Pizzeria Porto Rotondo cortina

We were promptly seated upon arriving, at 8pm. The place had a nice homely atmosphere, and the waiter was prompt and friendly. He checked in on us frequently and offered drinks while we were browsing the menu. The staff are genuinely proud of the pizza dishes that they have, and they are served with pride. The pizzas were slightly on the pricier side, perhaps averaging around 18-20 Euros but the ingredients were so fresh, easily one of the best we've had at Cortina. We highly recommend anyone who is looking for good service and amazing pizzas to give this place a go. We would likely visit again!

Carlo's service was warm and he's truly a professional. The dinner crowd on a Saturday night (public holiday weekend) was overwhelming and while other servers were curt, Carlo helped us get a table and delivered everything with a smile. Thank you for the excellent service! Prawn salad - 4.5 stars Tomatoes were delicious, prawns were fresh, and the dressing was on point. Pizza - 4.5 stars Great neapolitan-style pizza! Delicious fresh out of the oven. Chicken breast with potatoes - 3.5 stars Chicken was dry but the potatoes were crisp.

We spent the equivalent of $96 on a meal that was, frankly, a letdown. I ordered a steak, my friend had grilled chicken — both were completely bland and lacked any real seasoning. Even something as basic as a Diet Coke came with a €5 price tag, which felt excessive. The staff was really friendly and the environment was actually really nice! but the food didn’t match the price point at all. I’ve had full five-course meals at high-end steakhouses for less — and those were seasoned and satisfying. This felt like a classic tourist trap: all ambiance, no flavor. I wouldn’t return. Ever

I ate gluten-free pizza. It was terrible. There was no toughness at all on the bottom. Tomato sauce and prosciutto Ham olivat tasteless. My husband's normal pizza was also bad. Honestly, don't eat here!! On top of that, it's expensive.

Good location. Overpriced, considering the food was just average. The Margherita pizza was good, but everything else we ordered was average.

We loved this place on our trip to Cortina. What we loved the most was the amazing gluten free crust that they had! My partner is gluten free so it was great having good options for her! Very good vegetarian options as well!

I must say, this pizza restaurant is fantastic! Of course, the pizza is great, but the real standout for me was the Scampi Soup—it absolutely blew my mind. The richness of the scampi infused into the broth was just incredible! A must-try for anyone visiting. Also perfect for after ski. Big thanks to the staff as well—they were incredibly friendly and provided quick, efficient service. Can’t wait to come back!

Good food, great Staff with with smiles. Fast service with many varieties of options. Pizza’s are Perfect for sharing with a salad. Spent three lunches here.
