Compared to other things in Sam Salvador, it is good. Compared to other botanical gardens it is not worth writing home about. We walked around and saw pretty much everything in 20 minutes. The most interesting things were observing turtles, fish and this brown armadillo-esque creature who call this garden home. Unbeknownst to us the slide in the kids zone looked genuinely amazing but we ran out of time before we could try it out. Tickets cost about USD 1.5 so not free but very reasonable.

Must see while in San Salvador! Entrance was super cheap. Friendly staff. Lots of plants that you don't see anywhere else, very affordable food inside. Shaded place to shelter from the heat. Nice park inside. Highlight of the place is the iguanas and the turtles. Just beautiful!

These botanical gardens are a gem of San Salvador, and considering there it is located, it is amazing to roam the tranquil gardens as if you've teleported elsewhere. We enjoyed the varied paths and appreciated the maintenance of the grounds. There's a lot of wildlife and variety of global plants and trees. The cost of entry is also very affordable. The paths were dirt yet paved enough to be flat, so it can be a bit of a wheelchair accessibility challenge. A very peaceful and worthwhile visit.

A great place to spend time with family and kids. Very interactive as you can feed the turtles and fish. Not expensive at all, the playground is spacious kids will definitely enjoy it! I love to do picnics there.

Nice little park with a variety of plants and flowers. It takes about an hour to see all of it.
