We had a hot chocolate and a chocolate tart. Both were excellent. Very expensive too, be prepared to spend money. They have some seats and low tables outside. The street is pedestrians only, very quiet and charming, which makes for a very enjoyable chocolate tasting experience.

Hands down my favourite chocolate shop in Paris - and there are many. Their pralines are absolutely sensational - so, so delicious.

When entering the shop the smell of chocolate was the first impression, wau! Internet reviews are full of "the best I ever had", but this place truly deserves such expression for their chocolate ice cream. Melts perfectly, sweetness and acidity just balanced. Loved it.

So happy that plaq opened up another location This one is very well stocked in a great neighborhood. The woman who was working at the time i went happily offered to guide me through a small tasting experience so that I could make the best decision about what to bring home to Nyc. I'm very grateful for her did not get her name though.
