"Gluten-Free & Lactose Free Pizza Take your pizza to go, or take a seat in the small informal restaurant. The thin-crust pizzas are also available in gluten-free or lactose-free varieties; this is one of the few places in Munich that provides this option. Gluten-free beer is also available. Reservations are recommended on the weekend."

My favorite pizza in Munich!!! Their potato pizza is a must try. Service is a hit or miss - depends on who is behind the window. Some of them dont speak a word of German or English and make you feel like they are doing you a favour selling their pizza. Atmosphere is amazing especially in summer. Be ready to wait in line for 15+ mins on busy days.

Stopped in late and they were very accommodating. Reminded us the kitchen closed in 5 minutes and made sure we got to order. Pizza was 5 stars!! And you absolutely must try it with the chili oil! Beer was also delicious 😋

Best street pizza there is. Always a line for it. Yummm

This place is quite popular in this area of Munich and serves oven-roasted pizzas. The pizza was made using high-quality ingredients and served hot and delicious. The portion size was enough for two in our case. Lastly, I tried their Tiramisu, which was again quite delicious. I would recommend making a reservation in advance as the place is quite crowded, especially on weekends.

I had the worst restaurant experience ever in this place. Today I was sitting at a table Waiting for my friend, and the waiter came and grabbed the chair where my friend was going to sit from my table. There was a third chair, so I moved the third chair to the place of the second chair where my friend was going to sit. The waiter came and pushed the chair towards the wall, where there’s clearly not enough space to sit for my friend. I asked the waiter to move the chair back so that my friend can’t have enough space for sitting. He immediately started arguing that there isn’t enough space for the waiter to pass if the chair wasn’t that location. However, the place that he suggested where my friend sit was impossible to fit a human being. Therefore, I asked him to keep the chair as is. I offered him another solution to move another table away so that he can pass easier. Then he started arguing then how other people will sit in the other table if it’s moved that way. While I was trying to offer solutions to his problem of passing or not, he kept telling me why this will not work in a very angry way. All of a sudden he looks at me he says enough is enough and makes a suggestion with his hand and then moves away. I am shocked. I feel disrespected and mishandled in this place. I immediately went to the owner of this place and complaints to the boss. He said he will talk to the guy. But nobody came and apologized me. And they did not do a single thing. This disrespectful waiter will keep working there miss handling customers. I am deeply disappointed. I will never recommend this place to anybody.

Very nice Romana pizza. Very crispy and delicious crust, like a classic Romana style pizza. Minimal “flop” 😉 When I have a craving for crispier pizza, I come here 😋 They offer a decent portion for the cost. The ingredients taste fresh. I would recommend ordering a pizza and eating in, the fresh pizza is much better than the take-away premade pizza. I like that you can order 3 different styles on a single pizza. It’s perfect for 2 people. It’s in a decent location and has a good vibe. It’s worth a try 👌

Really nice place with a cool vibe. Food was great and portions were big. If you sit inside, you can’t order smaller pizza slices.

Google
There’s nothing wrong with their pizza but I’ve tasted better ones elsewhere. I like that you can order while looking at the actual pizza, and that you can have a slice of pizza without needing to order a whole pizza. It’s great for a takeaway and also very considerate for someone whose stomach is small.

Yelp
This is a really delicious spot. It's more than it appears from first glance walking past. We stayed in the area for over a week at the nearby Hilton and walked by the first few nights and saw a small crowd just outside eating pizza from their walk-up grab and go window at the front. Slices are large and reasonable with a cheese slice (which is huge and cut in threes) running only 2.50. My fiancee had slices from here like 4 days in a row for snacks and lunch. One night, we were out late and decided to get dinner around 10:30pm and this was literally the only spot we found around with warm food available. They let us come sit inside and enjoy. Fair prices and good pizza. They have a range of flavors usually available - some veggie and some with meats.

Yelp
Yummy pizza Delicious truffle oil - drizzle your pizza with it! Fast friendly service

Yelp
Not a fan. The place was cramped and crowded and we were able to get the last small table. This is all fine, but the pizza itself was just not good. Practically no sauce, dry, and fairly tasteless. Service was good.

