First time, won't be the last. We found the prices reasonable, the portions good and the food well prepared and delicious. Our server, Noah, was great - attentive, friendly and conversational, not too busy to take time to talk and at the same time to serve. We ate early afternoon on a Sunday and the atmosphere was relaxed and sound level comfortable.

Decided to venture out on Father’s Day and eat here since there was no wait time and my husband loves burgers. I’ll start off by saying it took our waiter 10 minutes to even come to the table and acknowledge us, it seems like this is an ongoing issue that doesn’t get resolved. When our food arrived it was instant disappointment, my truffle fries that I paid extra for were already soggy, which means my plate just sat there, the burger was just okay. My daughters Mac n cheese was so flavorless she even said “this tastes like nothing mom” shes 5 years old that says enough! And the rest of everyone’s tots were lukewarm. We will never come back here and I do not recommend anyone trying either.

Food and drinks were delicious. Fair prices! Tater tots were the best I’ve had. We ate at the bar. The ladies were attentive and provided great service. This was our second stop for the night. We left the first bar because we were left alone for too long. The bar was pretty packed for a Thursday. Turns out it was karaoke night!

Google
The food is sooo good, but the service is even better! Roger & Eric behind the bar are literally so fantastic!! Great place for fancy drinks but also a killer menu for beer and bourbon. Live music and/or karaoke, tons of seating, and the waitresses and waiters are absolutely lovely as well! Parking can be squidgy but there is a semi-hidden garage if you can't find a spot. Highly recommend! ;)

Google
Plan B in Glastonbury never disappoints. The food is super yummy—fresh, flavorful, and cooked just right. The service was excellent too—friendly, attentive, and fast. A great spot for a casual meal or night out. Highly recommend!

I must say it looks like there's been some changes at plan B in Glastonbury. Seeing Derek back really helps as he is passionate about his guests. He makes sure everyone is getting quality and service with a friendly attitude. Kendra is an added blessing. She is always smiling and very quick to make sure everyone has what they need. I enjoyed her interaction. Just a genuine person you enjoy speaking with. Keep it going..

If you like going to try out new restaurants, I would give this restaurant a try

I kept on hearing about Plan B since they have multiple locations; the following towns/cities has one, Simsbury, Hartford, Milford, Southington, Springfield, and West Hartford. We decided to get lunch here and were very pleased. The service was spot on and the food was great. The interior was clean and spacious. I wasn't craving burgers so I ordered the Shepards pie; it had corn, ground beef, mashed potatoes, tomatoes, rosemary, gravy, and frizzled onions. The meal was huge and flavorful! I really loved the frizzled onions, it complemented the dish very well. Also, I had their b-berry cocktail, the menu says it tastes like juice but feels like vodka; it's house-made blueberry infused vodka and it was amazing! I did not taste the alcohol at all, which could be dangerous after a few of them. What I love about the place was, it's kid-friendly. There were a ton of options to choose from. The service was quick and friendly. Overall, a great experience with food and drinks and can't wait to go back to try their burgers, which is what they're known for.

Yelp
Food is consistent and tasty. Without fail, I've had a less than reasonable wait to even be acknowledged. Take out is fine.

Yelp
I tried this Plan B on a Friday night expecting a busy night with some wait time. I was surprised to be seated pretty much immediately. Nice window seat in bar area. Our service was very prompt once seated. We ordered a couple of cocktails Grape kool aid and a toasted almond. kool aid drink was very good. The restaurant had good selection of Bourbons as the restaurant name implies PLAN B burgers and bourbons. The ambiance was mellow this Friday night. I did note that they normally have a DJ on Friday nights after 10 PM. We had no intention of hanging that late so I can't comment on entertainment. We opted to just order main courses this evening. The menu is focused on burgers so my gf ordered sliders while wanted something different so I opted for a fiesta bowl. Bowl consisted of basmati rice with tomatoes, jalapeños, avocados tortilla, aioli and chicken for protein. I would've liked some beans but not included. Burgers temps have 2 levels "pink" and "no pink. " sides for burgers are never ending variety of fried potatoes she opted for tater tots. Burger was good although slightly undercooked. Fiesta bowl was good w arriving jalapeños with seeds so it had some kick which was fine by me. Parking at this location can be very challenging because so many businesses in complex. So just be prepared to hunt for a spot. There is a parking garage tucked away in rear of parking lot you can sometimes find spots behind the plaza. I would like to rate 3.5 but didn't want to low ball them.

