Where to Stay in Nashville (Updated 2025)

"Located right next to many of the city’s main attractions (including the Johnny Cash Museum and the Ryman Auditorium), I think Placemakr SoBro is a beautiful hotel with parquet floors, chic furniture, comfortable beds, and super friendly staff." - Matthew Kepnes

The 6 Best Hotels in Nashville (Updated 2025)

"If you need a longer stay or a kitchen, I like the fully furnished studios and 1–3 bedroom apartments with an industrial-chic design—exposed pipes, tall ceilings, colorful artwork, huge windows—and a rooftop pool and lounge for city views. Units include a dedicated workspace, washer/dryer, 55" Apple TV with streaming, and a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, stove, sink, microwave, full-size fridge, coffee maker, stovetop kettle), and some have private balconies; it's also right next to many main attractions. There’s no breakfast on-site, but you’re just a couple of blocks from the retro, kitschy Sun Diner, which I always eat at when I visit." - Matthew Kepnes

I was very skeptical about the electronic check in, but it turned out to be fantastic. There are people at the front in case you were unable to decipher the check-in instructions. It was really quite easy. You better write down your six digit code in case your phone goes dead. It’s necessary to get in the front door and additional door and your room if they’re not people at the front desk. My wife and I enjoyed the stay here immensely. The rooms are very spacious. The location is two blocks off Broadway and close enough to see the Cumberland river - fantastic. We would definitely stay here again.

placemakr premier sobro is the only place to book in downtown nashville!!! The customer service from the staff: Fabian, Alicia, Oshane, CoCo, Taj, Heather & more is top tier! The staff is professional & helpful. I love the versatility of their black uniforms… from tshirts, sweatshirts, hats & more displaying the pale placemakr logo. The rooms are modern yet comfortable & the balcony views are amazing. I am a returning guest & beyond satisfied with my placemakr premier sobro experienece. I look forward to future trips!

This was our first trip to Nashville and we couldn’t be happier with this property. Our room was not quite ready at check in but Oshean at the front desk was terrific- we were offered two rooms instead of the original one room and both were spectacular. Spacious, clean, and functional. Two large TVs (one in bedroom, one in main room) and a nice sized kitchen. The staff was uniformly gracious. Pool, hot tub, game room, and gym were all clean and exceptional. The location is right in the heart of the Broadway district and walking to all the best bars and music venues. Easy to get anywhere you want and for those not up for walking lots of scooters and Uber available. About 20 minutes from the airport, close to Nissan Stadium, and Vanderbilt. This will be our first choice of accommodations when we return.

Google
The hotel and room were very clean and you couldn’t beat the location. We were in walking distance of Broadway and plenty of other entertainment. The check in was pretty disappointing. We got there at 4:15 and check in is supposed to be at 4:00. The entire lobby was full of people waiting on their rooms. We were not able to get the room we booked. The front desk staff just said it wasn’t available but they never said why. I booked the room months in advance so I was a little disappointed. They did give us an “upgraded” room according to them for no additional charge. It was on a lower floor but the room itself was very nice and had great views of the city. There’s no free coffee or ice machine there, which I thought was strange and inconvenient. It also cost us $164 to park in the garage for 3 nights. Maybe that’s normal for Nashville, but I thought it was pretty expensive. We would not stay here again, especially for the price and the simple things it’s missing.

Google
This was a last-minute booking that turned into a very pleasant surprise. Everything about this location was fantastic. From the price, location, staff, and the flat, there isn't much I would change about my stay at Placemakr Premier. The location was easy to find, check-in was all electronic and the front desk staff was very helpful if I needed them. This is a very classy building, with all the amenities you would need for a short-term or long-term stay: a pool, a large fitness center, a sauna, and social space both inside and out. Also, this was easily within walking distance of many local attractions and restaurants. The living space was very clean, minimalistic, and spacious. The bonus was the in-suite laundry and the rather large balcony that overlooked downtown Nashville. Although it was a little noisy at night, this is a reflection of what Nashville has to offer, not the fault of Placemakr Premier. I would stay here again and would recommend this to anyone looking to stay in downtown Nashville at a very reasonable price.

