Amazing place. The food and atmosphere were fantastic. We loved everything about this restaurant. There was a slight wait for the pizza, but that is explained on the website as everything is cooked and made from fresh so I didn’t mind the wait as the atmosphere was so nice. Staff all very friendly and smiling and happy to be there.

Disappointing Experience – Won’t Be Returning. Avoid!! I had a booking at 13:15 on a quiet Saturday afternoon and travelled from Bristol to meet a friend, looking forward to returning to the tipi after some time away. Unfortunately, the visit was a major letdown. While I understand rising costs, £17 for a pizza felt unreasonably steep. We spent around 20 minutes debating whether to stay or find somewhere else, and ultimately decided to share one Summertime pizza. It took 45 minutes to arrive, which seemed excessive given how quiet the venue was. When it finally came, the pizza was a real disappointment — half of it was burnt, the base was soggy, and it was overly greasy with toppings sliding off. It didn't feel freshly made or worth the wait. To add to the poor experience, two staff members walked past us during our meal without acknowledging us or checking in on how things were, a basic level of service that was noticeably missing. We ate it out of sheer hunger but left feeling disappointed. Sadly, the quality has really declined since our last visit, and based on this experience, we won’t be coming back. It's hard to justify the price for what we received.

What a fantastic place we stumbled across whilst on holiday in the area. Really nice helpful staff, good selection at the bar with some nice local ales, pizza's were really nice and didn't take too long to come either. Would recommend the potato pops as well, really nice.

We turned up without a booking but were very promptly sat down at a nice table by the very friendly staff. Food was amazing and in an amazing location. Will definitely visit again!

Cool spot on the river. Margherita pizza was ok. Sadly the mushroom pizza with leek and gremolata (herby sauce) was inedible as the sauce tasted so bad - I cant believe a chef had tasted this and thought it was ok to serve. No one asked how the food was so no chance to give feedback.

We came to Pizzatipi on a whim, having actually booked somewhere else for dinner - however we have no regrets and think we enjoyed Pizzatipi more than we would have enjoyed the other place! The atmosphere was lovely, we sat right by the river. There is plenty of seating so even though we hadn’t booked we were able to find somewhere to sit. The pizzas were delicious, we also had the arancini which was amazing although a small portion. Staff were attentive and service was quick. Lovely place for a pint and a chilled pizza.

We went on our 10th wedding anniversary and it was amazing. The staff were lovely and the food was even better. Best of all they made our dog feel so welcome too.

This is a great concept for a restaurant. The central Tipi makes for a cosy result space with separate tables/booths around the edge. You order your food from the pizza bar and drinks for the bar at the front. Service is quick and friendly. There is a limited offering of food, but they justify the limited choice by making sure that the food is top notch. I don't think I would fancy the rustic charm in the rain, but we loved are visit
