Nice ambiance and friendly service. Both indoor and outdoor seating are available. I sat outdoors, and it was pleasantly chilled despite being outside, as it is sheltered. I tried the quinoa ulam and absolutely loved it! A unique fusion of quinoa with local Asian flavours, refreshing and flavorful. The portion was quite large for one person, but I enjoyed it so much I finished it all. I also took away the Mediterranean salmon, but it was rather ordinary in comparison.

Just had one of the most comforting café experiences at Plan B Publika. The moment I walked in, the place already had that familiar warmth — but what truly sealed the experience was their special gingerbread man cookie. Aromatic, perfectly spiced, with that festive snap… it’s the kind of treat that reminds you why certain flavours feel like home. And then came the Black Forest cake. Rich, deep, and indulgent without being heavy — a perfect balance of chocolate, cream, and cherry that hits all the right notes. It’s one of those desserts that quietly delivers perfection without trying too hard. Plan B Publika, thank you for keeping the flavours honest, nostalgic, and full of heart. Definitely a place I’ll keep coming back to. 🌟

Nice place to have food; I had the beremba chicken burger and it was really tasty; nice fat juicy fried patty and crispy fries; the sauce was the right amount with a bit of kick; it is a leg piece with out the bone, but be careful, I caught a bone piece in my mouth; Also had the watermelon lychee frosty and it was nice and cold I didn’t get good service rating as even though restaurant was empty, and staff was waiting around it took about 5 min to come and serve me; then when I asked for ketchup, the waiter forgot!!

Had afternoon tea/coffee with cake there, lovely comfortable setting with sofa/chairs! We will be back to check out the eclectic dining menu!

Had a great experience at Plan B. The food portion was good and delicious. The ambiance was comfortable, though perhaps the background music could be slightly quieter. The service was excellent btw. Highly recommended and would come again 👍

I love the toffee pudding. Its not so sweet and perfectly dessert after lunch. The crispy oyster mushroom is nice too. Outdoor ambience is great for relaxing. Inside is more for discussion over food.

I went here for lunch with my coworker and I decided to try out their banana pudding dessert. IT'S SUPER GOOD! - it has a slight salty, nutty taste on the base. - there some caramel filling in the middle which was sweet and it paired well with the light cream and bitter dark chocolate flakes on top - there's also chuncks of banana inside so you get the taste of fruit too. overall it's super good and I would definitely recommend for you to try.

Food was great. I ordered big breakfast and my friend had nasi ayam. The portion was massive and the scrambled eggs that comes with big breakfast was cooked to perfection. We also ordered the sour cream french fries and it was really crispy and flavorful. Service was great and Shika was really helpful. 10/10 would recommend.

Plan B is one of the spots that I seldom go to but do stumbled inside once in a while due to meetings. I've tried some of the sandwiches they sell which aren't bad at all. They serve sweet potato fries with the sandwiches, which I think is pretty cool and rare. They also have Nachos. I think the type of food they offer are a mix of western and experimental stuff. Perhaps I should go and try eat one of the main meals one day. This place has two floor, I've never really been to the section upstairs but I know at night they have one live jam sessions, bands play and people perform because there is a stage there. It is right at the front entrance of Publika walk where the valet area is, which is right opposite a restaurant called Chawan.

Horrible service. Waited for 35mins for a salad. And the "manager" said the salad takes 30mins to prepare. It's grilled chicken with some Krispy Kale! The manager said that he's just been transferred to publika. Must be the reason for the delay. Unbelievable.

They have the best environment for a gathering and also a chilling night out for dinner with friends. They serve pretty similar menu with Plan B and the quality was at par. :) I love how they decorated this place with the old typewriters and all and it made it look slightly vintage-ish with a modern twist. The waiters there are really helpful. The last time I went there I have close to 20 friends because we held our gathering there. They combined almost a full stretch of 5 to 6 tables for us and constantly check out on us on our wants and needs at any point. With this huge amount of number they were able to remember all our orders without messing up any of it and we were really impressed. Mineral water was free flow and you can drink as much as you want. Same goes to other branches. Nice place for romantic dinner as well. If you can't think of a decent spot for a night out with your other half, why not try them out? :)

Just had such a pleasant experience at plan B in Publika. I went there for a quick snack before a meeting and I have to say I am completely addicted to their sweet potato fries. There was some sauce with it that I can't quite distinguish what it was simply delicious and just thinking about it right now it made me hungry. I had heard bad things about the service in this place but I actually found it very good. The waiters were very proactive and my glass of water was never empty. I also noticed that the empty the ashtrays constantly to make people more comfortable. The price is a bit steep but that is the only downside to what, otherwise, a remarkably good experience.

Really good coffee shop/cafe. Coffee is good. Brunch menu is large and the food is good quality. Service is good. Environment is nice with both indoor and outdoor seating, it's quite big so doesn't get too crowded.
