⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 – A True Roman Gem at Pizza Ré During my time in Rome, Pizza Ré quickly became one of those places you remember long after you've left. Tucked just steps away from the bustle of the city, this charming restaurant delivers exactly what you hope for when dining in Italy: authenticity, warmth, and unforgettable flavors. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt welcoming—cozy tables, the aroma of fresh dough rising from the wood-fired oven, and a staff that treats you like a friend rather than a customer. The service was attentive without ever being intrusive, and you could feel the pride they take in every dish they serve. Of course, the star of the experience was the pizza. We ordered 2 pizzas, one Margarita and one Fungi/Anchoves combi, perfectly blistered edges, a light and airy crust, and ingredients so fresh they practically spoke for themselves. Every bite was a reminder of why Roman pizza is beloved around the world. The balance of flavors was spot-on—rich tomato, creamy mozzarella, fragrant basil—and the dough had that ideal mix of chew and crunch. I also loved their selection of antipasti: simple, traditional, and bursting with flavor. Pairing everything with a glass of local wine made the experience even more memorable. Pizza Ré is the kind of restaurant that makes you want to return before you’ve even left. It captures the heart of Roman dining—quality, passion, and a genuine love for good food shared with good people. Highly recommended for anyone craving an authentic, delightful pizza experience in Rome.

I recently visited PizzaRe, a charming spot that’s been serving pizza since 1995. We ordered the four-cheese pizza, and it was absolutely delicious — rich, flavorful, and perfectly baked. You can really feel the experience and tradition in their food. The only downside was the service. The lady at the entrance (I believe she was the hostess) was quite rude, which took away a bit from the overall experience.

We arrived here shortly before the crowds started to appear for dinner. It was quiet and pizzaz were served quickly. I think the pizzas were fantastic, crunchy crust and good ingredients. They also allowed some customization. The wood fired owen really makes wonders. I would recommend anyone to visit. But does get busy in the main dinner hours.

Looking for Eggplant parmigiani? Well, during this trip, it is here where I found my preferred Italian dish. Melting and tasty. Generous portion. Reasonably priced. I should have asked only for that. The pizza was very good too. But my eyes were all on the parmigiani eggplant. The place is not fancy and the oven is right on the front, where we can all see the pizza making. Cozy.

I don't necessarily give into the atmosphere of an Italian restaurant, I look specifically to the quality of food they serve. PizzaRe by far exceeded my expectations when it came to the pizzas we ordered. I had a Sausage pizza and my wife had a Quattro Formaggia. What they served was probably the best pizzas we have had in some time. Unlike many of the pizzerias in Rome and their cracker crust pizzas, this place served us pizzas of high quality and excellent ingredients. It all shows in the taste and the enjoyment you will have in eating them. And best yet a good price with our added drinks to the total price.The staff was very service oriented and made our visit there an enjoyment. I would highly recommend this pizzeria to anyone who wants a great pizza in Rome.

I came here with my other 2 friends, when we arrived we were greeted by a polite waiter who gave us directly a table without reservation or waiting time . I was the only Italian speaker in the group but the waiter that helped explain the menu to my friends, he was nice and professional. Pizza 10/10, the tiramisu 10/10 the service 10/10. Would recommend.

Great Location, high quality food and after we ordered a wrong Pizza, they changed it without hesitation. It was so good, i ate two! Funny service and great house wine. Worth a visit!

Pizza - cheesy, saucey, sllight char. Great value. Great taste. House white wine - very nice.