Great spot to explore Nashville. We stayed with friends and the 2 B/2 B unit was perfect for us. Clean, great views, nice common areas. Definitely felt more intimate than a large chain hotel. Friendly front desk personnel, (all staff we encountered were very friendly), great pool area to relax and refresh before more honky-tonk activity. We had a few groceries delivered and the front desk accepted and held them for us. If you are sensitive to noise at night, bring earplugs, but it wasn’t too bad for us and we live in the country and aren’t used to city noise. There are a few spots to grab food & coffee nearby. Easy walk to Broadway. Also, we did the Hop On Hop Off, which has a stop nearby. If we return to Nashville we would absolutely stay here again.

Google
I’d love to come back and stay here next time I visit Nashville. Super convenient that there’s a parking garage next door, but I didn’t have a vehicle and didn’t need it. I love how close it is to everything for a first-time visitor to Nashville. The unit itself was so clean and had an amazing view/balcony. If I had stayed longer, I would have definitely taken advantage of the full 10th floor gym, swimming pool, and outdoor area. The front office staff were always so nice and very polite and helpful. I was glad that there were staff members there- definitely a sense of security and extra customer service. 2-5 minute walking to all of Broadway, and not a bad 15-20 walk to the Gulch area. With the pedestrian bridge so close and in view, you could head to the other side of Nashville with no problem.

We stayed here in July for the Coldplay concert. We picked this location due to the proximity to the stadium - we were able to walk to the concert in about 10 minutes plus we were 2 blocks or less from Broadway and many of the other restaurants and activities we wanted to do. Overall, the room was great - comfortable bed and well appointed. However, check in and some other items were disappointing and confusing. Check in isn't till 4 which is pretty late in my opinion. We did not receive a text message saying our room was ready so we had to wait in a long line in the lobby. There were many other people in the same position as us. There was one gentleman working who was doing his best to accommodate everyone and figure out the issues. There really needed to be more than just him. I noticed that there were more staff members at the front desk the day after we checked in and the day we checked out. The person working was able to get us a room once we talked to him which was great and we appreciated him doing that but others were not in the same position. We also received confusing information from the hotel. Example: we were told that no beach towels were available for use at the pool and to bring out own. There in fact are beach towels for guest use. We also received an email from the hotel tell saying we needed to clean the room in order to avoid a cleaning fee. We asked at the front desk what we needed to do and were told to ignore that email and that we didn't need to clean it. So overall that worked out for us but it was confusing on our end. The pool area is really nice and we took advantage of it and the hot tub. However, the pool really needed to be cleaned. There were leaves and debris at the bottom of the pool and floating in it. It was mainly concentrated at one end so we were able to avoid it. Overall, the location is great and the room was really nice. But it wasn't the best experience.

Yelp
This hotel is in a great location - very easy to walk to Broadway or any of the local restaurants. The other plus is the size of the room. Plenty of space for 2 ppl. As for the downsides, there's no TV in the bedroom, it does not have regular hotel amenities - no convenience shop, no key cards (you're given a long code which we had a lot of difficulty getting to work), the TV is streaming only, so if you don't have those services, you're out of luck. The elevators take a long time to get to you. So, to sum up, great location and price but you don't have the conveniences of a regular hotel.

Yelp
I haven't lived year, and they aren't super responsive online. I gave a call though, and the women that helped me was amazing. I was considering living here, but I live in Florida so I couldn't go look. She personally sent me videos and answered all my questions. This was does AirBnb, or is like a hotel - which is Nashville I didn't want. If you're interested just give a call.

Yelp
Beautiful room with great view! We stayed on the 13th floor and the furniture was chic and felt comfy! Washer/dryer in unit & the host provided us with two detergent pods and two dryer sheets for two loads. We stayed here 2 nights - everything went smooth upon check in (around midnight) however, when we went upstairs & got settled in we read we needed a wristband to access the pool the next day. So, when we went back downstairs to take a stroll down Broadway, we asked the front desk young woman - who was reading a book & looked annoyed that we interrupted - for said wristbands. The entire interaction was so odd. She answered in one word sentences and she was refusing to give us the wristbands because the pool was closed. We get it, we weren't trying to go in after midnight, we just wanted to get it out of the way but she was very rude & getting an answer from her was like pulling teeth. My advice: find a job outside of hospitality! i'll give her some grace because she had a change of heart upon our return & stopped us to give us the wristbands. Overall, I loved that this hotel is pet friendly with a dog park around the corner from it. My dog enjoyed having the park to himself! And it's also a short walk from all the Honky Tonks on Broadway! This was my first time visiting Nashville and I can't wait to be back!

