared on the premises. The Caesar has always been good and fresh. The interior is not a fancy restaurant but there are plenty of those around if that's what you are looking for. I was very pleased on this trip that the food quality hasn't changed. This place has been my go to for a quick and tasty meal many times. Keep up the good work!

The pepperoni pizza was good. You can't really mess that up in my opinion. I wish It had more sauce! Service was great. They have a robot that delivers your food! The Greek salad was super crunchy and fresh! I was impressed but $14 for a salad? Kind of a lot IMO. Very casual restaurant. There were plenty of tables available but it was really busy! FYI- They have pineapple Dole Whip!

Decent pizza and location for those staying north of black rock. I appreciated the quick service, walk ability, and wide menu options. It was busy on a weekday evening, but we were able to find somewhere to sit and the food was prepared relatively quickly. Their pizzas were fresh, flavorful, thin, but not too thin and they had plenty of options for everyone.

I came here for the sign outside advertising Dole whip. The place is a full scale restaurant and bar with Karaoke at night. The front server was very friendly. The Dole whip hit the spot.

We were returning to our hotel late from a full day of adventuring and Pizza Paradiso was a convenient option to try local pizza but also get something we could take back to our hotel. You can call to order or place an order online. We opted for the Pizza Paradiso but added jalapeños to half- I need spice on my pizza! It was so yummy! I love their crust. Plus, our pizza was ready within 15 minutes. They are open late in case you get hungry after dinner. Parking is super easy with a lot right out front.

The pizza really hit the spot after a long day. We did a special half & half pizza. Loved the crust. Cool Pineapple Robot too.

A fucken joke of a place. Ordered a margarita pizza. They completely forgot to add the basil pesto and balsamic glaze. Went back inside to show the cook what he gave us and just gave us sauce in containers. Didn't even offer to fix it. Go spend money on overpriced pizza somewhere else.

This place had lots of tourists inside, all ordering greek food and pizza, however I will be frank and say I only came in for the dole whip. While staying nearby, my family came in everyday to get 1-2 dole whips to enjoy. The lines could get long, so just be wary of that! There was plenty of seating and lighting inside the restaurant and overall the customer service was good even when it was very busy.

Tourist pleasing joint near the resorts. Loud. Pizza by the slice available for late night munchies. Unfortunately the reheat has the crust taste like cardboard. Dole Whip ~ very disappointed. A bold sign stating nothing natural for ingredients, maybe for those super allergic to everything? Taste is so synthetic. Half the restaurant is a cocktail bar where parents get tipsy and let their children run around unhinged. Fast food service is what you get but a safe hangout til 1:30am.

Ordered from here last night via Uber Eats for delivery. Got the pepperoni and cheese pizza, chicken kebab with rice and greens, along with an extra side of rice. Taste decent but pizza needed some ranch dressing for better flavor.

Went here after dinner for the icee and it was delicious! My kids ate the entire thing and even got one with ice cream at the bottom and my kid loved it. Will definitely be back!

As the name suggests, Pizza Paradiso serves pizza, but that's in addition to: kebabs & other Greek dishes, cut-up fruit & pre-packaged salads, Dole Whip, gelato, & a fully-equipped bar. A decent mishmash of menu items for a big group wanting different things. I ordered two slices of pizza to share -- one topped with pepperoni, called the Jimmy Hoffa, & their special of the day which was seasoned steak, mushrooms, & onions. I received the special & a plain cheese slice which was acceptable so I didn't correct our cashier (who btw, was quite the character, so quirky & filled with aloha spirit!) It was obvious the pizza had been sitting for a bit and /or reheated as the cheese & crust became somewhat plasticky. Might've tasted better & been fresher had we ordered a whole pie... Some people in my group enjoyed their offerings enough to return twice in one week so I'm giving Pizza Paradiso the benefit of the doubt with three, somewhat unenthusiastic, stars. Energetic scene for tourists plus a robot delivers some of the food so gotta give brownie points for that.

Excellent Pizza! We were in Maui for a few days and we arrived late the first day. We were just looking for a quick take-out spot to eat at our resort on the way in from the airport. This place was close by, open (after 10PM) and had decent ratings. We ordered two (2) Large Pizzas: Margherita Pizza and the Pizza Paradiso. So the Margherita was probably the best I have ever had, with fresh tomatoes, a thin garlic & oil crust and Pesto sauce on the side (yum!). The Paradiso is basically the Supreme. It came loaded with Pepperoni, Sausage, peppers, onions, black olives and mushrooms. One of my sons wanted a slice of the "Maui Wowie" (ham amd pineapple) and my other son had the Chicken Shawarma sandwich which he commented was 'OK'. Everyone loves the Pizza. Sorry about no pictures but we ate everything so fast! (Good sign right???). And we went back 3 nights later. About $28/pie so not the cheapest but good pizza and reasonable for Maui.