Yelp
The line out front for the to-go window should have been an indication of quality, but we were still pleasantly surprised by the delicious pizza we had here. We did the big pizza with four sections, as on the menu with no changes. Everything was fresh and tasty but the potato pizza is definitely the hidden gem. So unique and wonderful!

Yelp
From the US, we really enjoyed our dinner here. Small place but nice laidback casual atmosphere and open windows to people watch. Not a tourist trap, and great tasting food. Our waiter wisely talked us into the medium, as the large would have literally hung off the table. It was just enough for the 3 of us. No wait at all but I occasionally see lines out the door (maybe college groups?)

Yelp
Good choice if you want a quick cheap snack to satisfy your munchies. Simple but crispy pizza with great toppings. Schmeck gut!

Yelp
Amazing authentic Italian Pizza (one of a handful of places with gluten free pizza as well). We love the staff and the cozy atmosphere. Great place for sharing and smaller groups. In the summer they also have outside seating options. Bring some cash and a lot of appetite! PS: also a good opportunity to practice your Italian :)

Yelp
We went for gluten free pizza, about a 40 min commute. When we asked about the gluten free after standing in line for 20 min, we were told to sit down by the crusty bitter old man. He came over, begrudgingly took our order and served us up two of the worst tasting pizzas I've had in my life. Sauce is tasteless, prosciutto was lifeless and tasted like Canadian bacon. The Chianti was decent, which is why I offer two stars. He obviously wasn't happy that we ordered gluten free that they had to make instead of us simply ordering the old pizza sitting out. Pro tip for the old man- if you hate serving it so much, take it off your menu, it taste like shit anyways.

Yelp
I looked up this place because I am a celiac and cannot eat gluten. It is within walking distance of downtown/marieplatz, which is nice. They have normal pizza/pasta and gluten free pizza. Service is not top notch, a little slow and disorganized. However, the gf pizza is nice and as a celiac that is already a victory.

Yelp
If you're traveling in Munich, looking for pizza and can't eat gluten then this is where you need to go. The gluten free crust was amazing. A perfect mix of soft and crispy. Not too thick and not too thin. Hey also serve gluten free beer!
google avatar

Emma C.

Yelp
Best pizza - crust is thin and crispy and very light. Best option: half a meter of pizza, mixed toppings - eg -potato and truffle - my favourite. Atmosphere - cosy and friendly. They had a projector screen playing for the World Cup.

Yelp
The gluten free pizza was awesome but the gluten full pizza (according to my boyfriend) was just okay. It was a nice atmosphere with friendly waitstaff and cheap beer (even had gluten free beer!). We had 2 pizzas (one gf) and 2 beers for €30. A great deal!

Yelp
This chaotic little pizza joint has been one of our go to places ever since we moved to Munich. Everything here appears to be hectic and somewhat chaotic, but somehow we have always felt welcome and at home amongst these Italians swirling around like dervishes. We came here to watch several games of the last soccer World Cup and what could be better then yummy pizza and a cold beer and a bunch of soccer crazed Italians around you to watch a game, right? Pizzas here are tasty, fresh, not extraordinary or superior but somehow the relaxed atmosphere makes up for it. Not cheap, but not too expensive either. And next door you can get delicious ice cream. Summer, I am ready for you!

Yelp
Wow! got here really by accident and was surprised! Superb pizza in a VERY good price. Nice and young atmosphere too.

Yelp
Small and cozy place with friendly people and outstanding food. Several in our family have Celiac disease and must eat gluten free. The staff were knowledgeable and accommodating. The gluten free pizza was awesome!

Yelp
This place had a line out the door for two nights running so I decided to try it. Very good prices but that's where it ended with the good. Staff tried to tell me the pizza was Margherita - no mozzarella, no basil - just plain cheese. I'm not a German but c'mon. Only the edges were edible. The rest was a soggy mess. Not even worth the mere 2 euro. Most went in the trash.

Yelp
When a friend asked if I wanted to grab potato pizza whilst in München, I was a little taken aback. Was she only suggesting this because I'm a ginger? Sure, I like potatoes but come on...on pizza? But she persisted and I'm glad she did. The thin slices are delectable and the truffle oil makes the whole thing tastes so rich and decadent. The zucchini slice was top notch as well but we were both set on potato again when we went back for thirds. Bring cash and an appetite - you won't regret it.

