While staying close by we absolutely loved playa Chica. First of all on our second day we went down to the restaurant on the pier and sat there for hours enjoying a sangria and jumping off the pier with the kids, the water is crystal clear and not even cold. Two of the other days we went snorkeling on the beach next to it, a small little cube again with crystal clear water and plenty of fish to see swimming around you, my two children and wife absolutely loved this and was one of our holiday highlights. I'd advise to bring a snorkel and if possible go during the week as the pier can become pretty crowded on the weekends especially Sunday with locals, which is expected. If In the area I'd make sure this is on your to do list or maybe get a taxi as taxis are inexpensive.

Lovely little beach, couple of coffee shops there too. We went snorkeling it was €5 to hire a snorkeling set for the day and there are boxes in the dive centre to keep your belongings in safely if you wish to do so. The water is lovely and great place to swim with fish. You also have your water sports there like jet ski, para salaing and so on.

Great beach for snorkelling. You can either bring your own stuff or you can hire a mask for €5 from the booth on the beach. Saw lots and lots of fish and the water is quite calm. Highly recommended.

Nice beach, we used Safari Diving tho and went snorkeling around the rocks - amazing variety of fish just off the shore.

You can see so many fishes snorkelling🐟! Limited parking space so we parked at a mall near by. 3.30€ for 3 hours parking..

Lovely little free public sandy beach, great location, easily approchable. Great for snorkeling, as well as there are rocks in the water. It also has a free public toilet nearby and showers. There is parking nearby as well, but it does tend to fill up quite quickly. The area is popular for divers as well.

Small but nice beach ! Recommend to do snorkeling or scuba diving there because of the clear waters. Not too crowded in December. Free public bathrooms. Plenty of stores and places to get food around!

Beautiful, calm tiny beach, good to have an afternoon stroll... Or for a short relaxing mid-day or afternoon trip from your hotel. Parking nearby, though may a bit crowded. Many wonderful stray, but well-fed cats to cuddle :) Free toilets.
