wifi sucks. keep disconnecting. You should think there is no wifi here. bed is really hard which is very uncomforatable. You can smell sth like old building and stuffs. smells like grandma. You should open the window. However location is amazing if you like to do a shopping. Its perfect to hang around

Rate 1. The worst hotel in fukuoka. All the hotels in fukuoka checkout time is 10am i really dont get it||Worst hotel experience I’ve had in Japan.|From the moment I entered the property, everything already felt outdated and poorly maintained. The towels provided were old and worn out, something you would never expect from a hotel in Japan where cleanliness is usually a priority. The staff were not friendly or welcoming, and it felt like every request was an inconvenience to them.||The entire place has a strong, unpleasant smell—all floors smell like cigarette smoke, making it very uncomfortable to stay inside the building. The elevator is extremely old and feels unsafe and unreliable. On top of that, they do not offer free luggage storage, which almost all hotels in Japan provide as a basic courtesy.||The room itself is shockingly small, even compared to the standard compact size of typical Japanese hotels. The space is cramped to the point that moving around becomes inconvenient and uncomfortable.||Overall, this is by far the worst hotel I have stayed in Japan. Poor facilities, terrible smell, unfriendly staff, outdated amenities, and extremely limited space. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.||Very hot no air conditioning system

The most affordable places in Tenjin but worth the price. At first I was afraid because of some reviews. But I am actually okay to stay here for a week! The area is in an alley but still can get the taxi but no waiting zone. They not have water dispenser but they have vending machine and ice maker great for summer season! They have locker coin too so they don’t have storage room for free. You don’t need to bring much amenities because they have everything here! The hotel also near fashion outlets for you to go shopping right away! But the area is surrounded by Bar. So at night the alley still crowded by tourist sometimes. the bedsheet actually okay, and they can clean room everyday. 700m to Train Station and only 300m to Bus Stop!

The epitome of a 3 star hotel. Would probably be 2 star if it wasn’t for the location. Prime location in the middle of Tenjin, and a 5 minute walk to tenjin station. The hotel itself js a bit shabby and run down looking. Carpet is old and peeling off. The room is smaller than a jail cell, only good for one person. The A/C does not work. It sounds like it’s working, but it blows minimal to no air at all. Wi-Fi was very unreliable. Better off using your hotspot or going to a cafe nearby. Last issue was it’s in a party area, so expect loud drunk people in the streets that be heard until 5 am. Overall it’s a mixed bag. I wouldn’t recommend if you’re staying more than 2 days. If you’re planning to party in Tenjin or want a cheap hotel that’s decent, then this is a good choice

Hotel is satisfactory but overpriced. Amenities are very old and run downed. Noise is okay but just your typical hotel noises (doors closing and moving of things). We ended up here as a last resort but wouldn't choose to stay here again. I would recommend it for short stays only.

It wasn’t that bad. I stayed in a non-smoking room and it was fine..Just not the best but for the cost and location it was tolerable. It’s just I didn’t like paying ¥2,500 for the parking.

This hotel has a 24 h front service. The room was clean and air-conditioned. Bonus that it is really close to Tenjin station, so I got lots of options for food and shopping.

Location is near shopping areas , restaurants and cafes but it’s a bit far from the subway station. The room is a bit old and not that clean. There’s no seating area at the lobby which is weird for me.