Yelp
TL;DR - Nice rooms with kitchen and laundry. Balconies and some face downtown. Hot tub could be hotter and the elevators are a mess. On the positive, clean place to crash with a short walk to Lower Broad. I am going to break this one out, as my biggest beef is what takes most of the stars off. There are only 3 elevators for 30 floors. They are rather slow. And the buttons are clunky, so people constantly press the wrong floor. As for the rooms, they are clean and well done (see pictures). If you get a high enough floor, you have an excellent view of downtown (on the 15th this time, but did the 30th the last). The rooms have nice balconies and I could see sitting out with drinks on a cooler week. There is a clubroom with a pool table and a rooftop pool with a hot tub. The hot tub is a nice addition, but the water is kept at such a cool temperature it does not really remove tension. I would have given anything for something more around 105. Most of the people in the hot tub were jumping in the pool to get cold so the water felt warmer. There is a restaurant on premise and the Pancake Pantry is around the corner (will review that shortly). You also have the Diner and City Taphouse in the same building, but a different entrance. So ample choices for food. Each unit has a full kitchen, so you do have the option of preparing your own food to save some dough. And there is a washer and dryer with enough detergent for two loads. There is a small convenience store around the corner if you require more, although we found the room staff will give you some if you ask. Best thing is you are 2 blocks distance from Lower Broad, so it is easy to get down to the honkytonks. As a long term Nashvillian, I would have never experienced this had I not sold the house and temporarily moved in with dad in Florida. Leaving was the real pain. As everyone has to be out at the same time (11 AM), you can have hundreds of people leaving with masses of luggage. This did not hit me the first time, as I was on the 30th, with only 2 floors above me. After being on the 15th, I was thinking OMFG! We tried to get an elevator where at least one of us could go down and start the cycle but spent 20 minutes and about 4 or 5 loads before we decided to take the elevator up and then down. We repeated this trick for our second load (as there are no luggage carts - but perhaps this is a good thing, as they take up lots of space in a small elevator). What made it worse is they were working on one of three elevators the day we left (woke up to the banging). A lot of their issues would be alleviated if they would have staggered check outs and not do it all at once. Have one set at 11 AM, another at 11:30 AM, and so on. WIth the right cadence, people would not be so pissed off leaving the building. Will I return? Sure, but I will make sure to load up early the last day so I am not contending with the elevator.

