Pizzaiolo

Ordered pizza last night and I usually LOVE pizzaiolo but yesterday quality was so disappointing. They were all burnt like the picture and it was really cold.. we ordered online and were told to pickup 25mins after. We picked up right on time but it was all cold and dry. St clair location is the best….

I ordered delivery from here. The honey jalapeño, party size with tomato sauce and whole wheat crust. It was one of the worst pizzas I’ve ever eaten. It had about 1/2 oz of cheese on the entire party pizza (bigger than xl), and it was sooooooo salty. I love salty pizza and salty food, but this was intense. Hard to taste anything but salt. Couldn’t taste the honey at all. I suggest going anywhere else. It came relatively quickly, about 35 mins, so I’ll give them that.

Usually good pizza. Tonight they only had a couple of dried out ancient options both covered in dried out olives and a fifteen minute wait for fresh slices. You made my 3 year old daughter cry all the way home. Fail

Horrible pizza. It’s a shame because I love pizzaiolo. This location has completely changed my perspective of this pizza chain. Pizza slice was super dry and inedible. How do you mess up a simple pepperoni slice? Waste of money. I didn’t even finish it and had to buy a drink because of how dry the pizza was. Please avoid this location and try another pizzaiolo

[I never write reviews but have been forced to as I've been ghosted from the owner of the Bloor and Bathurst location. Pizza was burnt and awful without cheese when I paid for extra. Complained via the website only to get a response asking for pictures to which I promptly responded. Have not heard another word. I want a refund for my nonexistent cheese in which I paid extra for. If I lived closer I would have returned the pizza in person and demanded a refund. It was gross. There are way too many pizza options to deal with these crooks.

Still the best slice in my books. The crust is half way between thin and regular which is great. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. I am not sure if I won the server lottery or if everyone here is like this.

Ordered pizza from here on November 27 and by the morning my whole family felt ill, with two of us having severe food poisoning and still battling thru it. Never going here again.

Ordered some pickup here and was not so-so unfortunately. Canadian was missing bacon, and quantity of topping was overall light. Might have just been an off day, but I was underwhelmed.
