Just checked in the hotel. It looks decent from the pictures and outside of the hotel. Interior of hotel is like motel 6. Everything looks old and tired. Room furniture, bed and carpet are old and have old smell. Parking is 2500 yens per night. I’m disappointed as soon as I checked in the hotel. I wouldn’t come back nor recommend this hotel.

It's acceptable, but not great. The WiFi is basically unusable. The room was mostly clean, a bit of stains on the carpet and the walls here and there. No money exchanger in the laundry room. Friendly hotel staff but no reaction at all when inquiring online about the bad internet connection for the whole 3 days. Location is not bad, biggest plus point. The hotel urgently needs a touchup and some renovation. Would not come here again.

I honestly never write these, but I am warning you that this place is terrible and they gave me the hardest time to refund my money when I wanted to leave. I have stayed in many hotels, and this was the worst experience of my life. I left the next day after the toilet broke at 2 a.m., and they fixed it with duct tape after an hour of messing around with it (they would change my room, but insisted that they would fix it). Also, AFTER I checked in and paided in advance (that was required), they gave me a notice that the water for the toilet, shower, and the electricity wouldn't be available for one whole day of my stay because of a maintenance check. This was during the Spring, so it's still cold at night, and no electricity means no heater. 🙃 No reduced price or anything. Just expected I would pay to sleep in a dark, cold hotel without anything to use, and I wouldn't even be able to go to the bathroom. What a joke.

I just stayed for one night, it's a place with so much potential in a prime location, but they don't really seem to care. In the end it's one of the worst business hotels I stayed in all over Japan. The room size is a bit bigger than in other business hotels and fairly clean, but everything is quite old and run down. The bed is rock hard and not comfortable at all. The place is run like a hostel with the bare minimum of amenities. It's not terrible, but there are most certainly better options.

500 yen for luggage storage. you might as well start charging for Wi-Fi too if you're that desperate for money. rooms are dated. location is good.

Location is very good, walking distance to many restaurant, shops ( like donki) and the train station. Worth the price and all staffs are english speaker , but this is not a luxury one, but good enough for you since there are lots of attractions nearby , you will not stay in hotel many hours.

i must say it is not the closest hotels to the train stations but the hotel is quite easy to locate. It takes around 7-10 minutes walk from either tenjin station or tenjin-minami station. The hotel is surrounded by shopping malls, donki, convenience stores, boutiques and restaurants so overall speaking it is nice staying here :)it is not a fancy hotel but it is certainly comfortable! if i am travelling to Fukuoka again, i would love to stay at this hotel.

First of all, the location cannot be beat. It’s in the middle of Tenjin with great shops, restaurants, and bars. However the hotel itself feels dusty. The carpet desperately needs to be replaced. The AC didn’t seem to work in the entire hotel and felt stuffy. Although the sheets felt clean, everything else felt dirty and used. It was overpriced but looking back, it’s likely due to great location.
