Beautiful square where many activities are organised, during the semana grande it hosts the stage for concerts

Quaint little square. A few restaurants that offer menu del dia if you're hungry. Just off the port of Santander. Worth a visit .

There is something or other happening all the year here. Events, festivals and so on. Its an important part of the society.

Beautiful place! I was in Santander this weekend and on both days someone was playing live classical music, which just added to the impression. It was so nice just to sit there and admire the architecture ☺️

The place is beautiful and I visited when the Santander Orquestra was there laying. It was a special day.

The square looks amazingly remote, although is in the middle of the city. Probably we were out of season..

One of the sightseeing stops in Santander, it is a lovely place, but more importantly, the surrounding streets have nice restaurants and bars

Plaza Porticada is a very nice square in Santabder city centre. 10 minutes walk from Town council. Plenty of shops, coffeehouses and restaurants nearby. Underground parking nearby. There are no entrance fees nor wait time to go in the square.
