Pizza Pizza

Visited the shop on a weekday to have a medium Pizza with 3 toppings. The staff was absolutely friendly, polite and supportive. Got the order within 15 minutes and there was adequate amount of toppings. The store is neat and attractive even though the second floor was closed. Had a really satisfying experience.

The pizza was literally burned and the server was so careless and he just threw the pizza on the counter and went on and didn't even say thank you or anything else which I didn't really like. And, it was a busy day in Toronto but I was the only one having lunch there. If u git any other choice, do not choose this Pizza Pizza.

The food at pizza pizza has been consistently good but the cleanliness at the restaurant does need to be addressed. The garbage was full and there was a lot of food on the floor. The place wasn't even busy. It was just myself and 2 other people. The franchise owner should not be okay with these standards, especially with all the competition in the neighborhood

The guy named Ravi Parmar who’s working on this location of pizza pizza gave us really scary look. Even while we were having our pizza he even asked “do you guys have problem” for no reason as we just asked about table that do we have anyone or we need to do it ourselves and that guy stair at us home time while we were having pizza my friend and I didn’t feel comfortable and safe around that employee.

Location is beautiful. You can see trams on the road and in terms of staff, they are wonderful. They'll give you good suggestions about the best choice for you would be what as per the number of people and the choice of toppings. Pizza was also yum. Chicken popcorn was ok as there was no flavor at all. Also I would suggest to choose creamy garlic base and not the regular one..

I came to pick up an order. I asked the one guy innocently which item was cold and which one was hot. So that i could put it in my bags accordingly. They are rushing me to confirm. Then the owner / manager just yelled at me to cancel order and get out of the store. So odd. There was a very racist undertone talking down to me. i was being discriminated by two people who just came to the country and have no morals.

I used to love the ordering from here but everything has gone downhill. The last 3 times I ordered, there have been mistakes. Last night I got the wrong crust on one pizza, the time before I got mozzarella cheese instead of four cheese (which I paid extra for). I hate not getting what I order because I don’t enjoy it as much. And also the pizzas are sometimes so well done that they almost appear black on the bottom of the crust. They also don’t really monitor for quality too well. I had a dipping sauce that wasn’t packaged properly (in the photo) so that the foil wasn’t fully sealed. The inside was congealed (the honey mustard dip is usually creamy and pale yellow like mayo) and exposed to air so obviously not safe to eat. I would never complain about an incorrectly made order because I would have to deal with the delivery driver again. He is so mean and intimidating. I am always very polite and tip well but he treats me rudely if I order too late (in the last hour the restaurant is open) and has even gotten into a screaming match with my roommate over ordering close to the cut off time. (My roommate has stopped ordering from here because of him, I still do because it’s the most convenient for me.) I don’t want to imagine how he would act if he needed to re-deliver an order that’s been corrected. Sometimes I have no issues and it’s great but lately those are very rare occurrences.

Crazy weather. Delivery was still quick and friendly. Food was delicious! 10 years ago I use to work down in this area and we would go here for lunch all time. Fun area! Nice hang out spot

I came to this location with that free pizza coupon and to get it scanned and the girl that was there told me she can't scan it because it doesn't work that way anymore and that I would have to do it online. only problem is that the only way you can redeem the coupon is if you scan it IN STORE. clearly this girl doesn't know what she was talking about. went to another location and they scanned it no problem. I now understand why this location was ranked so poorly

Pepperoni and Hawain pizza was good...Pretty spacious but less chairs. I didnt find the washroom though.

Little Caesar's Pizza - 840 St. Clair Ave., West, Toronto. Cost of pizza was $16.49; delivery fee, service fee and tip totalled $10.06. Outrageous! Pizza was cold, delivery person didn't knock on door to alert us of delivery, pizza was very skimpy on green peppers and green olives and skimpy on pepperoni. Totally unacceptable. Will never order from Little Caesar's again.

At 6:56pm I ordered online for 8pm pick up. I get at the restaurant at 7:57pm they said is not ready. I proceed to wait. 5 minutes after they confirm the order with me, and they said they never received that order. I leave the restaurant so upset and they call me at 8:15pm asking me to return at the restaurant and they gonna make it for me and it will be ready in 5 minutes. I called to 967-11-11 at 8:20pm and they said it was ready to pick up. Then everyone at the restaurant are liars because the order wasn't ready. By phone, they only said sorry like 20 times, but never offer at least a discount for the inconvenience. Nothing. Last time that I buy at pizza pizza. I know is not a big deal, but at least the people now you can't trust. Now I have to go at home, tired, hungry and upset to start to cook and eat in around 1 hour just because your employees don't care.

zero star review period I am completely disappointed by this undisciplined and unprofessional manner of customer service. when we have ordered the pizza, they gave us the receipt only for the two pizzas that we ordered, but after that, they never gave us dipping sauces in exchange for a drinks and after when we asked to exchange the drinks for the dipping sauce, they denied and when we finally decided to pay for the dipping sauce extra, they never gave us a receipt and instead when we asked for it, they said that they garbage it, I am completely disappointed, disgusted and extremely mad about this encounter. This thing needs to be fixed immediately. The location of the store is. The store is 3918 Cotrelle blvd. Brampton . you are eating in, and we were seeing that the other people we are also experiencing issues in every single order. Another point to be noted is that the tables and the chairs were very very disgusting. There was no single spec of cleaning on it and everything was just filled with crumbs and mosquitoes. They were flies on the pizza boxes and stop behaviour was very indisciplined and unprofessional. I am quite disappointed on what a store this was. olives are expired, mislabeled prices and employees are so rude, I didn't feel welcome here. I don't recommend it.