Yelp
The smash burger was amazing!! Recommend the Tatertots as well. Look forward to going back.

Yelp
Over priced and the presentation of my meal was terrible, no napkins no utensils. Just because it's taken out there should still be some pride , especially for the price you pay

Steve C.

Yelp
Solid burger joint with a more upscale sportsbar feel. I built my own burger - very good, but could have been juicer. Fries also good. What I like about this place is that they have a nice selection of local craft beer on tap. Service from the bartender was excellent!

Chris C.

Yelp
Had a craving for a good burger yesterday and not that fast food junk you can just grab and go. I decided to venture to Plan B and after looking at wait time for the West Hartford, Hartford and Simsbury, it seemed like my hopes would be dashed. Fortunately Glastonbury had little to no wait. We were seated quickly and ordered food for the kids while we decided what we wanted. I order the double day burger with Parmesan fries and my wife had the fish sandwich with sweet potato fries. Our server Alix was amazing and she recommended that I try the John Daly as my drink. It was a great choice. It reminded me of a Long Island ice tea but a bit stronger. My burger was delicious. The double day is a smash patty and you immediately get the crust in each bite. The spicy maple sauce is a nice compliment to add some moisture you're missing from the patties being so thin. My wife reported her fish sandwich being really good with the fish being nice and flaky with the crunch from the batter. I was so full I decided to skip desert so I'll have to try dessert next time. If you want a real burger in a nice quiet spot with nice decor you can't go wrong here. PS what I don't get to try that i definitely will my next visit is the huge variety of bourbon on the menu.

Soukanya P.

Yelp
Food was very underwhelming. Lacked flavor. Presentation could be better. Fish & chips were overcooked. Coleslaw had spring onions in it which overpowered the entire side dish. Hand cut fries were not good. Meatloaf had potential. A lot of Worcestershire sauce for my liking and a bit dry. Mashed potatoes were very gummy. Chicken tenders were overcooked. Tater tots were good. Fried pickles were okay. Nachos have potential as well. House cooked potato chips with chili, tomatoes, onions and queso sauce on top. Needed salt. Half sour pickle chips are their complimentary starter but very salty and I love pickles but I did not like those. Pretzel bacon cheeseburger was overcooked and bland. You only have two options on how you'd like your burgers cooked: some pink or no pink. We asked for some pink but ours was dryer than the Sahara desert and this is a burger joint. The warm cookie Sunday was okay. There was more ice cream and whipped cream than cookie, served with 4 dirty spoons. We haven't been here for over 10 years because we didn't like it then and we don't like it now. The only thing that's changed is they have more than just burgers for options. Service was very bad. Our server was very forgetful and not attentive. Had to ask him multiple times for utensils (hello!), dessert menu and drinks. He also handed us a handwritten sheet of paper with beers because he didn't know what was available on tap. Ambiance is very LOUD! Don't go there to converse because you won't hear the person next to you. The server couldn't even hear us. I'm surprised our orders were somewhat correct. People surprisingly like this place and I'm not sure why. The food and service is awful. Parking is a headache. I'd rather go to McDonald's. If you're into under-seasoned food, a loud environment and poor service then this is your place. I do not recommend this restaurant for any fellow foodies. I don't see the hype at all.

Yelp
Had not been to this location in years. Even though we came here during the week, the parking lot was packed. Thankfully I remembered that there is an underground garage nearby. Meet up with a friend for lunch. Despite being pretty busy during lunch, our wait time for seating was relatively short. Our server was so nice even though she clearly had tons of tables and customers she was attending to. Can't go wrong with a burger. My friend and I both had the cheeseburger salad and it was so good. We also both had an alcoholic beverages which was quite tasty. Still a great place for drinks and burgers.

Tammy G.

Yelp
The meat hooks decor choice is a little unnerving, however, if you're here, it's probably because you like hamburgers. They do have a veggie burger and salad options. The bartender made a hell of a good bloody Mary, so for that, I will give it four stars.

Tami C.

Yelp
Sadly, must downgrade the usually cool Plan B experience to 3 stars. They keep monkeying with the great happy hour and it just keeps getting worse! I came last month for my birthday and it was still pretty decent. I documented this in the photos. Espresso martini, 3 fish tacos for $4, yummy desserts... Now tonight a month later, it totally stunk from chintzy & cheap menu changes. First--no more cute little gratis pickled cukes to start. Why?! Then, instead of the three awesome little tacos, they served ONE each--I kid you not! Same price as the last month for THREE?! Also, raised prices for other items and loss of some of the better things like my favorite mini chili and salads, and NO more happy hour espresso martini. Ugh, I feel so disappointed---totally cheated! It's really no bargain now, just get regular sized items from the main menu for a better value. Three stars still for the great staff & fun place, bedsides all this bad business. But the happy hour is just so unhappy. Boooo!

