The best of the best. Staff is so friendly. Accommodation was so clean, comfortable, and warm. Loved the fireplace and heated floors. There is so much space to enjoy. Comfortable walk into town. Amazing view of the mountains. Couldn't ask for more. Thank you for a memorable stay in Queenstown.

Villas are amazing. Staff are so friendly also all the cleaners of the villas we met. Spotlessly clean, very quiet, and view and location is perfect. Honestly not a bad thing to say. Just amazing. |Walk down into town is a pleasant walk along the lake, although some people may find a bit hard walking back up hill.|We had no problem though. Overall, loved everything about Platinum Villas. Our 2nd time and there definitely will be more! Thankyou

From the moment we arrived, everything at Platinum Villas exceeded expectations. The views were breathtaking — waking up to the snow-capped mountains and crystal-clear skies was a dream. The villa itself was beautifully styled, spacious, and spotless, with every comfort thoughtfully provided.||We especially loved how peaceful the surroundings were — it felt like a true retreat. The location was perfect too, close enough to explore town, grab a great coffee, or head off on adventures, but still private and quiet.||We honestly didn’t want to leave and will definitely be back. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a luxurious, relaxing getaway in Queenstown!

From the minute we got there, you knew this place was something special. The staff were amazing, the lake view villa was exceptional, everything was spotless inside. The location is perfect yet so close to town and beautiful walk in to the city. This place cannot be faulted, can't wait to go back there. Thank You Platinum for an amazing experience.

Beautiful accommodation and location. Our apartment had everything we needed, it was so comfortable and clean. Stunning views and staff were so friendly. Highly recommend and we will be back.

A fabulous place to stay with first rate staff and magic views. Adrian and Alana are so welcoming and super helpful. The beds are the best and made for a perfect sleep. So lucky to get a dusting of snow on the hills which just added to the ambience and the outstanding setting. Ka kite ano, we will be back.

Communicated by email efficiently prior to trip to confirm baby amenities. No step stool, potty, baby bath, baby warmer or sterilizers but had stair baby gate, fire guard and high chairs. Location was excellent, 1.5km to the Queenstown CBD, walking along the lovely lakeside. Beautiful connected backyard peacefully overlooking the lake, away from the main road. House was very clean, appliances in order and new, kitchen well supplied with utensils, cutlery, dishwater and crockery. Need to buy all your own condiments except salt and pepper. Parking immediately outside your house. Carpeted house except kitchen area. No toilet downstairs, both toilets upstairs, which is the only downside of the house. Washing machine and dryer functioning well. Bathroom floors heated and warm. Only shampoo, body wash and conditioner supplied. No toothbrush, comb etc. Reception helpful and readily available. Lots of games to borrow and play. Gas bbq available for $20/day rental and clean, new. Overall an excellent stay by 4 adults, 1 child and 1 infant.

Great location far enough from the town centre so quiet but still close to restaurants and shopping.|Villa was very clean and staff friendly and accommodating. Plenty of of room in our 3 bedroom villa.|Views are amazing. We would stay again| And recommend to others