Yelp
Cool spot. This little pizzeria is really original. Here you can enjoy, in addition to a good pizza, a typical Italian atmosphere. The three owners, Franco, Andrea and Enzo are always super busy in delivering flying trays of mixed slices of hot pizza, wine and beer. Perfect place for an evening with friends or for a quick snack before a concert. The entrance to the theater Gesteig is just opposite.

Yelp
It's not the greatest pizza in Munich (I've not yet found that!) but this is a good place to get a quick lunch - a slice of decent pizza. It's almost more of a flatbread - thin crust, good texture though, not dry and cracker-like. Toppings are fresh and well chosen. The order/service process was a little confusing - there may have been table-service but it was not clear. We just picked out what slice of pizza we wanted at the counter, then the guy popped it in the oven to warm. Then he motioned us towards the bar to grab a beverage out of the fridge (told us it was self-service) - we had a seat and then he brought us the pizza. Looks like it's possible to get it to go too. The whole process was pretty fast (for Munich) and not expensive (pizza slice was maybe €2.70?). We only needed one slice each; if you're famished you could eat 2 pretty easily.

Yelp
Rude ..... if you enjoy being ignored while watching the staff argue between themselves then this is the place for you. The show was free as we left before we ordered. Pizza looked good........

Yelp
Love the place. The pizzas are delicious. Just go at the counter and pick your choices. The service may be lacking but it is part of the experience rather than an issue. Just go there, relax, have a glass of wine or two. Lots of locals are waiting in line for the take out.

Yelp
Not a bad pizza, and you can get a variety of different pizzas all in one sitting. Wash it down with a 3 euro bottle of tegernseer hellas. Will not break your travel budget.conveniently located near hotel.

Yelp
Gluten free pizza is worth a very short wait!!! I had the Buffala-Motzatella and it was AMAZING!! Ate the entire pizza and wanted more! My hubby had slices from the ready-to-go counter and was very happy. It reminded him of his fathers home made pizza. Fantastic! DONT MISS THIS SPOT!

Yelp
Gluten free pizza in Munich - but takes 20 minutes to get it. Always crowded and loud.
google avatar

Heather W.

Yelp
Meh...not worth the trip. Pizza was ok. Went there for the gluten free pizza...had to tell them our order twice. Found the service to be lacking, bordering on rude. Save yourself the trip...and wait.

Yelp
This is probably the best pizza I've ever had in my life! Try the pizza with arugula. It's fantastic. Unfortunately the Italians that offer this great pizza also offer crappy service. But who cares...the pizza rocks!

Joanne B.

Yelp
Everything was totally awesome!!!! Outstanding Service!!! Best gluten free pizza ever, went perfect with GF beer and GF tiramisu. The Caprese salad was the best I have ever had. First pizza I have had with arugula. Wish we had a few more days in Munich. Thank you, it was perfect.

Yelp
I stopped at this place late one evening after arriving into Munich at the Rosenheimer Platz U-bahn station. I was staying at a nearby hotel and just wanted a quick snack before heading back to my hotel room. The man working the counter was very rude and infact charged me €3 for a €2.50 slice of salami pizza. I hadn't noticed his price list on the wall prior to paying and only noticed it as I waited for the pizza to reheat. When I questioned him about this discrepancy in price he just laughed and said that €3 was the price tonight. He then turned his back and walked away. I don't recommend anyone give their money to this clown. He's rude, the pizza was horrible, and there are so many other nicer and better places to eat all on the same street corner. Shame on this restaurant for ripping off the tourist population.

Lauren M.

Yelp
This might be the best Gluten Free Pizza I've ever had. Fresh ingredients and fresh pizza. The staff was helpful since our German is subpar. Cute small dining area, very popular at night.

Richard M.

Yelp
Overrated. I was looking for a good pizza, that wasn't the place to be. I don't understand the hype with this place. It's not horrible either, but a bit pricey for what it is.

Ken W.

Yelp
Greeted with a smile. Hard working staff wanted my order to taste right and followed up to make sure. Good pizza at a fair price late night on a Sunday in Germany. What's not to like? Exactly what I was looking for.

Bianca B.

Yelp
Very good pizza place! You can take away or eat there. Help yourself for beverages and they also have a delicius gluten free pizza.