Aaron S.

Yelp
Not so happy hour It's the little things that make a dining experience memorable. Last month we came for happy hour and had 3 delicious fish tacos for $5, 3 wonderful chicken tacos for $4 and a few other delicious appetizers and drinks. Loved it. Return trip...as pictured the shrimp taco is now a single taco for $4. Chicken taco also reduced to one lonely bite at $3 instead of 3 for $4. Mini burgers are back but at a cost....previously 6 for $13 are now 6 for $20. And the wonderful expresso martini is gone. Sorry Plan B, but Happy Hour was much happier before. Now it is higher priced than similar tacos on dinner menus around town, burgers at dinner prices when thinking pound for pound, and just nothing that stands out and calls to us as our Happy Hour destination. Thinking the only one truly happy is the owner when he cashes out the register at the conclusion of Happy Hour. Per my prior review, still a solid choice for dinner. Great service and very good food with a nice vibe. Next time they offer the happy hour menu though, I will say pass.

Allie K.

Yelp
We've called Plan B for takeout a few times and typically have a good experience. They're very knowledgeable about ingredients and allergens and are more than willing to check with the chef or manager if they don't know the answer. We've tried the burgers and chicken tenders. Portions are pretty large, so splitting a full chicken tender appetizer and some tots is plenty for the two of us. Much of the menu can be gluten free, and the fryer is clean- my favorite part. Pending on what you order, prices can be super reasonable, or a bit high! We'll definitely be returning to this Plan B location!

Laura S.

Yelp
Very good food, always solid for many years. The waitstaff is very nice. Tacos are great and obviously the burgers.

Aida C.

Yelp
came to grab a quick drink with a friend. chill spot, pretty busy but the service at the bar was quick. Roger was great! it was about $35 for their B-Berry drink, a vodka redbull & green tea shot. i'd come back!

Lisa L.

Yelp
Went for happy hour on a Friday night - disappointed that sliders were not on the happy hour menu either due to varying happy hour deals at different locations or recent changes - who knows ? Love the hummus appetizer and then had the chicken thing without the toppings and hubby had a burger - probably wouldn't go for happy hour again since their happy hour isn't that great compared to their regular menu so no need to rush in that time spot and I like their salads anyway Stephanie was a great bartender!

Wayne S.

Yelp
Ashley was a Fantastic waitress and based on all her suggestions that's what I had. 3Pulled Pork Sliders with Cajun spiced French Fries and Whalers RI Beer Was the Bomb Very Filling. Glastonbury with it to stop in off the Highway.

Amber D.

Yelp
We go here from time to time for a night cap. Awesome pickles and buffalo cauliflower as well as a decent dj!

Josh M.

Yelp
I was here on 5/4/24 the food was good and very tasty and the staff were nice and friendly and the ambiance was very pleasant and friendly kind of place I will be coming back again soon

Joanne S.

Yelp
Lunch with friends at the Plan B. I've only been here a handful of times and this was definitely the worse service. The waitress we had was not very friendly like she didn't want to be there. She was shadowing a new employee and never mentioned a word about it as she's following her around attached at the hip. Letting us know would be the appropriate thing to do and introduce her. The service we had was very slow especially when most people are on their lunch break and only get a 1/2 hour. This definitely was a long wait to take our order. I ordered the Baja fish taco that I thought was very tasty and good. My friend got the southwest chicken tacos which she enjoyed it. The Turkey Club came out totally not what they thought it would be like. It was more like a Turkey burger w choice of cheese on a burger roll. It does come with French fries though. We all shared the chocolate cake dessert that resembled the Hostess cupcake. It was very good and a good presentation.

Michael M.

Yelp
I love their chili with horseradish sauce. Chunks of beef, flavorful without burning your mouth

Frank B.

Yelp
First I am a senior so not so hip. But I have burger experience and have been to two Plan B locations. Ambiance is nice and clean so anyone would be comfortable. The menu requires deep study if you don't know what you want. There are a lot of choices. I had a blue cheese burger and fries. I ordered "some pink" and with the grilled onion found the burger messy and difficult to hold together. A half pound, I believe, so the balance of bun, beef and fixin' was off. A smaller burger would probably not slip around. All this said my biggest gripe is the fries. Skinny McDonald's fries with no potato flavor and they get cold fast. For the price (not cheap) they could provide more flavorful steak fries. The wife had a quinoa bowl, liked it and took some home. So just not "I have to come back soon" kind of place.