4 stars because ignore the joint. Just enjoy that pizza you came for. Literally grimy but the pizza was satisfying.. (especially when drunk)

5 stars to the lovely staff! They were so extremely hard working and pleasant. Not to mention the taste and quality has improved significantly! I really appreciate the team's dedication and courtesy.

The worst pizza ever. Don't waste your time, especially your hard earned money. The pizza toppings is over 3 inches from the edge of the crust where they begin to add the little bit of cheese and sauce.

Good quick service. It's fine for the price, but I can't say it's anything special, and not really bad either.

It's passable if you're drunk and need a food fix. Otherwise, I recommend avoid. I ordered delivery the delivery driver spent ten minutes outside my building talking on his cellphone. I literally saw him outside my window. He finally decided to buzz up and continued on his cell, I might add. And when I confronted him he literally told me to call the police when I asked for my prepaid pizza. This service is garbage. I can't even figure out how they are still in business.

They don't care what you ordered and paid for. You get what you get and if you don't like it they offer you 5 bucks off your next crappy pizza pizza order regardless of their delusional satisfaction guaranteed offer. What a total joke. Go elsewhere... you don't deserve the abuse and pay for it dearly too!

funny that you can't review this company by itself on Google! This company doesn't have customer care at all. If they make a mistake they don't even apologize or providing customers any solution! I end it up calling their "customer service " 4 times and every time after they realize I wanted to talk to supervisor they hanged up on me!

Walked in at around noon on a Sunday and asked the old guy behind the counter if the pizza was from last night. Some other old dude overheard and insisted it was fresh "today". Folks, there is no way this pizza was made today. So for all the other Yelpers saying they are cutting costs, well I believe it. The pizza was not good at all, even after being reheated. I felt like I was a tourist that should've known better. Then there were the chicken wings. Breaded, yes. Good, no way in the world. Such a thick coating of breading that it overwhelmed the wing. They did such a great job of marketing though at the soccer game last night that I got hooked into trying it out. I feel like a sucker.

My favourite Canadian fast food chain! I came here on Sunday night while in need of a quick bite for the ride back to Buffalo and it was a great idea. I came in around 10:30PM and was in need of a slice of pizza and some chicken wings and that's exactly what I got. The pizza was good for what it was and the wings were crunchy and hot, so also very good. Overall, Pizza Pizza is another typical pizza type chain that might not be for everyone, but it is certainly for me!

Gave me food poisoning. The worst Pizza Pizza I've ever been to. First off, the customer service was horrible. The guy at the cash was rude, gave lots of attitude, and wasn't listening to me when I was ordering so I had to repeat myself several times. The staff making the pizza were rude as well. I got two slices of Hawaiian pizza and a small box of onion rings to go. When I got home I noticed the food smelled kind of weird, but I decided to ignore it and eat the pizza anyway. Big mistake. It tasted disgusting, the dough was like cardboard, the onion rings were super soggy and doughy and had the consistency of french fries. I ended up getting food poisoning for two days and was puking like crazy the whole time. Worst experience ever, never again will I go here.

I attended the leaf game last night with my dad and we were both excited when Tavares scored the first goal in the first period to win us a free pizza pizza slice for today. The QR code to receive the deal was very briefly shown on the Jumbotron with little warning and I was able to scan the QR code and share the link with my dad which prompted us to download the pizza pizza app. We put all of our contact info in and signed up to receive notifications and the app said that we'd be given a coupon this morning for our free slice of pizza. Today, neither my father or I never received any coupons from Pizza Pizza. I called them to inquire and was initially told that after I downloaded the app, I needed to rescan the QR code, however I never saw it displayed again at the game, plus the QR code was displayed for such a short amount of time, I wouldn't know how someone could be prepared to do so. After I explained this to their customer service, he then told me that I should have had the pizza pizza app downloaded before going to the game. I then explained I did not know there was an offer at the game, so how would I know to download the app beforehand. He then said the rules of the free slice are on their website, to which I responded, how am I expected to read the rules of their giveaways on their website before going to a leafs game without knowing they had this offer. With no answer, I asked to speak to his supervisor who then told me I could go to a pizza pizza location and show them an email with my tickets, but that I would need to call pizza pizzas customer service back so they could speak with the store. I told her it took me 15 mins on hold to talk to someone and she said that I should call them as I drive to the pizza pizza location so they would answer by the time I get to the store. Pizza Pizza are projecting themselves in a good light, showing they have this great offer, but when the time comes to follow up, they make it extremely difficult for people to receive the reward, and now have all of my information they got through me signing up to their app.

