It's an open area with in walking distance from hotels with multiple food trucks with different types of cuisines. When we were there the had live music and ice cream or sorbet. The locals were also so friendly. The only negative is they don't open until about 6pm.

Nice park. All the food trucks are Chinese food with some.seafood dishes mixed it. Very rudimentary but my food was tasty. I was glad to finally find affordable-ish and tasty food.

We stopped at this food truck location to kill some time between our ferry and the airport. We arrived at around 5:40 pm on a Thursday and there were only two trucks working, a third pulled in at 6pm. It might be more lively on a weekend but it felt like a dismal and dingy place to spend time at after our lovely time on Moorea. There were shady looking folks at the bathrooms who may or may not have been trying to sell me drugs (if I spoke French I'd know for sure). The bathrooms themselves are pretty dismal with all of the urinals broken and only stalls available. The food itself was good and a nice change from a lot of the food offered on the island of Moorea. We had Chinese food with variations of fish included in staple dishes. The servings were massive and I wish that we had ordered to share instead of individual plates ! The crepe place for desert was decent, but not the most memorable of crepes.

Vai’ete square is a great place for food diversity options. I had the shrimp fried rice from one of the roulettes and it was so good I went back again later in that week!

Very nice place for truck food. Called in french "roulettes". They work every day at dinner time. Good food, from pizzas to ceviches, Chinese, seafood. The square is nice, very close to the sea at Papette. Must visit if you goes to Tahiti

Lots of different cuisines could be found here! I got the grilled chicken but they also serve fish, along with many Asian food like Chinese and Thai. There’re live music, and free parking nearby.

Only had a short visit here. Our transfer was picking us up at 630pm. Can't remember the name of the food truck we ate at but boy did it ever keep me good and fed for the long haul flight back to San Francisco, I can't eat airplane food for whatever reason so I'm lucky we had time to stop here.

Amazing food trucks and truly nice people. The trucks have a massive selection of food made to order. Usually live music and a general festival atmosphere really make it a relaxing and pleasurable experience!