So so place, there are much better pizza spots all around Maui. I came here mostly to get the Dole Whip and it was surprisingly disappointing too. They do have a large variety of options for food, so it's good for large groups that want a quickbite or with kids. The service was decent even though they were pretty busy. The ambiance is okay too, but nothing that noteworthy.

This could be para-para-paradiso Para-para-paradiso... Great customer service! We weren't sure what to order but after being in the water we needed substance and the kids were close to getting hangry. They were remodeling looks like either making it bigger or a neighboring business but seems like it made the AC work harder and wasn't as cool. Went with a slice of the special which had BBQ and Paradiso. My wife loved the special which I didn't have a chance to partake it since she finished it, the crust tasted good though. Kids had cheese pizza and chicken tenders and fries (had some of that of course daddy duties). Dole whip float was refreshing. Sorry we were so hungry I didn't take photos. This was definitely a nice little stop that made the drive back nice and relaxing for all. Mahalo

Information online and on house phone are changing. We came here and was pleased to find a locals hangout filled with great pizza. Awesome karaoke vibes, and open late night to grab drinks. This is bookmarked for life. Will be coming back l! You cant go wrong coming here. 10/10

Reading reviews we were excited to check out this place. It wasn't anything like the reviews. Pizza was sitting under hot lights and looked old. Gelato looked old and flavors weren't appealing. No one greeted us while we were there. We walked out & went to Java Jazz for a delicious dinner, great drinks & terrific live music. When we were leaving Java Jazz, Pizza Paradiso had Karaoke going & it was super loud & people singing were horribly off key.

The atmosphere is awesome and the staff is super friendly! The cutest Robot delivers your food! The pizza is delicious! The Fat Gyro is what you wanna have yum! And pineapple dole whip! Everything is one stop... just yummy! Oh and beer and Mai Tais

The pizza and the service were good. Went for lunch but saw they have live music later. Fun little place.

I REALLY wanted to love this place - it had a lot going for it - super close to our hotel, some of our favorite cuisines (pizza for the keiki, kebab for the grownups), plus drinks and desserts, but it was just okay. This place does a lot, which I appreciate, but I was left wanting. The pizza had a good thin crust, but was SO greasy - it was dripping with grease, even after blotting some off. The kebab and rice platter was just fine, it lacked flavor. I liked that they used compostable leaves instead of paper to line the tray. Mai Tai was average. Truly, it probably deserves somewhere between 3 and 4 stars, especially for a local business. But it wasn't good enough for me to go back, so I rounded down. Busy on a weekend evening. It seemed they had a lot of takeaway pizza orders, too, because the line sometimes built up but the tables never filled.

I needed some carbs to get ready for a tennis tournament the next day so we found this place. One of the only places open in the area after 8pm! The prices were a little high for what you get, but the food was pretty good. The best part was they had karaoke and I got to sing for/with my teammates! They enjoyed their drinks and food as well. I got a slice of the day and a side of fries. The fries were normal, and the slice was pretty good. We got to try the pineapple soft serve which was very refreshing. Free parking and they're open late. I would come back to sing anytime!

Ordered dine in PARADISO pizza. LOVELY! Tasted great and only took about 20 mins to get our pizza. Staff was very friendly and the pizza tasted phenomenal. Loved it and would recommend to anyone!! Pretty nice inside with a bar attached, and a little robot that delivers pizza slices.

Was not expecting this place to be so good, so glad we gave it a shot! We came at the perfect time and didn't have to wait at all. The line got LONG very quickly. Very fresh and delicious food! We got a slice of the Maui Wowie pizza and a slice of pepperoni pizza. The Caesar salad had the best Caesar dressing I've ever had! 10/10 for the dole whip Will be back soon!

This place should have 5 stars from everyone for the simple fact that they have affordable slices of some good Pizza. The maui wowi pizza was bomb. The place stayed open late and always seemed to have quite a few people in it every time I went. lol, I went to this pizza place like four times in ten days. Wasn't a fan of the cocktails, I tried two. So I can understand the 4 stars from some. The filet kabob was yummy, overall I appreciated this pizza place.

For a pizza parlor in the middle of a tourist area, this place ain't bad. I've been a couple times when visiting Maui and it's usually great. (Much better option than the sad food truck lot across the way.) Anyway, they offer a selection of salads and pizzas, and everything is made to order. You can also snag wine, beer, and Dole whip when visiting. The ambience is a little funny so I would opt to take it to go and enjoy it on the beach or at your timeshare. Service has always been kind!

