Pizzeria - Cicchetteria Alla Strega Venezia

It’s a cute small restaurant in a quiet area. It’s clean with interesting interior and summer shaded terrace. The staff is kind and not so smiled. The food wasn’t delicious as we expected. But not bad. I like lasagna at all. But this one was quite poor quality, like from the shop. My first experience with cuttlefish also was good. But the dish was very simple. The service is slow. One of the worst lasagnas I ever have. Portion just a bit bigger then on the picture (means veeery small), taste worse than the lasagnas one can buy in supermarket, and cold at the bottom, so probably just heaten in microwave before serving. And glasses for wine were dirty... Really not recommending to anyone.

Very nice place. Very kind personal. Pizza was great for a good price. With small kids no problem to go to this pizzeria 🙂

Half the food in Venice is sub standard for the price. This is another fine example. However, when you try to pass a pork chop for veal then you are guaranteed an online spanking for a review.

It took 20 minutes just to order. Super small portions of pasta - ravioli needed more parmasian, pizza needed more mozzarella. It definitely need a new employee! They do not care about customers. The walls are broken. It was amazing 9 years ago. To expensive now.

For the price, I thought it was good. We had pizza and the cotoletta. The cotoletta looked a bit overdone. The pizzas are thinner crust which I liked. They were not amazing pizzas but delicious enough we didn't leave anything behind. As the Venetian who recommended the place, the pizzas are not even and easily digestible that you can eat two. I loved that. Felt very local here, Cute little courtyard in the back although a bit hot and stuffy in the summer.

Nice little restaurant we stumbled upon while walking the small streets of Venice. We had lasagna, the veal, and a pizza. The food tasted well and the service was fine. The prices were reasonable, and the desserts were great. The tiramisu was very good.
