Plage des Catalans

I liked Plage des Catalans for how close it is to the city. It’s not a huge beach, and it gets crowded fast, but the water is really clear and the atmosphere feels lively. I enjoyed just sitting there, swimming a bit, and watching people play volleyball. It’s an easy spot to reach on foot, so even a short stop feels worth it. Not the quietest beach, but definitely a fun one.

Beautiful sand beach, probably the only one with sand. During the day there are a lot of people and it’s difficult to find a spot - it’s the only problem with this place, but I am not surprise. There is a toilet, changing room and showers. We felt really safe but notice some „watchers” as well. Have to admit that safeguard were patrolling not only the sea but also the beach to solve any potential incidents.

Small sand beach about 15 minutes walk from the city center-port. We were here at the end of March, the weather was sunny and very pleasant. You can sit on benches and have a beautiful view of the islands and boats. There is a possibility to play volleyball or basketball on prepared courts. In the summer I would expect this place to be overcrowded..

A small sandy beach in the very center of the city! Clean changing rooms, well-kept beach. You can both swim and sit, enjoying the sea view.

Crowded but lots of fun. Public toilet is their but toilet is full of bad smell. Water is also dirty but you can enjoy your time.

Great and secure small beach with crystal clear water. You need to go early so you get a spot in this overcrowded beach. There are toilets and changing cabins. You might bring snorkeling gear to see schools of fish swimming under the pier.

This is a small beach located in the main part of the city. The beech is clean. It has shower and changing rooms. As the beach is sandy, you can sit and relax here. Swimming is also allowed. It becomes a bit crowded in the evening. Overall, a very good beach.
