This is a restaurant found through an online search. Its description reads: “Affordable and authentic home-style cuisine—worth a try.”A friendly-looking gentleman greeted us at the entrance and showed us to our seats. We ordered a serving of Pennoni alla genovese Genoa-style meat sauce pasta, PARMIGIANA DI MELANZANE eggplant lasagna, and two draft beers. The food was absolutely delicious, especially the Genoa-style meat sauce pasta—it’s a must-try. The total cost for two people was around €30. There are many shops nearby, and I highly recommend this place to anyone traveling to Naples.

So, we were headed to our favourite pizza place in Naples only to find they were closed until 7 on Mondays. The gentleman with the fruit stand across the street (which looked amazing!) Pointed us to a pizzeria down the street. Excellent recommendation! Great pizza!! Try the 'A Mimosa - perfetto! The Buffalina, 'A Parmigiana, and Margherita Classica that the rest of the table ordered were excellent as well. Great service! Bonus - air-conditioning. Highly recommended! Get here early or make a reservation. Bonus 2 - the staff were happy to help me with my poor Italian language skills!

We got a margarita and a caprese salad, it was very nice and there was plenty of TVs to watch football.

It’s a classic pizzeria and you can feel the history the moment you walk in. We had a salad, pasta and pizza and 3 drinks for about 30 euro which I think was great for the quality. I had the smoked cheese pizza with zucchini and eggplant. I gottta say the smoked cheese wasn’t my favorite in a pizza. I prefer margherita style but the crust was very good. The pasta was my favorite, it was simple but exceptional quality. I love that you can see the hard working chefs doing their thing the moment you walk in the door. The vibe is cozy and family feeling. Really great place explains why the line was so long!

We where there as a family. Everyone had a pizza. The food was just fantastic: the „parmigiana pizza“ was one of the best i ever had ! There are deductions because we reserved a table and still had to wait for half an hour…

We came here for lunch and were lucky to get a table. The pizza was delicious and very reasonably priced!

This place is AMAZING!!! The pizza is the best I have eaten in all of Italy! The pasta was excellent and don’t get me started on the bruschetta, oh my!! It was absolutely the tastiest I have ever had! Friendly staff!

Not a good Neapolitan pizza. Ingredients are quite good but pizza was not great, as soon as a little cold it became chewy. For a Neapolitan even after 15 years in the states it was a disappointment. La pizza non è un gran che, specialmente rispetto agli standard napoletani. Non ci tornerei!

Very good Naples style pizza! Crust was nice and smoky from the wood oven, cheese was plentiful and squeaky; sauce had a great tomato flavour and was well seasoned. We had a margarita €3.5. Awesome! We enjoyed pizza and beer (€2) in the alley; people watching!

Yes it takes awhile be warned but still go because it delicious. We had the margarita pizza and appetizer of fried goodness and to go a baked sock w spicy sauce!! Yum yum!!

The prices are great and the pizza is very delicious and authentic. The service isn't the greatest but the wait is worth it. Despite the service the pizza comes out very fast

Pizza was really good. Perfect. They offered us Deseret which wasn't that great, and,at the end we saw it cost 6 euro.. so remember to ask for the price. Also we paid more for the beer then it was said on the menu.

We found this wonderful pizzeria on our self tour of Napoli. What a surprise! We loved our traditional margarita pizza and tried the pumpkin smoked cheese pizza which was delicious. The owners were recently highlighted on a TV show that showcases best pizzerias around the world. If you feel lost among the numerous pizzerias in its birthplace Naples - you will be found here.

We were super hungry and this place hit the spot. We had a 3 pizzas and a salad. The salad was perfectly fresh and dressed. The. Pizzas were great as well. We were the first to eat, but when we left the place was packed with locals.

Normally a good place to eat. Two times this week had pizza and calzone and brusqueta. Every case the bread was burned enough to ruin the taste. Not a good experience. No sympathy from staff when pointed out the problem. We had better food everywhere else the 10 days we were here.

We were on a cruise stop in Naples in Dec '12. Wife was shopping, as usual. We were hungry and asked a man on the street where we could get some pizza. He told us, 10 meters away. We visited this place and had pizza and gnocchi. It was the best pizza I had ever eaten. Not much of a gnocchi fan, but it too was very good. We raved to friends about this place. Finding a place with pizza that good will be hard to find.
