Really bad service!! There’s a big girl in the morning, she is very rude and frustrated and doesn’t know how to treat customers.. she tried to charge me extra for being in the terrace of the hostel, crazy! something I’ve never experienced before in any hostel.. I was just trying to work with my laptop not disturbing anyone. Malísima atención y trato, no recomiendo este lugar

We stayed here in a private room for a short part of our honeymoon, actually. I wouldn't call it romantic exactly, but the private room with attached private bath was clean and private and cheap. The location was great and the best part was the rooftop breakfast! The breakfast is cheap, although you can find cheaper in town, but its so so good. I had the bowl with yogurt, bananas and papaya and I still think about this breakfast a year later. They were also able to recommend good and reliable tour agencies for our adventures in Banos. We also found the bar downstairs to be a fun place for an evening drink to end the night. Minus 1 star because our room smelled like mildew.

Great hostel for individuals or groups. Love the rooftop terrace with great view of the waterfall and old church. Good food, only breakfast is not included. Staff speak English well and we're very accommodating. I stay at this hotel just about every time I visit Baños. I recommend it!

I like it. The bedrooms are clean, the bathrooms and common areas are very good and the people working here are very helpful and friendly. They helped me to get very good prices for tours, for example we bought an amazing tour of paragliding for only 55$. What I didn't like is that most of the windows have some kind of garage safety door that they close in the evening and open at 10ish in the morning. It's very hard to wake up early since the rooms are really dark before 10. Also there is no good air-condition and the room climate gets kinda dry.

This was a great place to stay. The rooms are clean, there is a kitchen space upstairs with common area for cooking your own food or making coffee in the morning, and it's a block off the main square. The manager was very helpful and accommodating. We really enjoyed out stay and highly recommend it.

A beautiful hostel in a great location in Banos. The place is very clean with comfortable rooms and exceptional staff. There is also a gorgeous rooftop terrace with a kitchen and Healthy breakfasts available. They have a restaurant attached as well which has a very cool atmosphere (fireplace) and good food. Highly recommend staying here, easily one of my favourite hostels in South America.

Huge hostel. A bit too big for me to create a nice atmosphere, though. Staff were incredibly helpful. Cheap laundry. Chill out area and rooftop are quite nice. Beds made daily and towels available to change when needed. Good place to stay!

If you want a place to be social and crash after a night of partying, this might be a good place for you. Otherwise, its not great. The walls are thin so I could hear conversations from the hall and lots of traffic noise from the street. Its located right in the middle of town, so good for coming back from bars but not good if you want to sleep, especially on a Saturday night. I also found that the bathrooms weren’t very clean or well-stocked. However, there is a really nice rooftop space to hang out and the breakfast was excellent.