Yelp
Too Bad No (5) Stars, only bc of reasons below. My 1st time in Nashville, I checked in on July 2nd 2023 there for July 4th Holiday week. I was having a Great time until a Hiccup by night clerk who was very rude, confrontational, & unprofessional. I will start by saying (Day) staff is proficient & friendly enough. Shows compassion & concern twds guests. However, u do do get what u pay for. I might give them another try bc b4 incident I told family & friends I recommend the hotel . I'd prefer The Westin or Renaissance etc bc I've never had anyone disrespect me at these Hotels. I guess it's a 1st time for anything, right? Lol Ok, Minus will be InOperable code door to enter ur pin#. Maintenance came numerous times to fix this key pad but still not good. So, day shift clerks would assist you. At night, every night they put up sign that outside entrance door is broken . Id if it's to keep out the homeless in the neighborhood or just to inconvenience us? Idk ‍ Next, my room was FREEZING most of the time until maintenance came to adjust it. However, I overheard some guest say their room was as like Sauna. Lol Pool & Lounge on 10fl is Great, but some guests hog it to the point I didn't get a chance to use it. I came down a few times but just sat in lounge area. The rooms r clean enough however, u must make ur own beds unless u stay for (2) weeks I was told. I didn't like that part , being that I was on vacation; trying to relax. I do realize, that after Covid, everything changed but come on. We or I patronized this smaller hotel to give them business bc they said they suffered the most & no one had jobs during epidemic. So, now that I said that, I'm saying that you'll understand why I got irritated with this RUDE night clerk ( Sade) who needs to be re-trained or Fired. Word of Mouth from guests is the fastest & FREE advertisement in every business sector. I came in late one night from shopping in like 100 degrees weather bc Nashville heat is No joke. I'm on vacation , so I'm not cooking ‍ anything. So, I also had a dinner bag from restaurant around the corner City Tap. Try it the Food is good. I walked in EXHAUSTED & tired. I went through side door bc again front door at night always has door broken sign. Ok, I'm coming in & this rude clerk (Sade) see me trying to punch in code & she opens the door as I'm politely talking to her she asks if I'm Delivery. I said why, she made inference to my shopping bags in a nasty voice. Meanwhile, she easily judges her guests, but she's dressed as a street person w/ her attire & unkept braids. FYI: Tourist, do shop it stimulates the economy. I guess she doesn't know that bc she never traveled anywhere. I'm dressed, in a fancy outfit, but I'm supposed to be delivery. I'd think if ur a desk clerk & it's a hotel you'll ask if the person standing ifo you, you'd ask if they're a guest 1st, if ur not familiar & type in their name & ask for ID at night. IDK ‍ That'll be professional & smart. Most Hotels don't Insult their guess bc they'd like them to return, but it's not her Hotel why should she care? The part, where she got very confrontational w/ me over a key pad code was ridiculous. Later, I told her my room # & I'm sure she pulled up the info, but still refused to assist me getting into an inoperable door where the keypad doesn't always work. Finally, in my room, I reached for my purse . I'm like OMG, I must've left it at front desk counter w/ crazy girl clerk. I got downstairs, she said she didn't have it, now I'm like is she messing w/me? Then, I remembered going to restaurant, b4 entering Hotel. I ran around the corner & Tk God, the nice manager had it. I told her what happened @ hotel & she said she was familiar w/ her bc other guests had problems w/her as well. Wow! So, later, I'm relaxing in my room about to eat some potato chips reached for a knife & sliced my finger tip off. Blood everywhere I'm thinking Omg I have to go to the hospital. I clotted the blood went to bed next morning blood began again. I got dress & called a Lyft to the Emergency room on July 4th, Yeah, that's how I started my holiday getting treated by a Doctor all bc of a RUDE unprofessional desk clerk. Hotel staff job is to help us RELAX not stress us out. You'd think ur safe staying at a hotel they got u if anything happens in the hotel , but not here or not on the night shift with (Sade). I feel bad if a family member has a heart attack or medical condition at night bc this girl is not capable nor compassionate twds her guests. I myself have a minor leg disability & that's probably why I was so exhausted & my body shut down as well. A little compassion & concern goes a long way w/ guests it makes us feel safe in an unfamiliar environment. I do recommend, this Hotel, and that's only bc of the friendly & professional Day shift.

Yelp
We stayed one night on our way to Illinois. Our room was nice but I would say probably a little over priced for what it was. In total about $300. They have fees for everything. $40 overnight parking garage. $100 dog fee plus $16 tax onto that dog fee. Let alone the actual stay was about $153. We had a nice view of the city & the cleanliness of the room was ok. We were here for less than 24 hours so it was a little overpriced for what it was. Overall, sure I would stay here if I was staying for a long period of time.

Leisa G.

Yelp
The absolute best place to stay in Nashville! I don't stay anywhere else. South Broadway neighborhood. A block off Broadway. Absolutely gorgeous, fully equipped units with a balcony and kitchen, barstools and dining table for the 2 bed 2 bath units. The one bedroom units are of course smaller but equally perfect when I go alone. Beautifully decorated with chairs and a table on the balcony! Beautiful high rise views. Really good restaurant with amazing espresso bar just downstairs. Store around the corner. I always stock up so I don't have to eat out every meal. Everything's in walking distance. Full time desk with the absolute nicest people in Nashville. Always smiling always helpful. Love this place. Just got home and planning to go back in a coupla months.

Yelp
The room was very clean besides a couple stains on the mattress pad, otherwise the room was spotless. You have to sign into your own streaming accounts to watch anything, but it'll erase the account info when you check out. One of my hugest complaints about this hotel is that the elevators are god awful. They are super slow. The buttons don't work correctly on it, so you'll end up on another floor or waiting five minutes to get to your actual destination. You have to press the buttons in a certain way to get to the floor number you're looking for. You can take the stairs, but there are over 30 floors. Also, there's only one luggage cart, so good luck with that. You'll probably end up taking multiple trips to wherever your room is. I wouldn't stay here again because of the elevators. They were that bad. Otherwise, I didn't have many issues with the place.

