The former city's market place in the Middle Ages, today the square with its 18th-century fountain, medieval houses, art galleries, antique shops and with busy cafés and restaurants still remains the hub of Geneva's Old Town- popular meeting spot. Not to be missed, indeed.

It’s a place to visit for the tourists visiting Geneva. You will find here also restaurants and cafes, when starting or after finishing your walks and visits in the old town of Geneva. It is also the starting point or the central point of local activities, like the Escalade in December.

My favorite place over 20 years to spend an evening in Geneva. Cafe de Bourg de Four I feel is the best in the city for steak tartar. But seriously, all of the happy hour & food places here are good. Historically & culturally impressive.

Cozy small plaza full of history and surrounded by cafes. A bit too many cafe chairs for my taste, but probably a good add-on for those looking for the perfect coffee spot. The fountain was under some form of construction when we were there, so it hardly felt like a plaza, but still a nice vibe going on. If you are in the old town area, it is worthwhile to add this place to the itinerary, Mayhaps as a coffee stop :))

Nice area, many cafés and restaurants. There are also seats around you can just sit and chill with a take away sandwich or drink. Good vibes and really nice to visit and see

Great old town square where many cafe/restaurants around to have a quick drink or a meal. We had 2 drinks and enjoyed our afternoon here but it can be pricey for drinks as it is a touristy spot.