Typical "fast food" pizza place like Dominoes or Pizza Hut in the States. I came in because I received a free pizza from a Leafs game the night before. I had a pepperoni and cheese slice (the only slices that they offered to redeem my pizza). They do have plenty of different pizzas though; even Hawaiian. The dough tasted pre-made but all in all the pizza wasn't bad. A nice crunch to the dough. The pepperoni was good.

What a filthy dump. They leave the tables dirty and seemingly never pick up garbage from the floor.

What a horrible place! garbage on the floor and everywhere. I think they clean the tables only once a day. You have to ask them to clean a table for you. I don't think I will ever eat Pizza Pizza again.

Worst customer service ever. Manager is an old crusty man who looks down on women. He doesn't care about pizza pizza policy or integrity as my pizza was not ready by the time commitment and wouldn't refund my money. He ignored my complaint and so you have to complain to customer service over the phone. They are lucky because of their location but I will never come here and actually has deterred me from eating at other pizza pizza franchises. There are too many pizza joints to chose from to be treated like that.

I'm in Toronto near adelaide and spadina - not sure if this is the right location. A few moments ago I received my pizza from a REALLY nice guy. I wish I brought more down for a really nice tip - but if you could give his courteousness and professionalism some extra acknowledgement from me I'd really appreciate it

Of course you lower your expectations as soon as you cross the threshold into any Pizza Pizza, but this one on bustling Queen St. West assaults you with a stench of greasy slag that almost knocks you back out onto the street. Once you are over that and immersed in the fumes, the modern look and two storey layout is quite interesting. And the menu has expanded for the modern times as well, maybe too much as the staff seems as if they are stiff and unable to move quickly. If they were sliding out slice after slice possibly there wouldn't be a lineup. Instead there are drawn out conversations at the til and you might have to wait a few minutes for your order unless you end up being luckier than me.

I had the signature pizza combo with vegetable and jalapeño cheddar Cheetos. Overall good experience trying a Canadian chain though the pizza was a bit stale. Service was good, they let me use their outlet behind the counter. Stopped by on my way to queen street windowshopping

The service was moderate, pizza wasn't terrible but left quite a bit to be desired. Would most likely visit a separate location.

worst pizza and service ever, the workers look over worked and miserable. The pizza is also crap. They must be trying to cut cost so much that the pizza slices barely have any tomato sauce and you feel like you're eating a open faced cheese and pepperoni sandwich. Dipping sauce does not save this pizza. It's so dry.

I think management must have changed. There were friendly, eager staff there tonight. One immediately greeted me while two were cleaning the kitchen. It's still only fair pizza. Exactly what you'd expect from a Pizza Pizza.

Pizza was actually ok. We had 4 veggies on it. But the two stars is because the driver did a huge spit on our side walk coming up to the door. Thus was delivering our pizza, not after, and on our sidewalk not the city's. Why wife was grossed out, but I 'd rate the pizza a 3

Amazing, If and only if, to you cardboard, slapped with "something" resembling tomato paste, and hosed down with filth is your idea of a delicious meal. If you value your money, intestinal fortitude, and self-respect... you'd find something better. Or just don't eat. How this chain exists is beyond me. I've had multiple workers at different locations tell me "you'd be stupid to eat this... " while recommending whatever was on special (sometimes it was marginally passable). If I'm going to feel like a fat - fuck, and engage in carbicide, it better be something that tastes better than whatever the hell this tastes like. Garbage. It's what's for dinner.

Today I went to the Pizza Pizza located at Queen and McCaul, Toronto, Ontario. I was VERY VERY displeased with the service. I went with my younger brother, and i instructed him to order, the worker walked back and forth several times within earshot while several other workers were making pizza on the near by table. She was free to access us, but instead chose to ignore my brother. He said "excuse me," several times, when she did not respond i finally asked her for assistant, she reluctantly came over and asked us what we wanted. I requested a pepperoni slice, she said they were all out and the wait would be 10 minutes, i pointed to the sqaure pepperoni sqaure slices and asked why i couldn't just have one of those. She then put my pizza into the oven to warm up, my brother asked her if he could have a side of fries, she again choose to ignore him, i instructed him to ask her again louder, he did, and again she ignored him. I then asked her, she said that "well, i would have to make them." I had enough, so i said no thanks i dont want to wait. She asked if i wanted anything else, i said "can i have a garlic dipping sauce," she nodded her head, but didn't give it to me. I asked her for it again, she said " you didn't ask for it." I said that i did, she AGAIN reluctantly gave it to me. When she took the pizza out of the oven she slid it across the counter and walked again, I had to bag it myself. I AM VERY DISPLEASED WITH THE SERVICE AT THIS LOCATION. I AM ASTOUNDED AS THIS IS A VERY BUSY LOCATION AND WOULD EXPECT BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Flies on the pizza that was sitting out there. Ew. Very disgusting. I would NOT recommend it ... very unsanitary!

Absolutely appalled, got 2 medium pizzas and found what looks to be a chewed apricot/plum seed on top.. Didn't realize my toppings included someone else's snack. Disgusted.
