Staff miscommunicated the breakfast times and refused to let us have breakfast, despite the fact that we paid for it. Not the best service.

Clear, quiet hotel with friendly staff! Unfortunately no consideration for vegetarians and wifi does not work.

I haven't stayed at the hotel itself, but I made a booking that clearly said that I can cancel until the day before arrival, and had a cancellation button on it. When I needed to cancel, the button didn't work and I got a message to contact the hotel. No reply to email, has to call by phone, they took 10 min or so to find my booking which was through their webpage, and then charged me a 150 SEK cancellation fee.

I stayed for 2 nights in a single room. Nice, simple, clean room with basic facilities, except that it would have been so good if in-room coffee/tea making was possible. The bed and the overall ambiance were fine. But the toilet/shower design was very irritating because a lot of water splashed around when one shower. Breakfast is very simple and meager with a very limited choice of breads (mostly in the form of pre-prepared thick sandwiches), eggs, cheese etc. Its location within 5 minutes of walking from the railway station can be quite attractive. All in all, a simple, hostel-like hotel.

Rooms were comfortable although little bit old. Service was top level, food was great.

We were forced to stay here for one night because our bathroom was broken. It was generally clean and comfortable, with a nice little garden. They also offer a free tasty dinner, which was an extra convenience for us. It's a bit far from the old town if you're a tourist, but it's a good choice if you're on business or just a temporary shelter like we were.

Been here several times. Always booking this hotel. Some of the people in the reception need a course in the "art of the smiling" but most of the staff are nice. The included dinner is amazing and the wonderful woman who cook is one of a kind talent.give her a raise. I'll be back for the swedish husmanskost.
