What is it • Place Ste-Foy is a large shopping mall located at 2450 boulevard Laurier, Québec, QC G1V 2L1. • It is situated in the borough of Sainte‑Foy–Sillery–Cap‑Rouge (formerly the municipality of Sainte-Foy) at the entrance to Québec City. • It’s known as a premium fashion & lifestyle destination — with many high-end, international and Canadian brands. • Some numbers: According to leasing materials, the property welcomes over ~8.6 million shoppers annually. ⸻ What you’ll find / Highlights • A wide selection of stores: Brands such as Apple, Zara, Lululemon, Michael Kors, Sephora, Lacoste, and many others are housed there. • Good amenities: Free indoor and outdoor parking. Free WiFi. EV charging station on-site noted in some sources. • Architecture & recent redevelopment: The mall underwent renovations including updated façades, interior design, and food court improvements. • Dining & social spaces: Beyond just shopping, there are spaces to eat and spend time. ⸻ Practical information • Hours (general indication): For example Monday-Wednesday about 10 a.m.–6 p.m., Thursday/Friday until ~9 p.m., Saturday ~9–17, Sunday ~10–17. (Always check current hours). • Location: 2450 boulevard Laurier, Québec, QC. • Parking: Ample parking available (indoor & outdoor). • Accessibility: Partially accessible for mobility-impaired persons; some parking & services designed for convenience. ⸻ Why it’s a good place • If you’re looking for a one-stop place for fashion, style, gifts and higher-end shopping in Québec City, this is a top option. • Conveniently located for visitors: easy to access from main roads, good parking. • Mixed uses: not just shopping, but also dining and social experiences. • If you live or stay in the Sainte-Foy area (or near Université Laval), it’s very convenient. ⸻ Things to keep in mind • Because it has many premium/brand stores, price levels may lean higher than discount malls. • During peak times (weekend afternoons, holidays) expect more crowds and maybe less relaxed browsing. • If you’re looking for bargains or outlet-type deals, you may need to check smaller/more specialised stores or look outside. • Always check the store hours for specific brands (especially Sundays or holidays) as there may be variation. ⸻ Suggested uses / Visit tips • Shopping spree: Plan at least 1–2 hours if you want to browse multiple stores. • Dining break: Bring a water bottle, or plan a stop for coffee or lunch — there are food space(s). • Parking convenience: Use indoor parking if weather is bad (winter, rain) for more comfort. • Combo outing: Since the area has other malls/retail zones, you could combine with a stroll around the boulevard Laurier area.

Nice Mall = if you like malls. Huge Simons store and a great open space. Parking lot attendents working to prevent collisions.

If you are looking for upper scale shopping, this is by far the fanciest mall in Quebec city with name brand stores like Lacoste, Lululemon, Marciano, Simons, Banana Republic, Saks Fith Avenue, Apple store and so many more. Not to mention the many quality restaurants and pubs on site to stop by while you are enjoying your shopping experience. And also in my opinion the most important factor: this mall connects directly with 2 other very large malls making it one of Canada's largest malls when considered as one. Every shopping enthousiast will enjoy this place.

Yelp
This large shopping mall (which is almost 65 years old) is a paradise for shoppers...located in the neighborhood of Ste-Foy, it's about 15-20 min outside the Old City walls. Modern and huge, it's one of the favorite places for young Quebecois to hang out and go shopping. I have always loved the choices of stores, food court area, the special sales going at the mega department stores like Simons and Zara, and the various special events that take place here. Located on Laurier Boulevard, a major hotel and commercial artery, Place Ste-Foy is well known for its distinctive high-end and high-fashion offerings. Prestigious Canadian, European and U.S. retailers have chosen to settle in Place Ste-Foy, especially: Apple, Banana Republic, BCBG MAXAZRIA, Birks, Cheïkha, Marc Cain, Marciano, Lululemon, Bestseller, Lacoste, Michael Kors, Sephora, Simons, Signature Maurice Tanguay, Swarovski and Zara. The mall is situated next to Université Laval and to the shopping malls Laurier Québec and Place de la Cité.

Yelp
This mall is massive! Would have enjoyed spending a whole day there!! As it was, we were simply passing through and needed a rest stop and a coffee, and a drug store (went to metro). While waiting for the others to catch up, I browsed a jewelry store (nice amethyst, emerald, and sapphire earring sets). What we saw was wide hallways, clean, and plenty of people - considering the state of COVID!! Wishing you all the best of health and that COVID winds down its ugly head! Here's to the recuperating economy, and being able to spend longer in the malls!!
