The staff is very good, cooperative, and respectful to guests. The room is beautiful, the prices are excellent, and the hotel is very clean.

The hotel is for those looking to stay for a couple of hours. Very basic and the property is really old and could do with a bit of refurbishment. The location is good and overlooking the corniche making it possibly the cheapest room with a corniche view. All the rooms in very floor face the elevator !!!||||The food is not recommended although I did like the Turkish coffee they served at the cafe in the lobby. Staff are helpful but sometimes it is difficult to make them understand what you really need. I had a hard time trying to get a laundry bag!!

I stayed there in January. First of all, if you book through expedia or bookings beware of the address. It's not actually located near the Kuwait towers as indicated on the Map. It's a half hour walk. But the distance is not the issue. I've never been in a room that made me not want to stay. I've stayed in better 2 stars. This is suppose to be a 4 star? I had asked for a non-smoking room. The room I had smelled so much that I asked to switch room, but they didn't have anything available. They sent room service to spray the room and I opened the window, even then it was still very bad. When I left my hair and scarf reeked of smoke. The pillows and sheets smelled also. There's mold in the bathroom. You pretty much have to stay in that room with your eyes close. The wifi do not work well. Don't bother.||The staff were great. I didn't have the breakfast. The price tag on the room is high. Kuwait is expensive, but stay somewhere else. I will not recommend or be returning.

We booked an apartment of two rooms. The air conditioner was poorly working, and when we called the room service, the rude dude came and checked the A/C and said it’s working and if you don’t feel it, it’s your problem. The bathroom door locker was broken too. It was a bad experience at that hotel. The pictures on the website is totally different than the way it looks is reality.

I had a hopelessly miserable stay here from 5th April to 8th April, 2018 Please Don't stay in this hotel, the reasons are as follows (Why pay and buy unhappiness?): 1. The front office communication hopelessly bad, they make you wait for infinite time (more than an hour). 2. First they put you in a room and then change it when you are about to settle. I had arrived at 12:30 night and by 1 pm they changed to another room when I was about to sleep. 3. They don't even tell you that they serve complimentary breakfast, you need to ask may be 10 times. Breakfast is hopeless, but the stewards are courteous despite language handicap. 4. In my room the AC started leaking and the bed was wet, but no service. 5. TOTALLY A MISERABLE EXPERIENCE...THE WORST EVER STAY!

I stayed there last week while in Kuwait and have to say its a beautiful well managed hotel, with lovley helpful staff. I got this hotl at the airport where their colleague ibrahim, just called them and they came within 15 minutes to pick me up, free of charge. The Staff at the desk Ahmed and Wa,ill were so brilliant.I shall retun again in the future.
