This hotel is an absolute disgrace and a complete scam. I checked out more than TWO WEEKS ago and have still not received my deposit back. I have called repeatedly for three consecutive days — no one ever answers or returns my calls. On the rare occasion I managed to reach someone, the staff were unbelievably rude and even hung up on me. I also sent multiple emails and received NO reply whatsoever. This is not just unprofessional, it is outright fraudulent. A hotel that withholds deposits, ignores guests, and cuts phone calls cannot be trusted. Travelers deserve to know the truth: this place operates like a scam. If I do not receive my deposit immediately, I will have no choice but to pursue legal action and file an official complaint with the local tourism authority. Future guests, save yourself the trouble — avoid this hotel at all costs.

They have taken my deposit back and dont give it to me! I registered a video of the apartment before leaving! Buyer be aware. This place is scam. The apartment I got was different from what I paid for. The balcony was blocked and while I paid for an apartment from 13th floor and higher but got something close to the ground floor. The water pressure was quite weak. No water, buffet, nothing for consumption was in my apartment. This is a big scam!

I do not understand why I have not received the deposit back! I left the suit as I received, no damage to anything, though even the remotes were missing from my suite. I only used one tea bag which everywhere is for free! There was nothing other than that. I even didnt have the daily cleaning service, nor I even received the room I booked for. Worse yet, as I spoke with your secretary who had language barriers, under no circumstance you accepted to change my suit for the more suitable I was expecting for! What a shame!!!

House keeping once a week.. no bloom, mop and you have to handle your own carbage else leaving the kitchen waste for a week in the room with you.|2. Instant coffee, tea only provided upon checkin|3. The"large bed" is twin bed. The linen is just slightly bigger then the size of the bed.. any extra linen cost PLN60|4. I dont find the receiption is helpful.

Awesome location! Very cozy and clean apartment with all necessary things and even more. We had beautiful terrace with stunning view where you can meet sunset 🤩

The stay was okay overall. The building is within walking distance to Centrum, which was convenient. However, it was advertised as an apartment with hotel services — but there were none. No housekeeping, no towel or toilet paper replacements, and no room cleaning during the stay.||We also found the “large bed” to actually be a small standard double — we asked and were told all the beds are the same size. Some features in the room were worn out: the sink was damaged and the bathroom door was jammed, which made it inconvenient. We stayed in Room 0508.||Not terrible, but definitely not what we expected from the description.

I had an awful experience staying at this hotel apartment, I stayed for 5 nights, and on my 4th day, I went down to the reception, and asked for a housekeeper to empty the rubbish bin, the guy told me that “ We don’t provide the cleaning service, you do it yourself” I kindly asked the hotel staff to help me book the fine-dining restaurant, and she impolitely answered me “ We don’t provide this service, and I can’t help you “ I was so shocked by their service, arrogant and rude Polish staff. I was so disappointed with their attitudes, I have been traveling around the world, this is the worst experience in my entire life. I rate this 2 stars.

We booked a Suite with 1 rom for 2 persons. We only got one blanket to share. They charge 60 Zł for the second blanket, even though we were 2 persons. Parking is 110 zł a day. If you want to swim or workout that is also chargeable. I believe the wifi also is chargeable according to booking.com, but we didnt use it. The toilet and coffee cups were dirty. The bathroom was nice, and the shower worked properly. The tv in the bedroom is old and not a smart-tv. The tv in the living room is not that old, and you can watch Netflix on it. The recepionists were friendly. The elevators don't take long time to ride. The hotel/appartment is close to foodtown. But it is a 20 minute walk to the big shopping center. Charging 60 zł for a blanket for one night i believe is unreasonable.