Queenie H.

Yelp
I came in with my lovely boyfriend for a nice dinner. We started off with the jalapeño poppers which were okay. I prefer them to be breaded but these were just stuffed and baked. We each ordered a custom burger with a side of mac and cheese and the truffle parmesan fries. When our orders came out, I received the wrong side and he was missing an ingredient to his burger. The waitress brought out my correct side but not until i was pretty much done with my burger. The truffle parmesan fries were pretty much the redeeming factor--they were loaded with parmesan and pretty tasty. Over all, service was meh due to the missing and incorrect orders. Prices were also a bit steep.

Melissa T.

Yelp
I haven't been here in person, I've only had them via DoorDash. Since I'm a big fan of veggie burgers, I ordered theirs and was very happy. The patty was nice and thick, the cheese had a good melt, and the garlic mayo was delicious - they also put a generous amount. I ordered Parmesan Fries for a side, but unfortunately they were way too salty for me to enjoy. They did give a lot of fries as well. For future orders, I'd like to try a different burger and will stick with regular fries or sweet potato fries.

Anna L.

Yelp
The wait for this restaurant was said to be about 30 minutes during dinner time; however, we got in within 10 minutes. The salad was good and the southern sliders were not too bad either. I just wasn't the biggest fan of the fries. I did like the layout of the restaurant and would come back to try one of their burgers.

Jason P.

Yelp
I've left more detailed reviews of other Plan B locations. So I'm going high level for this one. The 3 Shrooms Burger is one of my favorite burgers. The burger blend seems propriety and a bit different from other places. It has great texture and taste. I understand that it's ground within a short time of cooking. Love the mushroom flavor from the spread and sautéed mushrooms, and how the Swiss cheese is melted. The truffle Mayo is also tasty. The bun is fresh and up to the job. The thin fries that come with are also good and there's plenty of them. Atmosphere is cool. Kind of an updated Western sort of vibe. Service was efficient and friendly. Five Stars

Margarita S.

Yelp
Yummm! I came here after going to a yelp event for nachovember & have been thinking about their nachos ever since. They are just SO DANG GOOD. I love how a lot of the food options are gluten free! I got the Baja burger with gluten free buns. The burger patty was DELICIOUS. The fries are pretty good as well. My husband thoroughly enjoyed his meal as well and said the fries were the best he's ever had.

Sam B.

Yelp
Plan b is always one of my go to spots in Glastonbury, especially for happy hour. Although the parking is a bit of a pain with all the businesses in this plaza, it's definitely worth it! Recently, I went for happy hour on a Thursday afternoon, around 430. love that they do happy hour in the whole bar room, so you don't have to sit at the actual bar to get the specials. For drinks, we ordered the B-Berry and Benjamin Button ($5 during happy hour), which were both very tasty! I believe they also have wine and beer specials during happy hour. For our food, we got the blue chips ($5) and the sliders ($13 for 6). We were debating on ordering more food, but this was more than enough for the two of us. The blue chips were SO good. Fresh potato chips with a generous heaping of blue cheese, as well as other toppings, YUM. The sliders are always a great go-to as well. The meat is always so fresh and tasty. I am a big fan of the chicken burgers - although it sounds a little weird - they are very flavorful and maybe even better than the traditional beef! Service is usually very good as well! I never leave with any complaints.

George M.

Yelp
Great burgers, beer and drinks, the bar is always hopping and the service never disappoints. I'm happy there is a location in Glastonbury!

Vegas K.

Yelp
Somewhat hit or miss. Generally good, and I wish Yelp would allow half stars because I'd like to give a 3.5. I think it's the kind of place that deserves a chance, and you make up your own mind. Maybe it'll be great to you, or maybe it'll be just good/average as it is for me.

Kevin H.

Yelp
Hair in food. Cleanliness is "suspect". Waiter was nice - service a little slow but nice atmosphere ... except for the hair in the food. Ruined the whole experience. Do not recommend.

Nicole D.

Yelp
I love this spot. Great food and service, and they always seem to have happenings whether it's trivia night, music, or another event. It's one of my go-to's for casual but delicious burgers.

Penny P.

Yelp
1 Hour wait for a table. Ambiance is a bar, sports-bar, families eating fries kind of place.

