Plaza Prague Hotel

Lovely Hotel in Prague. I had a great experience there! Everything is reachable easily because of the near tram stops. However the parking situation and possibilities of the hotel are also very good, which was perfect since I arrived by car. The staff is very friendly and forthcoming, especially the receptionists were great and were able to give me great recommendations for my stay in Prague. Will definitely visit again!

We had a fantastic stay at the Plaza Hotel in Prague. The cleanliness was absolutely top-notch, and the breakfast was basically a brunch feast so varied, so delicious, and honestly, we ate way too much just because it was that good. We also loved how easy it was to walk to the old town from the hotel, which made exploring the city a breeze. And a big shout-out to the super courteous receptionist, Jan, who was incredibly helpful and welcoming. We can absolutely recommend the place just a great experience overall!

This hotel? Truly a hidden gem. It’s without a doubt one of the most unforgettable hotels I’ve ever stayed at—an absolutely exceptional experience. From the moment we arrived, the service was flawless, making me feel as if I had stepped into a five-star luxury retreat. We checked in late at night, completely drenched from the rain, and were immediately welcomed by Nickolas at reception. His warm and genuine hospitality went far beyond our expectations—he instantly made us feel like VIP guests, offering everything possible at a moment when we needed it most. His professionalism and remarkable attention to detail made it clear that this was the perfect place to spend the night—and the reason we chose to stay. This hotel truly deserves far more stars than it currently holds, as it delivers everything one could hope for, blending comfort with elegance. It’s clear that their mission is to create lasting memories filled with joy and luxury. I wholeheartedly recommend staying here. A gem of a place!! Spotlessly clean. Daily housekeeping. Friendly staff. Room 403 quite a big room.Even has a fridge! Plenty of food for breakfast if not the " british " style. Only negative is that the breakfast room isn't big enough. This hotel is well situated for exploring Prague and we will definitely recommend.

I stayed here during a business trip and had a great experience. The staff is extremely kind and welcoming, the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and clean. Breakfast is excellent – the espresso is available at an extra charge, but the coffee from the automatic machine is free and surprisingly good. The Italian restaurant inside the hotel is also excellent, with delicious food and a nice atmosphere. The hotel is not located in the city center, but it’s very well connected by urban trains, with only a few minutes of waiting and a short ride. Overall, a fantastic hotel that I would definitely recommend for both business and leisure stays.

This hotel? Definitely a Hidden Gem. This has probably been the most incredible hotel i have ever been too. Definitely the best experience. From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding, it made me feel like i was in a luxurious hotel. We arrived late at night completely soaked from the rain, and we were immediately greeted by Nickolas at the reception. I was completely stunned by his warm and genuine welcome, it was beyond everything we expected. He made us feel like VIP guests. Offering everything in his power at a time when we needed it the most. Nickolas professionalism and attention to detail were remarkable, making us realize that this is definitely were we wanted to stay for a night and the reason we did. This hotel really deserves more stars than what it has, cause it offers everything you could ask for, with style and comfort. You can tell this place’s goal is to provide a luxurious and happy memory experience. We stayed for 3 nights in this beautiful hotel. Our dog was welcomed and the service team was really polite, already at the reception. The room was clean and provided everything you need to be comfortable. The breakfast had a great variety and was delicious.

Stayed at the Plaza Prague for a couple of nights on business in the area and have to say it would rate as one of the best I've stayed in within Europe. Staff were so friendly and helpful and treated me like an individual rather than just another guest. Rooms were good and well equipped, possibly the only downside for me was it was a little noisy out in the corridor till about midnight but I tend to find that's generally the case with city hotel locations. Didn't use the restaurant other than for breakfast which was superb. It is very busy at 9am with it being a struggle to find a table, so opted for an earlier visit the following day and no problem at all. All in all definitely recommend.

For a hotel that's not exactly walking distance from Praha 1, this hotel was very pleasant for our stay. Though I will say that we did not pay close to the going rate, thanks to a sweet online deal booked months ahead of time, this hotel was a surprising mix of luxury and the line right before it gets so fancy that it sickens you. The rooms are HUGE and clean. And the attached restaurant has a pretty amazing breakfast that you should eat as much as possible at. If you're eating their at night, go for the Czech dishes and not the American ones. Partially because you don't want to be the guy eating chicken tacos in CR. That's just weird. However, the best part of this hotel is the staff. They are incredibly friendly, helpful, and fluent in many languages. Use them for your Euro to Crowns conversion as much as possible and have them book your taxis into town and to the airport. Not only will this help you not get scammed, but it will be the best price possible. 7/10.
