The pizza and lasagna were very nice. The waiter accommodated us without any reservations. However if you want to sit in the outside patio I recommend to make a reservation since it seems to get full more than inside.

The food was delicious! I had the Torino gluten free pizza and it was amazing. You can’t tell it is not a regular pizza. Top notch toppings! The place is not super kid friendly, there is no kids menu nor small size cutlery. But the bolognese spaghetti was delicious and my kid devoured it :) The gluten free tiramisu was okay. The dough is fine but not very flavorful. I would come back for the pizza only. Great portions!

Google
Italian restaurant with a great Italian vibe. We ordered pasta and pizza, and both of them were great. Great quality with a reasonable price.

Google
The food was amazing especially the Scampi alla Gríglía. However, the staff pressed the 10% tips on the credit card machine without informing us. I took a look of the machine after the transaction and he just said “The service charge was included.” I do not like the idea that they “took” the money from my pocket without asking my permission. I’m willing to give the tips whenever and whatever I wish to, but not like this way. The feelings are not nice at all.

I rarely leave Google Reviews but this is one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had! I thought there was no way I could eat much by the amount we ordered, I ended up eating the whole pizza myself + my pasta. Now I’m experiencing food coma because I couldn’t stop!! Too amazing of an experience 🙏🏻

Wow! What a meal~ If you like Italian food I highly recommend this restaurant and I would suggest you get reservations. The staff is super friendly and prices are good. Loved the lasagna and pizza! But I’m sure there are plenty other great dishes!

Google
Sssssoooooo GOOD! We both had gluten free pizzas and beer. I suspected it would be good when the GF bread that came out before the meal (the rosemary bread) was delicious ALL BY ITSELF. Highly recommend.

Yelp
They were able to sneak us in between reservations for a quick bite and beer. it wasn't filled fully even during Christmas market time. Servers were meh - not exactly friendly but not unfriendly. It was fine. Ambiance was quiet and food was fine. Wouldn't go out of my way to come again, but no complaints really. I had a pizza with onions and something like salami. It was ok, as was the beer. I live in a college town in the U.S. so mid tier pizza and beer is something I'm familiar with (and this is that).

Yelp
The food was absolutely delicious and portion sizes were great for the price. Food did take a little while to come out but it was so worth it. I dream about the pesto pasta!

Yelp
Solid gluten free pizza. My brother has gluten allergy his whole life and said this was the best Quattro formaggio he ever had In the world. The gluten free pasta was also excellent to me and I love wheat flour pasta. The tiramisu was not bad. The owner was very nice. Staff are efficient.

Yelp
Extremely cute pizza restaurant tucked in off the main streets in Vienna. Went in on a Sunday night - they were very accommodating and found us a seat even though it was very busy and there were a lot of reserved tables. The decor is very homey and provides a nice atmosphere. Dillon ordered an Al Capone Pizza (tomato sauce, mozzarella, broccoli, ham, corn). It was very light and fresh - didn't feel heavy after eating it. Wasn't over seasoned either - flavor very focused on the toppings not the sauce or crust. I ordered the calzone (ham, salami, tomato sauce, ricotta, mozzarella cheese, mushrooms). It was also very light - especially for a calzone. Not at all greasy and very delicious. Food came out very fast. A little pricey but I would say worth it.

Yelp
Remainders from last (LAST?!?!? ... naw!) trip to Europe: White tablecloth spot in the University district and far from the crowded tourist sections of town Scarabocchio is warm, muted, and classy beyond description. Is that Sigmund over there with Paganini at that corner table by the arch? This is a pizza restaurant?! Inadequate description for certain. No matter where you sit the interior views are charming, making you want to linger as long as you possibly can. Underrated Vienna has old world charm and warmth, and Scarabocchio reflects that sensibility perfectly.

Yelp
This was an incredible find! We were looking for a quality Italian place for our last night in Vienna but needed gluten-free options for my wife. All I can say is wow! The gluten-free pasta was AMAZING...great authentic pizza as well. It was crowded on a Sunday night so glad we had reservations which I highly recommend. Two big thumbs up!

Yelp
I went there today, the food was delicious, but the service was awful. They forced me to pay extra money (for service), which was not mentioned in the bill. They were so rude and disrespectful, I will never go there again and I do not recommend it.