We usually get takeout but after watching the Lahaina Lights Christmas parade we decided to eat in this time and were surprised to find a new bar at the end of the restaurant! Wow! What a great place to hang out and eat, plus they have a fun range of cocktails all served in fancy containers....well, empty Spam containers...lol...this is Maui after all :) I decided to dive into cocktail land with a Pixelate my Pony, served in a unicorn head, a delicious blend of passionfruit and booze. Hubbs ordered a coke and it came in a foldable recyclable cardboard container, so they are definitely doing their bit to save the planet. The bar staff, a couple of Italian guys, were sooooo much fun, they really had a great vibe going. Total characters and great at their job. Their antics really made our night so much more enjoyable. Our order was our usual, a Margharita pizza, with balsamic drizzle and fresh basil. So classic and soooo tasty. I'm addicted to it. I really like their hot feta with pillowy white pita too. They offer a full range of snacks, mains and desserts as well as a full bar and prove very popular with locals as well as tourists. Plus they offer Kamaaina rates which means we can afford to eat out as locals too. Karaoke on Saturdays starts at 9pm and goes until early morning. Trivia night is Sunday. They seem to have something going on every night and are always full of diners. A/C dining inside, bar and restaurant seating, and tables outside too. If you are on the west side and looking for a place to eat at any time of day try this restaurant, it's da bomb!

Ordered a normal Margherita Pizza. They forgot the basil pesto and balsamic vinegar. So it just had tomato and cheese *sigh*. We ordered a pepperoni pizza with sausage; which came out as ordered. However, the sausage was dry and didn't have the spice/herbs we expected. At least my toddler ate it; hence the 2 stars.

Service was ok. It's an order at the counter, pay and tip before you get service or food. Hate that. And who am I tipping? The robot who brings me my food? Food was mediocre. It was hot and delivered slow. We ate mediterranean.

Pizza- Looked delicious, but didn't want to spend 32+ for a pie for the family. Got gelato for two kids instead, $8 per (almost) Dixie cup per kid. It was decent, but expensive. Coconut anything is never bad. Guy behind the counter. He kinda sucked, but he was half right. He said the chocolate gelato was bad and my son wouldn't like it (He might have said it ironically, but it didn't land well with my wife). Turns out the chocolate gelato was bad (I didn't like it. Tasted like cacao powder you use to bake and water in gelato form), but my son loved it and ate the whole thing. He also stuck his finger in the gelato as he was scooping with bare hands. So idk. The vibe inside was cool, but pricey for what it was.

Delicious pizza, excellent service, and a cool, laid-back ambiance. We tried the Hawaiian and mushroom pizzas, and both were incredibly flavorful! The staff was warm and welcoming.

We ordered delivery via Uber Eats. The delivery was problematic but the real issue was the quality of the food. The chicken kebobs were a mix of half cooked and bone in pieces of chicken. The filet kebobs were grey and overcooked. It was very over priced, even for Maui standards, for barely edible food.

Apparently when you go have lunch at the bar at this restaurant you can't run a tab, we gave them a credit card to hold but said at the end we wanted to pay separately, they said we can't and had to pay every time we ordered something. Then when the food came we had no utensils and water, we waved down Bartender and ask if we could have both, the bartender pointed to the soda station and said we could go there and get it. Wow talk about service or lack of service.

I'm here for the dole whip. It didn't disappoint! Don't miss it! I'll be back for items, the bar is beautiful and the menu has salads, pizza and more

Came here multiple times during our stay. Order at the counter, sit down and robot will bring you your food. We had the BBQ chicken pizza, which had a thin crust and came out hot and tasty. Added bonus was the Karaoke night. The lady is a brilliant singer and made the night fun! Pineapple Robot is in the same restaurant and serves the best Dole Whip we've ever had (even better than the Dole plantation)!

Good local dive. (Support local Maui). Not fancy - but a good pie. The service was quick and friendly - and the place is simple, but clean. Overall experience was 4 stars - but the 5th star is for knowing what makes a great pizza. The crust! Great tasting crust - and crispy! We ordered a large - half mushroom/truffle and half Paradiso. The baclava was not made there - thus not as crispy as it should be - but still okay. They earned 5.

One of the worst pizza places I have ever been to. I was so excited about reading the good reviews. But it was horrible. The service was really bad. Our cashier was really grumpy. When I walked inside it smelled so good and I really wanted a slice of pizza. My order was a pepperoni pizza and a special pizza we also got fries and salad. The fries and salad were the only good things I ate there. THERE WAS NO SAUCE ON THE PIZZA . I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PIZZA PLACE IF YOUR IN MAUI.

Got a slice of pizza and a bevvy! The bartender was really welcoming. Heard their gyros are amazing and a must try and the karaoke. Look forward to coming back

Don't come for ice cream! Barely gave us a scoop. Server was having a really hard time scooping ice cream. Filled up barely half of the cup. Cost me $9.
