This hotel has a good location due to its proximity to the tram station. The reception was very warm and friendly. The room amenities were good, and there were welcome sweets and water on the table, which was a nice and unique touch. The breakfast was good and plentiful. However, one issue that needs to be addressed is that during breakfast, the doors were left open, which allowed many insects to enter the area and fall into the sweet foods — this was a bit unpleasant, and I think a solution should be found for it. Upon departure, we were given water and a magnet as a farewell gift, which was very nice, and we also received a coupon for a discount on our next stay. We’re very happy with our choice of this hotel and would recommend it.

We had a great stay at Plaza Prague Hotel. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, and the location in the Holešovice district was peaceful yet well connected to the city center. The staff were friendly and helpful, and overall, the experience was very enjoyable.||One small issue was that there was no way to contact reception from the room - no phone, tablet, or digital option like WhatsApp or a hotel app. We understand that some modern hotels are moving away from in-room phones, but it felt a bit odd, especially since telephone is still listed under the hotel’s amenities on TripAdvisor. It’s a minor thing, but it stood out when compared to other 4-star hotels we’ve stayed at.||That said, everything else met or exceeded expectations, and we would still recommend the hotel for its value, comfort, and friendly service.

I had a great stay at this hotel! Everything was super clean and well-organized. The gym was surprisingly big and spacious, which I really appreciated. If you like to work out while traveling, this place won’t disappoint. The tram stop is very close, just a few steps from the hotel, which made getting around the city easy. The metro station is a little farther away, but honestly, a nice walk never hurts – especially when you’re exploring a beautiful city like this one. Overall, I highly recommend this place!

The hotel was in a perfect location to explore all parts of Prague, with the tram stop being a 1 minute walk from the hotel, and you could be at all main attractions within circa 15 minutes this way. There were plenty of restaurants and bars, yet the neighbourhood was quiet at night after 11pm, which was nice considering it's still in the city. The room we stayed in 606 was a good size with nice views and the bed was extremely comfortable, one of the best we have had.The breakfast had good quality and variation. There is very limited space in the parking garage below, and it's incredibly tight, so everyone has to be able to park well. There was a misunderstanding when we first checked in as we had requested a space to be reserved when booking, which was confirmed, but upon arrival, it had not been done. The staff were still attentive and made sure we were able to get a spot later that afternoon. We appreciate the effort they put in to resolve this.

Hotel was lovely and clean. However we asked for a double room and just had two single beds pushed together and two single duvets, not ideal. Pillows were huge, flat and difficult to use.|Breakfast had a wide choice and nice food. |Hotel is 10 min walk from a tram stop. We thought this hotel was closer to the Old Town Square, Prague Castle and Charles Bridge. But we could, and did, walk to these lovely areas.|We hired a taxi, recommended by the hotel, to transfer us from the airport to the hotel. This worked well. We caught the AirPort Express back to the airport, 20mins walk from the hotel, this was much cheaper and very efficient.|Hotel staff helpful with Prague maps and basic advice.|No bar in the hotel, no areas to relax other than your room.|Had to pay extra for air conditioning if wanted, we did not and probably should have!|Overall enjoyed our stay, but would look elsewhere if returning.

Very nice hotel. Clean and warm room with nice bathroom. Breakfast was 'everything you want', staff was very nice and they speak english like 10 out of 10. They also have a private garage for cars. Tram station is one minute away with a line that takes you directly to the center of the city. Staff also gave us some excellent advice about public transport and good restaurants in the city center. Would chose this hotel again anytime. 5/5.

Best Hotel in Prague. The service is on TOP level, everyone is kind, polite, and super helpful. The room itself is clean and spacious. The best breakfast we had! Fully recommended, for sure will be back on our next trip.

Stayed here for a trip with friends at the beginning of May. Really good, solid, all round hotel.||Staff were brilliant and really knowledgable about how to get around the city. The whole hotel was really clean and rooms were perfectly fine for a place to rest your head.||We had breakfast as an option, which offered a decent choice for the size of restaurant.||Location wise, it's well situated for transport into the main bit of the city. It's about an hours walk to the old town where the main attractions are. About £6 ish in a Bolt/Uber or there are lime bikes and scooters just up the road which we found to be a good option and similar cost to a taxi.

Yelp
For a hotel that's not exactly walking distance from Praha 1, this hotel was very pleasant for our stay. Though I will say that we did not pay close to the going rate, thanks to a sweet online deal booked months ahead of time, this hotel was a surprising mix of luxury and the line right before it gets so fancy that it sickens you. The rooms are HUGE and clean. And the attached restaurant has a pretty amazing breakfast that you should eat as much as possible at. If you're eating their at night, go for the Czech dishes and not the American ones. Partially because you don't want to be the guy eating chicken tacos in CR. That's just weird. However, the best part of this hotel is the staff. They are incredibly friendly, helpful, and fluent in many languages. Use them for your Euro to Crowns conversion as much as possible and have them book your taxis into town and to the airport. Not only will this help you not get scammed, but it will be the best price possible. 7/10.
