I had a hopelessly miserable stay here from 5th April to 8th April, 2018
Please Don't stay in this hotel, the reasons are as follows (Why pay and buy unhappiness?):
1. The front office communication hopelessly bad, they make you wait for infinite time (more than an hour).
2. First they put you in a room and then change it when you are about to settle. I had arrived at 12:30 night and by 1 pm they changed to another room when I was about to sleep.
3. They don't even tell you that they serve complimentary breakfast, you need to ask may be 10 times. Breakfast is hopeless, but the stewards are courteous despite language handicap.
4. In my room the AC started leaking and the bed was wet, but no service.
5. TOTALLY A MISERABLE EXPERIENCE...THE WORST EVER STAY!
