Cannot complain about anything,we've stayed in a lot of motels and this would have to be one of the best!! The staff were all really friendly,room was clean and well stock and reasonably priced mini bar !! We ordered room service for tea on the Saturday night and the food was excellent 👌🏼 Will definitely stay again when in Toowoomba.

Despite being located on a main road and between two petrol stations, the motel room was quiet and fine for our 2 night stay. The team members encountered were friendly and the room was clean and functional ( hubby was surprised to see a shaving cream dispenser). Didn’t try the restaurant, despite a comprehensive menu, as it currently doesn’t open on Saturday and Sunday nights. Small suggestion; could you ask clients on motorcycles to park away from the rooms so they don’t wake the rest of us at 0700 on a Sunday 😁.

I’ve stayed at Platinum every time I come to Toowoomba. The staff are prompt, efficient, and friendly. From check in to check out. The restaurant is delicious and they offer a wide variety of room service options, as well as dine in. I would recommend the salmon, but everything is good and the service is quick and delivered with a smile. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable many including spa baths with jets, coupled with wine (provided in the mini fridges) makes for a lovely romantic getaway. The location is perfect; central to everything and just across the street from grocery stores and anything you could need. The manager, Thomas, is on top of everything and always happy to help with anything. I couldn’t recommend enough!

Check in was quick, probably because all we got from receptionist was sign here, here is your key, park here. We got no info about the area, the hotel, the tv, the internet, etc. However, in the room there is a book with info, and after searching for awhile you'll fine what your looking for.||The tv channels are limited, there is no info, or menu, on what you can watch. I thought no problem, we get free wi fi....unfortunately, the wi fi sucks terribly. We couldn't stream anything without lags, stops, interruptions, etc. We had to turn wi fi off an use mobile data to stream anything.|This is the 21st century, and we cannot stream a movie in this hotel. |It doesn't deserve the rating it has online.

Very clean and surprisingly big room and bathroom. It's a shame it doesn't have a lift to go upstairs. It's ok as long as you don't have a heavy suitcase. The food at the restaurant was very nice and well priced. Well located just across Clifford Gardens shopping centre. Very good WiFi too.

Not my first time staying here and will definitely be back, I always get a spa room which I find amazing!! This morning we had breakfast in the room and it was awesome. Tip: If the shower water is not hot call front desk so they can sort it out.

I won't stay anywhere else in Toowoomba. The access is so simple to the Platinum, the team there (especially management) is outstanding! Always helpful and so kind. The rooms are lovely, clean and spacious. Housecleaning does a great job. There is a gym, pool and restaurant. City is so close and plenty of shops just across the road. 10/10 establishment. Would (and do!) recommend staying here to everyone.

Warnings all over about, if you do this we'll charged you, or if you don't do this , we'll charged you. Additionally, we are in the 21st century, if I can't stream with the wi -fi, it isn't worth the praise. The tv had limited options of local channels that had no good shows and the wi fi sucked terribly. I could look at social media, but couldn't watch a videoore than 10!seconds. And forget about trying to stream anything, buffering, interruptions, lags, it was te4riblr. I had to turn off wifi and use data to stream anything. If you want to be an "International" hotel, live up to international standards, especially in wi-fi.

Hotel has a great bar and restaurant and has great prices. Quality of the food is amazing and very convenient for all guest. Highly recommended!!

Usually stop by here when I do rural trips, extremely lovely staff members with easy check in. The restaurant is very well presented and the food is delicious, I did end up waiting around 30-40mins for my steak but it ended up being perfectly cooked at least. The beds are comfortable, rooms are well presented and there's plenty of convenient items in the bathroom (shoe polish and makeup wipes). I'll be returning, but please get the food out quicker!