Susan B.

Yelp
The front desk attendant was rude. We waited way past our check in time. I'd never stay here again or recommend, but rather strongly caution everyone against it.
google avatar

Johnathan C.

Yelp
Women named Sade at the front desk was very unhelpful and rude. 3am in the morning I show the hand written information card to my room outside the double doors and she refused to let me inside. Then opens the door for another person who approached behind me. As I walk in as well she still tells me to go back outside in the freezing cold to enter a pin that I literally had in my hand. Elevators are slow, no water in the room.

Yelp
I usually never complain about anything but this has been the most miserable stay of all time. I've been here for 5 days and I'm still here for 1 more day. Parking is the absolute worst. Our parking is validated by the hotel but there is no record of it so you have to call a number to have them let you out of the garage everytime. It has taken 20 min one time. Usually at least 5 min and several times 10-15 minutes. We have spent over an hour of our vacation sitting at the gate. The hotel doesn't take responsibility because it's not their parking lot. The parking lot managers are not helpful either. I've also spent an additional 20/30 minutes trying to get it resolved at the front desk to no avail. Besides that, we have no water pressure so my g'friend can't wash her hair since there's not enough pressure to rinse it out. The streaming tv services are intermittently out so the tv situation isn't great either. Lastly, the elevators are very slow. So while it would be nice to have a relaxing vacation I've spent most of the time waiting and waiting. Stay anywhere but here. This should be a 0 star review.

Yelp
Everything about renting at the PlaceMaker is amazing, the rooms are enormous. It is a home away from home, with all the amenities, the pool and the pool area. The game room area is clean, neat and organized, they even had grills outside that if you wanted to shop in town and have a cookout, you could, Truly is home away from home

Yelp
Amazing location, wonderful views, right by Broadway! Everything was within walking distance, and there's an amazing Italian restaurant downstairs that I recommend you go for dinner! The rooms were extremely accommodating; I was able to cook meals, do laundry, and not worry about a thing! The pool was great and there's lots of things to do on the 10th floor. Great experience! Will definitely be coming back to stay here again!

Yelp
Incredible location. Extraordinary price per night. Unimaginable space. Spotlessly clean. Everything brand new. No noise from neighbors because walls are reinforced and floors are solid cement. Washer Dryer.!! FULL KICTHEN!!! Only big issue - I had a 1 bedroom unit with a sliding door that should be switched to solid door that fully closes to prevent light and sound. Otherwise you will not find a better deal in all of Nashville. I will seek out this company anyhwere i travel.
google avatar

Lexi P.

Yelp
I would not recommend this place for a hotel. They cancelled our reservation without telling us, and when we got there they did nothing to accommodate us after driving almost 7 hours to get there.. all they did was say sorry and walked away. The customer service was absolutely horrible. Again. Would not recommend

Yelp
Our experience from booking to checking out was so easy. Our apartment-style room was wonderful. The staff was extremely helpful for anything that we needed. Looking forward to staying here again the next time we're in Nashville.

Eden P.

Yelp
I had a great stay at this hotel. We stayed the day before New Year's Eve and didn't have any issues checking in, in fact I was able to check in early after given the code via email around 2:30pm. The front desk was very kind and helpful. The lobby is conveniently connected to the parking garage, and there was a clearly posted sign for hotel guests to pay through a QR code to avoid extra charges. The parking was $40 which is actually cheeper than most downtown hotels, which I saw were $60+ a night. The apartment we stayed in was beautiful, updated and extremely clean. The only complaint was the water when taking a shower wasn't super hot, and the washer didn't seem to drain very well. However the dryer was able to dry the clothes so it wasn't a big deal. The hotel is a bit noisy but we also being the day before New Year's Eve, there were a lot of people partying around the city. There were no hidden fees for it being an apartment. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again.

Yelp
We had a nice stay at this place. Very good location which is 2 blocks away from the main broadway strip. No issues with the raucous noise coming from the bars, yet close enough for easy walks to the action. Room was more like a small apartment! We booked a "one bedroom deluxe sky". Large area with a full kitchen, plentiful closet space, nice little living room and a separate bedroom. The small private balcony was very nice. I'd go 5 stars except they had to shut the water down from 9pm at night until 9am the next morning. They gave us warning by letter under the door early in the day but it was still a little inconvenient. They offered us bottled water but this inconvenience although fairly minor made it tough to go with 5 stars. Also, although the front desk is manned 24 hours the place doesn't offer a free room refresh. All in all I'd probably stay here again the next time I'm in Nashville
google avatar

Mitch M.

