Platinum International

I’ve stayed at Platinum every time I come to Toowoomba. The staff are prompt, efficient, and friendly. From check in to check out. The restaurant is delicious and they offer a wide variety of room service options, as well as dine in. I would recommend the salmon, but everything is good and the service is quick and delivered with a smile. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable many including spa baths with jets, coupled with wine (provided in the mini fridges) makes for a lovely romantic getaway. The location is perfect; central to everything and just across the street from grocery stores and anything you could need. The manager, Thomas, is on top of everything and always happy to help with anything. I couldn’t recommend enough!

Not my first time staying here and will definitely be back, I always get a spa room which I find amazing!! This morning we had breakfast in the room and it was awesome. Tip: If the shower water is not hot call front desk so they can sort it out.

I won't stay anywhere else in Toowoomba. The access is so simple to the Platinum, the team there (especially management) is outstanding! Always helpful and so kind. The rooms are lovely, clean and spacious. Housecleaning does a great job. There is a gym, pool and restaurant. City is so close and plenty of shops just across the road. 10/10 establishment. Would (and do!) recommend staying here to everyone.

Highly recommend this property. Stayed here for 3 nights during FarmFest. Comfortable, spacious rooms & modern, in a great location. Value for money. Restaurant on site with great meals, delicious and lots of options for my gluten free needs. Special mention to Hannah who waitressed on our 3 nights at the restaurant. Her manner, professionalism and fun attitude was an asset to this business. |We highly recommend this property and will definitely return.

The rooms are secure, well insulated (minimal to no sound from others and outdoors) modern and clean. My workplace called for an urgent last minute booking. The customer service was exceptional with arranging this, upon arrival and delivering the meal. I was also pleasantly surprised that when my meal arrived, it was actually fresh and delicious and the vegetables were cooked perfectly! Thank you for a great night's rest/ stay.

I often stay at this hotel when travelling for work. Rooms are clean, comfortable and secure. Thomas and his team are awesome hosts and go above and beyond for their guests. Highly recommend.

Platinum has been my go-to hotel in Toowoomba for over a year, and I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. The manager, Thomas, is always welcoming and ensures everything runs smoothly. The staff are consistently kind, professional, and helpful across all areas — reception, housekeeping, and the restaurant. The restaurant has a cozy vibe, great service, and delicious food. What really makes it even better is the amazing service – Katarina at reception is an absolute superstar! She always goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect and she’s just so lovely and welcoming every time. Honestly can’t fault this place – it’s always my first choice when I’m in Toowoomba. Highly recommend! 😊👏💫

Hotel has a great bar and restaurant and has great prices. Quality of the food is amazing and very convenient for all guest. Highly recommended!!

Usually stop by here when I do rural trips, extremely lovely staff members with easy check in. The restaurant is very well presented and the food is delicious, I did end up waiting around 30-40mins for my steak but it ended up being perfectly cooked at least. The beds are comfortable, rooms are well presented and there's plenty of convenient items in the bathroom (shoe polish and makeup wipes). I'll be returning, but please get the food out quicker!
