Platinum Queenstown Villa Apartments

Our stay at Platinum Villias was next level in every element of relaxation. The villa was warm, comforable and inviting. We couldn't have wished for a better place to stay as it was our first time in Queenstown. The villa was luxuriously equiped in every aspect. We mostly enjoyed the fire place which helped with those cold rainy days and the tranquillity of the gardens outsside the villa. With 3 kids we needed all the tranquillity and space we could get and Platinum villas didnt disapoint. The staff were more 5han p4ofetional they were really hospitable and consistently went out of their way to make sure we had an 7nforgettable experience. Spoiler allert... we did have just that. After a tyring day skiing and exploring we looked forward coming back home. Yes home thats what we called it home away from home. The beds were next level for regenerating sleep. They were so so confy we are now traying to get them for our home :) We were very blessed to have found this jem. Platinum villa was exceptionally great and by far the best holiday experience we have had in our 25 years worth of holidays the globe.

We stayed at your villas recently for 4 days in October and we had a great time. Villas were well appointed in all areas and extremely comfortable.|Atmosphere with those views couldn’t get any better. Villa was spotless with 2 cars space. Management were very helpful and great access to town.

This was not my first time staying at this hotel, and once again it was a wonderful experience. The scenery around the hotel is absolutely breathtaking, with stunning views that made my trip even more memorable. The service is excellent, and all the staff members are polite, friendly, and attentive. I especially want to mention the front desk staff, who were very gentle and welcoming. They patiently answered all of my questions and offered a lot of helpful guidance during my stay. Their kindness and professionalism made me feel very comfortable and well cared for. Thanks to their support, I could enjoy my trip without any worries. Overall, this hotel combines great facilities with outstanding service, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting this area.

We absolutely loved our stay here. We stayed in 3 different hotels during our stay around Queenstown and Te Anau and this was the best. Very comfortable 2 storey townhouses. Main bedroom has an ensuite. The views over the lake are amazing!! There is even a single car garage if you want to keep your car safe. Only a short 15 minute walk into town or 2 minute drive. We will stay again!

We stayed here for 5 nights. The villa was so spacious and beautiful. The beds were so comfy and bathrooms were immaculate. The kitchen had everything. Great location and service from staff. We had booked an Alpine View villa but our villa was towards the back so we had a very limited view which was very disappointing considering how much we had paid.

We absolutely loved out stay and will definitely be back! We had a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom villa with alpine views. It was every bit the pictures on the website and more. The location was around a 15 min walk from town but even better, the bus came right to the door and it’s easy to get into and out of town for a couple of bucks. The beds were super comfy, it was warm with a gas heater and the heated bathroom floors and towel rails were great. The fully equipped kitchen made self catering easy and Woolworths even does online deliveries to the door. Exceptional property, immaculate, clean and well presented. The washing machine and dryer were also a huge bonus. Great place to stay with plenty of room to relax.

We recently stayed at Platinum Suites & Villas as a multi-generational family (Villa 11) and it was absolutely perfect. ||The views across to the Remarkable’s speak for themselves (simply breathtaking) but the villa is also incredibly well set up for families and groups of friends: extensive glassware, cookware, a platter, chopsticks, and even makeup remover swabs. ||It’s truly easy to see why their rebooking rate is so high (reception mentioned it’s 50%) and given that we’re already looking at dates for next year (because we don’t want to miss out, or stay anywhere else)!

My family and I had the most wonderful stay at the Platinum Villas.|They have really thought of everything you need and more. |The view was absolutely stunning🤩 |Having the open gas fire was a real treat, the beds were super comfortable and having drying facilities for our ski gear was perfect. The lakeside view was worth upgrading our stay. |Highly recommend 😊