Yelp
We arrived well after check in time and found our way to the room. It had not been cleaned. We went back to the front desk, and the lady, who was very nice could not give us a refund, saying we had to wait for another room. We didn't have time to wait, so we were told we have to call someone else to basically beg for a refund the next day. The room was tiny and the bed was not big enough for my son and I. Parking was very tight.

Mark Y.

Yelp
Hotel went above and beyond expectations for our anniversary trip. They decorated the room, had beverages on ice. I had never dreamed we would've had this experience. Front desk was so sweet. They greeted us with excitement and were completely prepared for us. I can't say enough about Placemakr Premier SoBro!
google avatar

Rachel B.

Yelp
My best friend and I landed in Nashville last week to celebrate my birthday! Christina J was amazing and greeted us when we arrived. She went above and beyond, even gave us a free bday upgrade to our room!! Overall great experience and this hotel is close to everything in a perfect location! Thanks again for making our stay amazing
google avatar

Deanna Y.

Yelp
Hotel was OK at best. The room we booked was ready when we landed at 9:30 but they wanted to charge us an extra $100 to check in at that time instead of checking in at 4:00, but if our room was ready then what was the problem?? I've never had a hotel tell us that or try to charge us extra to check in early if the room was ready when we got there. When we finally got to our room (6 1/2 hours later) the room wasn't very clean. There was black curly hair all in the bath tub and there was tile nails clippings in the kitchen on the floor. Very disgusting and disturbing that I had to clean the room as soon as I got in it!! Would not stay here again!

Yelp
Great location for So Broadway, so great having a whole apt and not just a hotel room. Some of the staff was very helpful, some of the staff was quite rude (don't remember names unfortunately). Pool area is really cool. Once you find the parking it's pretty convenient.

Jennifer L.

Yelp
I'll start out by saying this, because they somehow deleted my original review on Google. This place is dirty. The light switches were dirty, the bed didn't have a fitted bottom sheet, just a flat one that kept coming off. The comforter had makeup for a previous guest on it too. Ew. And to top things off my husband had a package sent to the hotel and it magically never made it. So they say. Even though we had confirmation of the time it arrived, and was even signed for by their staff. I hope you girls enjoy the free perfume you stole. We will not ever return.
google avatar

Kevin H.

Yelp
If you can get a room here for a similar rate as other hotels in the area, I would highly recommend going with SoBro. The amenities offered in these units beat almost any hotel room you can get. Full kitchen, washer and dryer, and some units have a very large balcony with city views. Overall, the room itself felt very luxurious despite one issue (mentioned below). The cons: - the key system is a bit complex IMO. You are provided a 7 digit PIN number that you use to access the building and your room instead of a traditional key card or mobile key. - the specific room I stayed in had a ceiling patch that was chipping away on top of the bed. When I arrived in the room, the bed was covered in sharp concrete bits. A few more fell by morning. - Parking is very expensive for the area ($40 a day) and it's not even a secure facility. There were several people camping in the garage, and the elevator lobbies smelled strongly of body odor and urine.

Yelp
Check in was an hassle. I didn't get the check in email with the codes. Collectively this cost us an hour at the front desk. No one was told to press pound after the PIN number this caused a traffic jam in parking. Our first room was dirty. The toilet wasn't clean. There was leftover food in the kitchen the floor hadn't been swept and it smelled like vomit. Our second room the tv did not work we couldn't log into the apps the wifi didn't work and because of the way the tv was set up we couldn't even screen mirror from our phones. We had to watch the music note drop for new years on our phone. The tv was useless. All in all not a great experience. I won't be back and I will not recommend this place to my friends.

