The sand is really soft and clean. The water is quite good too. There are lots of people in the evening/early night jogging, playing volley and other sports. There isn’t a lot of shade but you can always find a palm tree to hide under. ☀️

Great beach, a bit full, it was close to the beach witch makes it very accessible. Sometimes you hear trucks but overall not to much Noiceee!☀️

For a city beach, it’s nice. However there’s a lot of seaweed on the beach and walking along the beach near the water has a bad smell. It also gets very crowded when it’s sunny, but every beach is like this. It’s lovely for a walk or if you’re in the Alicante centre. The promenade is also lovely for a walk ;)

It is one of the most beautiful beaches ever. A lot of palm trees, people, shops, toilets, taps to wash your feet (body), a nice and clean sand, no rocks at all and many more for children and adults !!!

Beautiful beach, clean, with free water to wash feet's from sand. I saw many of locals doing workout at street workout bars. Near beach, are many of pubs and cafeterias to sit and order some drinks.

There are lots of kids and adult exercise places. Lots of seating but all very busy esp with some rough sleepers. I do not use the tourist cafe/restuarants since they couldn't be bothered giving me change. My dsughter and grandchildren enjpyed there visit in February.

We visited Playa del Postiguet on Wednesday 18th June 2025, having seen online that sunbeds and parasols were available to hire. However, after walking the entire length of the beach, we found none. A nearby bar confirmed they weren’t out yet due to the season, which is ridiculous considering it was 35°C and the beach was packed. We had planned for a beach day, so we reluctantly bought a parasol and stand from a beach vendor. The beach was so crowded we struggled to find a space. The sand was burning hot, and the sea was really disappointing—you had to wade through thick black seaweed and even further out, the water was full of plastic and more seaweed. The beach itself was littered with rubbish, including broken glass—I nearly stood on part of a beer bottle. It felt dirty and poorly maintained, definitely not relaxing. Honestly, wouldn’t return. Needs serious attention and proper facilities before it deserves the good reviews.
