I had very good experience in the hotel. Nice room with modern, minimalist style. As I know, all rooms have big window with really good view. Breakfast, erm, to me as Asian, it's just so so to me, but anw, still good if compare to other hotel nearby. Staff was very friendly. They are always try to be helpful. They even remember my room number after just 4 days I stay.

Here for vacation for a few days. Nice size room and nice sleek, modern design; clean. The location is not central so takes a while to get downtown compared to other locations I have stayed at and in the middle of commercial neighborhood. Shower is poorly engineered, with a handheld shower head that is difficult to direct and must be held in hand in order to function properly and to avoid flooding the floor. Also no effective ventilation so that bathroom steams up and having to wait until mirrors clear. No temperature control in the room and was rather warm overnight. Recommended remediation was to open the window during the day or use a fan. Beds are OK but bedding feels cheap and pillows synthetic. Room was not made up despite placing request to clean the room at the door, so had to order fresh towels late night. An apology from reception would also have been nice at that time. Control panel for room info system was broken but was fixed quickly. Breakfast offers various items of good quality, but comparatively average for Zurich and functional, uninspired appearance. Overall a little bit of a disappointment.

Lovely hotel. Although it located in industry area, but still have Coop, cafe, MCD nearby with walking distance. The room is super big, we booked 4 rooms : Boutique Studio is very large, with 2 single beds, clean bathroom. And Urban room, with 1 double bed. Breakfast is great, variety of choice, cozy dining area. Parking cost CHF25 per day, which is convenient for those who drive. Great stay in Zurich!

The rooms are clean, stylish, and well-equipped, with everything from high-speed Wi-Fi to a Nespresso machine and super comfortable beds. 🛏️The reception team was excellent — very friendly, professional, and always ready to help with directions, transport cards, or restaurant recommendations. They made check-in and check-out smooth and pleasant. 🙌Breakfast was fresh and delicious, with plenty of options to start the day right ☕🥐. The hotel’s location in Zurich Altstetten is also convenient — just a few minutes by train or tram to the city center and Zurich Main Station. 🚆

Hotel is a 10 min walk from the bus station which connects to the train from the airport. The same bus station that takes to the central train station. It costs about 12CHF to 18CHF to or from train station. Hotel provides free rental bicycles which is very convenient. Facilities are OK. Room size is reasonable. Be aware that the uncovered glass of the shower may not suitable for all if privacy is important. The room we stayed were extremely hot. While it is only 14°-18° outside, the room temperature is definitely 30°+. It made hard to wear the proper clothing to fit the temperature for the day. No aircon, the only way to cool the room down is to open the side window which leaves no wall from the room to outside of the building. Yes, the only barrier are a couple of metal bars between the desk against the window to outside the building from our ninth floor room. Plus the window can closed by itself, you need to reopen it multiple times if you want the cooler air for a little longer. It’s hard for a hot night sleep.Breakfast is good and has good variety of the food and drinks. It costs 24CHF p.p. if it is pre-ordered.If stays in the same room, no, it is not recommended to stay here. It may have other rooms that are not as hot as the one we stayed.

When we arrived at the hotel, drinking glasses wasnt clean and there was stain in the toilet and bathroom. They checked that and cleaning staff was very helpful, they showed us that stains is not dirty, just stains they cant clean. ||Staff was nice, we got iron from the reception. ||We ate dinner one time, fondue was good, we paid 200chf for dinner. We had little misunderstood, we wanted chicken and beef, so we got beef and veal but they didnt tell us about the change (it paid more). |Breakfast was good, basic hotel breakfast.||Room was nice, good view. In toilet they didnt have bidee or sink, sink was in the bathroom. Bathroom dont have door and its open consept so you can see other being in the shower.

Very disappointed with this hotel. First of all its in the middle of nowhere. The room has a concrete floor....no carpet,lino etc. The double bed is placed against the wall making it difficult for the person on the inside to get in and out. There is no kettle only a nespresso machine. Haven't had much of an encounter with staff yet so can't comment on that. Staff were very helpful. They got us a kettle and a small fridge.