Tracey G.

Yelp
First time going there, went for my birthday, I enjoyed myself immensely! Staff was extremely friendly, even the security guards! DJ was good, The food was great, I had the pulled pork sliders which I had hesitations about bcuz I've never eaten anything with coleslaw on top but it was excellent! Flavorful and fulfilling and great price! Had the B/Berry drink and a melon ball with extra shot of Tito's and two shots Of tequila later on which brings me to my ONLY complaint, we felt the liquor is watered down bcuz we should have been a little bit tipsy.... NEGATIVE!! Outside of this I highly recommend this especially later on in the night bcuz the roof top patrons get bored and came where the real party was and everyone TURNED UP!! The bar Ladies are sooooo friendly and on point with their jobs!!

Nicole P.

Yelp
Food and service are always excellent here. Usually a quiet place but sometimes there is live music in the bar. A good variety of beers and menu items. I love the fish tacos and tater tots! There are GF options - even for dessert!

Gillian H.

Yelp
I got the our meatloaf meal and it was just awful. The meatloaf was suppose to be beef and pork but all I tasted was pork. I highly doubt there was any beef in it at all. It was dry and well under seasoned. The only good thing was the mashed potatoes which is why it got 2 stars. For 17.00 it was so not worth the money. I work in a hospital, and even the hospital meatloaf is waaaay better than Plan b's. Just terrible.

Jimy O.

Yelp
Been going to Plan b often, and the first time I went I ordered a burger to go home and I had a bad experience with that meal. Ever since I've been ordering to dine in and had a good experience every time. I always order my burger well done and it's been hitting every time I been. My French fries has been fresh always. The service I've been receiving also comes with no complaints! Burger is so juicy and the buns are always fresh & chewy! Highly recommend this place for burgers & chicken wings.

Jailene H.

Yelp
One of the best spots we've visited in a while! Very nice decor and noticeably clean (I can be a stickler for germs sometimes). A small detail but I can't remember the last time my utensils were given to me hot and freshly steamed before this! Attentive waitress amd management who went around multiple times to make sure everyone had what they needed. First, drinks are PHENOMENAL! We usually stop after 2 drinks since we like to save and go through the alc collection at home but we just had to get more. Shoutout to the bartender, my B-berry was so good!! House infused berry vodka and it almost tasted like juice! My boyfriend enjoyed the selection on tap, with favorites from local breweries available. As for our food, it did not disappoint. I got the big plate special, which was chicken and broccoli fettuccine with their special mac and jack sauce. Large serving size and was surprisingly good, considering I had originally come in for a burger. My boyfriend got the crispy chicken burger and added one of the jalapeño poppers from our appetizer and he said it was really good! We appreciated that they were baked and not fried, which allowed a lot of the flavor from the cheese, chicken, and bacon to come through. If you made it this far, this is your sign to get to Plan B!

Anh H.

Yelp
I was curious to try this place again after so many years. Unfortunately, I do not think I'll come back again. When I had put my name in, it was estimated that I would get a table in 20-25 minutes even though 5 tables were empty. I checked back in for an update after 30 mins. Again, I was told to be patient for another 20 mins and that 6 groups were before us. In total, we had to wait ~80 minutes. This was very annoying to me because I would have been fine if they were more honest/realistic about the estimated wait. I wish I could say the food was worth it. We ordered the Greek salad and calamari/pickles to share. The salad was decent and well portioned. The fried calamari and pickles were the most disappointing. The batter was very plain/soggy and the fried pickles tasted like fried cucumber slices. My boyfriend and I also agreed that our burgers were just not good. Overall, it just tasted like something was missing. I'm not really sure how this place won best burger in CT for 2022, I was really underwhelmed! I hope it was just a one off experience.

Sho R.

Yelp
I have been hear many times before pandemic. Yesterday, I took out lunch from here. Everytime food was great. Generally I go with their regular burgers, which were all good. This time I went with a couple of specials - blackened alaskan salmon and taco burger. Taco burger was essentially chicken burger. Both were really good. My dessert was funnybone which was a rich chocolate cake with peanut butter and covered with chocolate. That was really good.

Anna M.

