Visited Plate Limited to take a photo for my passport online application. The staff was friendly and speedy throughout the process. The photographer did a great job and was really nice towards me.

ANTIQUES ARE OVERPRICED Tried buying some antique arts at this store. They have quite interesting items but beware of their extremely gauged prices. The item I wanted to buy is sold at this shop for $100 while elsewhere it is sold for $20. Similar situation is for all other items that were suggested to me. When I called them out on it they said they have fixed prices set by owners of the respective items. Either this shop does not sense-check the prices, or they scam people. Either way, bad experience. Ended up not buying anything there. If you decide to buy something from them, make sure to triple check their prices.

NEVER EVER GO TO THIS PLACE. We came for a photography for Indian visa and they charged us Rs.1500 for each and gave us only 2 passport size photographs. We paid Rs.4500 for 3 people. We also got our daughter's online passport done here, for which they charged Rs.2000 and could not even give us a coloured copy of the print and gave us a black and white copy (but call them the so called quality providers). Only after checking with the other locations we figured out that they charge double the price than the other photography studios for the services. If known we wouldn't have even taken the pictures here. When asked them as to why they overcharge, they gave us Such a negligible response as to that's how they charge and they can do nothing about it.

Really enjoyed getting a photo's frame removed and it being reframed. Everything was smooth from contact to finish. I recommend their services.

Been around for a long time. Got our family picture taken from them in 2005 (I was 10) The pictures still look new. One of the oldest studios in Colombo AFAIK. Used to be very fancy. Not a place the new money crowd visit it-seems.A museum of vintage memorabilia. Will be back soon for a family picture when my kid is older.

Great place, it's like an ancient place after going insidw. Very fare rates and the staff is also very friendly. this place is situated next to Marina Mall.

Better known for framing and preserving old pictures, this place is a treasure trove of all things vintage, memorable and forgotten. Such a fantastic collection of pictures, furniture, ornaments, paintings! You name it they have it. You can spend 24 hours going through this amazing collection.
