What a way to finish a visit to Costa Rica other than an extraordinary restorant
On the Pacific shore of Montezuma, between green trees lay Playa de los Artistas (Artists Beach).
We started with Mahi Mahi tartar which was delicious, we continued with Pink Corvina ceviche, wow! with Pomegranate, again, wow! through the Tuna carpacio with cacao seeds, genius!
We also had the whole chicken and what can I tell you , if the ingredients are all fresh and the chef has great hands you get amazing food. it that simple
for desert we had a hand made sorbe in Campari and Vodka, how else can you finish such a meal.
This restorant is a reason to visit Montezuma, not the other way around