Yelp
Me and my colleague went to this restaurant and had dinner, then we went out for seconds and soon realised that my colleague forgot his bag, we went back and the bag just vanished! We haven't seen anyone leaving the restaurant. The waiters, specially the Lebanese one, started defending and accusing other customers of stealing the bag. We told him that we were just outside and we haven't seen anyone leaving with the bag, given that it all happened within a matter of seconds. The waiter started talking in Arabic when he heard me saying that he did it, while at first he was pretending that he didn't understand us. We reported the robbery to the police - he purposely gave us wrong directions to the police station. Of course, all the money and legal documents we had are gone. This kind of action was a really bad experience, beyond words. This place is totally NOT recommended, the owner of this restaurant needs to consider hiring new descent waiters. By far the worst experience for a tourist in a foreign country.

Yelp
Gluten free pizza is amazing. Also have gluten free pasta. You need to call and make reservations, even on a random day of the week. They are always full and don't have many tables. They offer gluten free bread that is absolutely amazing.

Yelp
I have mixed feelings about this place. Wasn't a fan of the salad however the gluten free pizza may be the best pizza I ever had. So, since this is a pizza place I centered my stars around that. Most gluten free pizzas are from frozen dough, but this place was fresh, as if they rolled the dough themselves. And the crust is crispy all the way through (frozen will sometimes be soft/uncooked in the middle). While the place was crowded we were seated quickly and service was fast. Would definitely return. Please note: if you get bacon on salad or pizza it is not American bacon (crispy, dark colored) it is more Canadian (fatty, light in color) Also: this is my personal opinion / taste when it comes to pizza/salad. Feel free to try it out yourself.

Yelp
It was a gluten-free add for Scarabocchio in the Vienna daily paper that caught my attention. Otherwise I never would have found this little 8th District gem! This cozy Pizzeria is located very close to the Rathaus and is full of Italianate details. The large brick/wood oven sits behind the bar for all to see and Italian favorites are played over the radio. Our servers were attentive and especially helpful with my gluten-free questions. The menu is also very clear. All meals and pizzas can be made gluten-free at an extra cost of 3,90 but the pastas are not homemade. They are store-bought. They also offer an Austrian gluten-free beer for 3,90 (you can also find this beer in grocery stores here for much cheaper). Naturally I opted for the homemade gluten-free pizza. It was immense and delicious! I ordered the Capriciosa and my husband ordered the Venezia. After splitting a very filling and fresh antipasti plate, we didn't know how we were gonna finish these huge pies! We managed:) No leftovers, but it was nice to see many people going in and out with takeout boxes. The place is small so I would make a reservation on a weekend and they observe an afternoon break between 2:30pm and 5:30pm. Mangia, mangia!

Yelp
A wonderfully quaint Italian restaurant. We had a full choice of wines, pizza (including gluten free), and desserts. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The back patio was a refreshing option. We highly recommend Scarabocchio.

Yelp
This place is awesome. This is our go to date place. The gluten free pizza is one of the best anywhere in the world. Honestly! I love the Casalinga mit Knoblauchwurst added. I hesitate to give such a glowing review because I want to have a better chance of getting a table. Make a reservation!!

Yelp
Best Glutenfree Pizza I've had! Wonderful thin crust and a huge selection. I had the Torino which was just what I was looking for. I just arrived in town and went around 6 with no reservation. They originally said the couldn't take me burnt after asking, they gave me a reservation for an hour later. They do have an English menu too. And I have to mention that they have Glutenfree beer!

Yelp
We have been trying to make/find gluten free (glutenfrei) food since D's 2004 diagnosis (that would be 10 years of experience...). This was a religious GF pizza experience. We were CERTAIN that the price would be paid later that evening, our taste buds could not believe it. But the owner said that when his daughter was diagnosed, they were *determined* to do it right. D. now wants to spend every meal in Vienna there. We had the Buffalo Mozzerella and the Milano. Absolutely incredible. Good lighting (not too bright), cozy atmosphere. Had us fall in love with Vienna from our first day. Thanks to Yelp reviewers for mentioning gluten free... that's how we found it :)

Yelp
Rang up to find out if they deliver and to book a table if not. They hung up on me mid-conversation! Didn't get to try the food, but the staff were so rude on the phone that I wouldn't waste the time.

Yelp
Got my bag stolen inside the restaurant while the restaurant barely had 4 tables with customers only. No help from waiters at all.
