Step into a slice of history at this stunning Old Havana plaza, where a baroque cathedral and charming cafes invite you to soak in the vibrant atmosphere.
Beautiful plaza in Havana in front of the cathedral de la Virgen Maria. Nice place to take pictures and visit one many churches in the area. The architecture has been well preserved. This is a touristic place so it is very safe but can be crowded depending on the time of visit.

This is a must see in Havana city,Cuba. One of the oldest places with the most history in Cuba. The surrounding areas are very beautiful as well and very clean. It has been a while since my last visit and can see that the state has done a lot of work keeping up the Old Havana alive.

One of the best landmarks in old Havana. Beautiful old cathedral.
You can find Old women dressed in traditional clothes that are diviners sitting right next to the Chatedral.
It also worth going inside, there no waiting or lines, the entrance is also free. But be respectful and beware that there might be Mass at the time of your visit.

Nice place.
A lot of sellers, offers, beggars - all of them insistant, unpleasant. All of them are destroying piece of history which is breathing from all the square. I would love to enjoy this place again and again if security and comfort established there for foreigners.

Great Plaza. Gives you a medieval feeling. Also the Cathedral is very impressive from the inside, just like Italian Cathedrals!

A must see in Habana. One of the best architectural samples of the Cuban Heritage. The sunlight turn the colour of the stone and the finishings in a super realistic image. You will be back in time in the age of conquisitadores. Authentic experience, do not miss this spot!