Yelp
I made a reservation In advance. Drove 6 hours from Ohio to stay for the Labor Day weekend. Upon arrival tired and exhausted from the drive as we park and carry all of our luggage inside I mention my name and the lady at the desk can't find it . Then she asks for our reservation number which we kindly gave to her. As she calls her manager over to assist she says she cannot find our reservation. Okay, no big deal I'm sure they'll get it worked out. Couple mins go by and the manager pulls us to the side and says " so our system has been messing up all day and deleting reservations ( that's doesn't happen) and rebooking and it looks like it didn't rebook yours and we're completely full tonight" Uhm what!? So what did they do about it? What customer service was shown with gratitude and apologies? ? Absolutely nothing. I felt stupid like I just looney tooned my face into the invisible wall between her rbf and myself. Nothing was done and nothing was said . Just oh well sorry. Then they proceeded to take the staff and hide in the back room while they "call around for us" lol I managed to call Drury and book a room before they even came back out. Once the front desk lady finally returns now I need to figure out how to get my car out of the parking garage. She mentioned to follow the link That was text to us and scan upon leaving. Once we got to the gate, we scanned nothing because It didn't ask for us to scan anything but wanted us to put a credit card in so that we could pay. Well, apparently they pissed off somebody else that night because they ran through the gate bar and ripped it off so we went ahead and proceeded through to leave so that we can go to our other hotel. Seconds later, after we left, they wanted me to put a credit card on file so that we would be charged for the 10 minute parking job of finding out that our reservation was canceled by their company. This location is a complete disgrace especially for being downtown. The most unprofessional customer service I've ever witnessed face to face. This was my first and last experience with this company. I'll be sure to post this review on all social media platforms. You're welcome.

Yelp
The best thing about staying here is the location. It's very walkable! Our unit on the 16th floor overlooked the pool and had a great little balcony for sitting. The unit was very clean and modern. Having a washer and dryer was an extra bonus as we didn't have to pack so much. The Apple TV system was not an issue for us at all. We just made sure we had all our log in information ready so we could sign in to our own preferred streaming applications. Now for the negative: there are NO lights in the bedroom so you literally cannot see in there at night. Seriously no lights at all. It's super weird. The sofa in the living room is very uncomfortable to sit on, so if you watch a lot of tv during your stay you may consider this. There is a chair as well but it is also very uncomfortable and does not face the tv. There is not a tv in the bedroom so watching tv in bed is not an option. The water pressure in the shower just plain sucks and the hot water doesn't last very long. Not a huge deal for us, but may be for some. There is a safety concern with the tub being very slippery while showering. The shower rack that holds the courtesy shampoo, conditioner, and body wash falls with barely a touch (then everything crashes down - watch your toes!) Overall, it was a great stay and we would stay here again. If they could make the living area more cozy/ homey it would've been 5 stars.

Yelp
Rooms are nice, front desk is nice, but if you need Wi-Fi bring your own options. All of our electronics (4 people) had problems connecting, when we could connect, we'd get tossed of Wi-Fi when a device wasn't used for even just a couple minutes, and then the password would be rejected trying to get back on and we couldn't get back on. After talking to the tech guy, it's a known problem. His advice was to "just keep trying until it accepts the password". WTF! Oh, and the tv didn't work either, so he hooked it up directly to Wi-Fi, which as you can imagine, wasn't a good outcome. Great view and clean room though...

Yelp
THIEVES Is the most appropriate word for this company. I booked in no problem, when I tried to extend my stay - that's when it turned into a clusterfk! Using their website I tried to make a booking , yet received NO confirmation , I spoke to staff at desk - advised fully booked, which was ok, next morning I received my check out instructions and I promptly checked out. This company took the additional night ( remember NO CONFIRMATION received ) out of my account , then charged me as a NO SHOW ....... WTF ! Have spent weeks trying to get my refund as I only checked out as I was advised to. Now these THEIVES have ghosted me. If I received a confirmation, it would have been on me, but no ! THIS IS HOW THEY TREAT A FORMER MILITARY VETERAN AND FIRST RESPONDER. Enjoy Nashville ( it's a great place) BUT STAY ELSEWHERE!

Yelp
The place was perfect location and clean. Only downfall is the bed was hard as a rock and we didn't sleep good because of it

Yelp
The apartment is very nice and clean. I would recommend not putting the AC on 80 and opening all of the blinds in August with the whole wall having floor to ceiling windows. It took forever to cool the place down, and it still never got below 76. The walls are thin, so outside noise was pretty bad. I would give August a 3 because of this, but the cleanliness and location is worth a 5. I'm sure other months are much better than the awful heat in August.