Yelp
I'm truly saddened to leave a 3-star rating. Plan B is family favorite, but after our last visit on a Sunday afternoon, I'll have to think twice before returning. We were a party of 3, ordered the Blue Chips to start, followed by two Burger Salads (one pink, one no pink) and a Bacon Cheeseburger Deluxe (no pink). The app was so yummy, absolutely no complaints there. The salads came out looked good, but the plates were a lot smaller than I remember. Aside from both salads coming out no pink, they were just OK. The issue came with the deluxe burger - ordered no pink but once cut into, it was very pink. The server was super apologetic and quickly took the plate and ordered a new burger be made. They quickly returned to share that the meal will be removed from the bill. The newly made burger took over 30 mins to be made and once it was brought table side, it was raw. Once the server noticed, they offered to take the burger back and try for another but at that point we just wanted our bill. The service was truly appreciated but I was disappointed with the quality in which the entrees where prepared, especially the burger. I hope this can be corrected because, as mentioned before, Plan B is a family favorite.

Brittany S.

Yelp
Always great food here. We get to go a lot and it's perfect everytime! Great service , fast and reliable. Bbq chicken tenders are so good and the sliders.

Brian E.

Yelp
I got into Connecticut late last evening. By the time I got near my hotel it was after 10 pm. One of the only places I found open was Plan B (Yelp showed it was open until 1am). I drove to this location only to find it closed. So I never got to try the food or drinks. My rating is based on the inconvenience of me driving to this establishment only to find them closed. If you aren't staying open to the hours listed on Yelp (and your website) perhaps you should update that. It says kitchen is open until 11pm, bar is open until 1am. If I am back in the area I'll give it another shot but so far off to a bad start.

Jenna S.

Yelp
Not good for takeout, food was mediocre at best. I placed a takeout order and arrived 5 minutes prior to the estimated pick up time. Food was already ready. By the time I got home 8 minutes later, the food was cold. It was an 8 minute drive, the food hadn't even "just cooled off". It was COLD. So, I would not recommend this place for take out. Food was clearly ready much earlier than the provided time frame and was bagged up, ready to go, sitting on a counter, rather than being kept hot. Aside from that disappointment, the food itself was just ok. Nothing special, but not disgusting either. The tavern burger was bland, the "special sauce" doesn't do anything to enhance a simple burger. The beef was plain, unseasoned at all. The blue chips were ok, an item I am sure would be better to order for dine in than take out. The jalapeño poppers were a disappointment. The poblano cream sauce was not that. It was not a cream sauce at all, and simply Chipotle peppers in sauce straight from a can and fully blended. And for the disclaimer in the item "we aren't responsible for the heat...", the "poblano cream" was the only thing in the appetizer that had any spice or heat to it. Without that, the actual stuffed pepper was actually quite a refreshing taste (not exactly what you want or are looking for when ordering jalapeño poppers.

Yelp
You'd think for a burger place you'd get it cooked to spec. In my case medium rare was 2 attempts and well done each time. Gave up and ate the burger but it's a has been burger joint. Too bad

Cam D.

Yelp
great food, love the waiters. The lighting was not good and it was pretty dark, but otherwise it was great.

Susan D.

Yelp
Can I give zero stars ? Went for lunch today. 3 employees/hostesses ignored the few of us waiting to be seated. Then was just plain rude and unfriendly. Waitress slow to acknowledge us. Took forever to bring drinks, place order and food to arrive. Place is loud . Food just ok. Nothing special. Bathrooms filthy. Will never return.

Yelp
I've been coming here for years now and it's time I left review. Here's a quick review of my experience at Plan B over the years: Food: Burgers.......OUTSTANDING, every single time. Pickles as a complimentary app, fresh every single time. Fries and tater tots? Get either because guess what? They're crispy and hot every single time. I've had other appetizers that were worth every penny because the flavors are just there. They're just there.........every single time......10/10. Interior: Rustic interior, it's beautiful. Clean, well maintained, ambient lighting, cozy with a warm fuzzy feeling until you drip burger juice on yourself. 10/10 Service: Eh.......you're lucky the food is good. Sometimes the hostess is a (insert not very nice word) and you can say the same thing about the waitresses. One time the food took way longer than it should have and my waitress was M.I.A. for quite some time. Hit or miss. 6/10. In conclusion, after throwing those hard feelings aside, the food is 100% worth coming back for. So good and the consistency makes it even better. Hot, juicy and creative but comfortable. I just wish their service was more positively consistent. But some attitude and slow service definitely won't stop me from eating their food.

Yelp
I can't even begin to tell you all the experience I had here. My husband and I got real sick after eating their burger today. We both suspected that the meat was old because it smelled bad but we both thought it was just us We didn't say anything to each other until we got home. Don't go here. They need inspection in this place.
