INTENSO Bar e Restaurante

Intenso Bar and Restaurant at Look Living proved to be a convenient and reliable choice during my stay. I visited for both breakfast and lunch, and the food was consistently tasty with prices that felt fair for the area. The setting is relaxed, and the team is genuinely pleasant. While some of the younger staff didn’t seem fully confident yet, their kindness and willingness to help stood out — and everyone has to start somewhere. Overall, it’s a solid in-house option that delivers comfort, good value, and friendly service.

My husband and I stopped in here for lunch and we are so glad we did. After my first experience with Piri Piri Chicken was a disappointment, I decided to try it again at Intenso. Their Piri Piri Chicken was fantastic! Juicy and the sauce was delicious. The homemade bread and spread were also very flavorful and the recommended wine was a perfect accompaniment to the meal.

Completely by chance we walked into this restaurant and hiding from the rain and cold. We were greeted by very polite and nice looking girls. The waitress advised us to get the menu of the day and local wine, thank you! It was a wonderful taste experience! Everything was delicious and very filling. A wonderful restaurant with a hearty atmosphere and great food!

A great first dinner in Lisbon. The codfish cakes were delicious as were the tempura green beans. The main was the best part; we ordered the prawn rice and octopus rice, the octopus being my favourite. Really tasty and fresh. The dessert, a recipe of the chef’s grandmother, was amazing. For drinks, we were kindly asked what we like and were made a drink based on this. It was also my birthday and we were given a free drink and another dessert with a candle and song! Thank you so much 😊😊

Overall good but things to improve. We had a problem with one of our dishes (Pernil), the meat came cold… exactly the same feeling as opening the fridge next day to eat something from yesterday’s meal. The waiter was very friendly, apologized and offered another dish free of cost in reparation. Atmosphere was cool, wine was great.

Highly recommend the shrimp rice, the rest was quite average, but the atmosphere was super nice

Very good food! Completely different menu from when it was Planto, unique flavors of Portugal. I especially enjoyed the liver pate. Excellent 👍🏼 Service is good & terrace is fully shaded for warm weather.

Incredible food, incredible service. Picked it from just walking by and it was the best decision ever.