Yelp
JUST HORRIBLE!!! THE STAFF CAN NOT BE TRUSTED WITH YOUR THINGS! I left my wedding rings along with other valuable rings in my room. I had to relentlessly leave messages, emails, speak with staff multiple times for over a week & finally after an entire week a "housekeeping supervisor" got back to me through email that my rings were not in the lost & found. Two days later, I wrote my 1st negative review & 2 hours after that review posted another "housekeeping supervisor" emailed to say all my less expensive rings were found in the lost & found EXCEPT my wedding rings were not there. Any person with any common sense can put together that housekeeping kept the significantly more expensive ring. There was so much back & forth, no called as they were supposed to, no one keep their story straight about the whereabouts of my items. The entire experience was so unprofessional & sketchy. There are so many other options with honest customer service and great amenities in the heart of Nashville. You definitely wouldn't want to experience what I have been dealing with since my stay. Stay away from this place! I'm sharing my experience on every public platform so that other people know the staff there steals your things! Not worth chancing that same person having access to your belongings.

Yelp
Great staff. Good value. Clean rooms. No housecleaning service. Coffee shop closes early.

Yelp
We had a room with a small balcony. Was very clean. The staff was extremely nice. They will also hold your luggage if your early or even after you check out. They do have a full kitchen with dishwasher. Plus a washer and dryer. Shower had great water pressure and and easy to control the water temperature. Room is spacious. It is extremely close to broadway. Literally 2 short blocks. We will definitely stay here again when we return.

Yelp
DO NOT STAY HERE! Don't do it. Simply because.........This has to be our absolute favorite place to stay in Nashville! I mean chefs kiss! We don't want the rates to go up lol. The place was extremely clean. Very well set up. Equipped with everything you need in the room. The staff was almost overly nice. (Just kidding) The best part of it to me, according to my husband, it's pet friendly!! Now we did find the pool deck. Floor 10. There is a locker room for each gender that we didn't go into but I could only guess it's pretty great. The actual outside........When I tell you it's made to be an oasis. They made this deck everyone friendly. There are games, fire pits, grills, patio furniture of every kind. There's a lengthy pool and a hot tub. The pool is 4ft deep. The hot tub is 3ft deep. Very spacious for both. It might have been operators error but the hot tub could've been more hot and bubbly. That's literally the only downfall. Otherwise the property is extremely well kept. It's right between everything. There's a diner we happened upon on our honeymoon in 2021 and it was a delight that this place was right next door! Now heads up, people do actually live at this hotel/condo complex. So don't come in all crazy. Please be respectful. Now the other issues that I forgot about. Entering and leaving the garage. USE THE SAME CARD TO COME CHECK IN AND GO HOME. DONT FORGET! You will get stuck and you will not get out until you get someone on the phone to actually let you out. Which takes long enough to make every single car behind you good and angry. ALL AROUND HOWEVER, we had a great experience and will be repeat customers given a chance.

Yelp
The staff was so friendly and welcoming, dog-friendly (they greeted our boy with treats), and the hotel was clean! Parking is a little tricky but they do give a perfect explanation prior to your arrival!

Yelp
The location is amazing and convenient with great views of Nashville. The staff was incredibly helpful and so friendly. I absolutely loved my room and the comfort of it felt just like home away from home but with amazing amenities including a full gym, lounge area, and 10th floor pool and jacuzzi with great views. The hotel has affordable on sight parking which was incredibly helpful. The whole facility was spotless which was greatly appreciated too. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone!

Yelp
Placemakr Premier Sobro is in the perfect location when looking to travel to Downtown Nashville! The amenities in the room, property, and proximity to everything you could ask for in downtown is within a block or few away. Our room overlooked the city skyline and was decorated with well-constructed and well-designed furniture with elevated touches throughout - including a fully stocked Keurig, Placemakr branded pool towels, and Public Goods hair, body and soap products. You truly can stay there as long as you'd like, just as advertised. It's definitely a unique experience for any traveler looking to live in the heart of it all in the middle of Music City.

Yelp
Thank you Placemakr Premier SoBro for a truly amazing stay! Our room was outfitted with all the amenities of home and was immaculately clean. The facilities are just as cared for as the rooms- you must make sure to visit the pool! Our room included a spectacular view and was just a short walk to all the action of Broadway! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can't wait to come back!
