Man… this is one of the best businesses in existence. I’ve gotten various cakes from them over the years , and every single time they have been consistently delicious, rich, and exuberant. The tres leches is not too sweet, and the frosting complements the cake as well. It’s overall a very well rounded cake. The service is spectacular as well — they can prepare an order for you in no time, and will decorate it and ensure that it is beautiful. All the while being as friendly as possible. And the price, is more than fair. It truly is rare nowadays to find businesses who are in it to be good business owners, and I find this bakery to be the cream of the crop. I love them .

I always order the tres leches cakes from here because it is the best I have ever tasted anywhere! Everyone always asks me where I got it! This time I had a special request for someone that was moving out of state and I wanted to surprise him. He is Colombian so I asked for the Colombian flag colors to be incorporated in the decorations, and they totally nailed it how I requested it! I asked for some fruit but as you can see from the pic they went above and beyond with the fruits decoration! And they wrote exactly what I wanted and how I wanted it written(we call him Jefe😂😂). Absolutely beautiful cake!! Def recommend them and def will continue ordering my cakes from them! And just as an FYI… their flan and all their pastries are just as delicious!

Absolutely delicious!!! Staff was super friendly and helpful. Definitely a smaller bakery but absolutely worth trying. We are excited to go back and give the other cakes a try. The picture I posted is of the vanilla tres leches

This cake was fantastic!!! The pic isn’t as pretty because I accidentally knocked off some strawberries in transit (not their fault — it was perfect at first haha), but boy did it taste delicious. We got a tres leches cake with vanilla custard, walnuts, and strawberries. It was a hit. Ordering & pickup was so easy. Great options to choose from. Will be back!!!

They made me the most beautiful cake, even better than what I asked for, on my birthday last year. So helpful and they completed the task perfectly, even last minute, for an amazing price. I got the chocolate cake and it’s the best cake I have ever had, super moist and flavorful. 100/10 recommend, please consider supporting this bakery!

I have ordered cakes from Plaza Piaxtla before and there has never been a time when I could say I was disappointed and for my 40 th bday it was no different. I showed them what I was looking for and they truly captured my vision! It was a beetlejuice theme and they did an amazing job. Not to mention the taste was phenomenal. My guests all raved about how good it was! Thank you so much !

I had done some research on bakeries nearby where I could get an authentic tres leches cake like my grandmother used to make and I found Plaza Piaxtla. After reading all the reviews, I had to go order from them and we weren't disappointed! my son's 2nd birthday drive by was amazing and the cake was the perfect touch and delicious! Taste like my abuela's :)

I encourage everyone to support this local bakery. It's my go-to when I'm in charge of bringing desert to a celebration, or holiday meal. They make a variety of affordable Tres Leches cakes in an assortment of flavors, as well as Flan. Deserts may also be sold by slice depending on what's available that day. There are also a ton of different Mexican breads, baked goods and other foods and drinks available. Tamales are sold during the weekends. You can call ahead of time to confirm what's in stock. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful to both loyal locals and new visitors.

I have to give 5 stars for this winder Bakery including votes from my guest. I have ordered a cake for my daughter's BD a day before. The owner worked her best to come up with ideas of cakes to match the theme of the party. When I picked up the cake, it was just as I have asked her for!! Several guests came to me asking where did I order the cake since it was very beautiful and tasted super delicious. I have ordered tres leche and fruits in the middle. I will definitely go back for more occasions. Highly recommended!!

Ordered a tres leches cake for my daughters birthday. They did an amazing job decorating it for her beach themed party. It was delicous and fresh. And did I mention very inexpensive. Looking forward to ordering another cake for the holidays.

Cakes are good . Not expensive. This place is more like a Deli and bakery. I do recommend the cake. Others bake not sure about it. Depending of your taste. I am a customer for their cakes.

Always get the croissants from here and they are DELICIOUS. Recently got a tres leches cake and it was amazing. Totally recommend it. Don't get deceived by the looks of the place either inside or outside, their flavor will make up for it.

I came here after I read the reviews. I ordered a 3 leche cake for an office party. We all were left without words except for 1, OMG. This must be the most incredible cake I ever ate. The flavors were beyond fresh n the moisture of the cake was to die for. And the price was $20 and it served about 20 people. I will have to go back to try the flan but really that 3 lech cake. People at work were discussing what other event we can have just to order another. For me I am happy to live here and have the ability to visit this incredible bakery anytime. The people that work there were so accommodating and nice. It was simply incredible and I just want to thank them for having my cake ready the very next day. Thank you.

I mean it when I say this is the best bakery in this area. They have the BEST tres leches I have ever had. All flavors: strawberry, vanilla, peach, caramel. Plus they are so nice. The croissants and conchas are good too. They also have a lot of Mexican stuff, this is where I get my crema and queso fresco.

This place has delicious Mexican pastries! They also serve authentic tamales on the weekend but get there early because they run out fast!

Best TRES LECHE cake in the area. Don't waste your time trying another bakery. Fresh whipped cream frosting like no other bakery in the area. Friendly staff and great customer service. Prices for cakes very reasonable. Do not pass this local GEM!!!!!

Amazing 3 leches cake! As a dominican who has tried many 3 leches cakes...this one is HANDS DOWN the best one I have tried (even better than some I tasted while in the DR) The only thing I wish would change is the decor of the cake. They are nothing to write home about, so my family and I sadly choose to go elsewhere for our cakes when we want good taste AND presentation. Yet, despite this IT IS AMAZING CAKE!!

Not a bad place at all for some traditional Mexican pastries and pastel tres leches. Though not the best Mexican pastries and cakes I've had, they are far from the worst. Specifically the test leches could be more moist and they could have better variety of pastries. But overall not a bad place at all, and I'd be likely to return. Plus, they speak solo en español! Which is way cool.

BEST TRES LECHE CAKE I EVER TASTED!! I come here all the time to buy cakes, bread and other Mexican products I need. The customer service is outstanding, always provides the best to meet my needs. Not only are the cakes fresh and delicious but are at great prices! So if you are in the neighborhood looking for a place to buy a delicious cake, or in the mood for a piece of bread to go along with your coffee this is the place!

The only place i get my tres leche cakes from. The best tasting tres leche cake, hands down. It's best fresh so be sure to call and order one and not just take one thats been made sitting there for a while. The tres leche cake itself is not super fancy in decor but the taste definitely makes up for it!
